3 months later.

"i swear to god, lucas. if you don't come down here in seconds i'm divorcing you."

it's too early to divorce. especially, if you just got married a few days before. it's a tuesday morning and yelling already filled the house. jungwoo was so tired so early in the morning. this day was supposed to start out great, but it's only been an hour since they got up from bed and he's already having a major headache.

he should've known though. forcing his husband with his plan was going to be a tad bit harder than just forcing him to go shop for christmas decoration when they were back in college.

finally, he saw the big chinese man step groggily down the steps as if he was shot with a tranquilizer. jungwoo sighed and crossed his arms looking at the man. "do we really have to go?" lucas asks.

jungwoo smiled sadly rather sarcastically and walked closer to his husband. "i told you. we're not going to fiji until you guys make up."

jungwoo clings his arm with the other's before dragging him out of their house. he practically shoves his chinese husband inside the car and of course it wouldn't happen without lucas's obnoxious whining. he seemed like a child throwing tantrums because his mom didn't get tickets to disneyland.

"lucas, good god. we've been married two days. stop whining like a child." jungwoo says closing his door to the driver's seat and starting the car. "everything will be fine. i'm here with you the whole time. don't worry, nothing's gonna happen."

since they got married, they lived in jungwoo's house. lucas moved out of the penthouse that came from his parents and now hendery lived in there. he hasn't talked to his brother since then. he was invited to the wedding but they didn't get the chance to talk.

yangyang tried to approach him but he dodged and kept himself busy. yangyang got the hint so he didn't push it. and now it's been 3 months and he hasn't heard from them. he chose not to hear from them.

the car stopped and he looked out the car to see the entrance to the lobby of the building he moved out from. he turned to look at jungwoo and his husband just smiled. "it's gonna be okay." jungwoo squeezed his hand.

they went out the car, tossing the keys to the valet and then entering the building. it has been a while since he last stepped foot in that place. jungwoo held his hand once more before proceeding to drag him towards the elevator.

as the lift went up, his anxiety went up along with it. it's the first time he's seeing his brother and he doesn't know what to say. he can't even think of what he's going to say. the twitching of his fingers was a sign of worry and jungwoo felt it against his skin.

he looked at him from the side and just rubbed the skin using his thumb. "don't worry, love. you're gonna be fine."

the meeting of his brother certainly wasn't his idea. if it weren't for his husband, he wouldn't be seeing him. jungwoo just wants to put the past behind them and heal before flying to their honeymoon destination. he knows that lucas went through a lot and maybe it was the time to face each other to make the pain and suffering stop.

the doors opened and revealed his living room. sitting on the black couch was a man with bright pink hair facing the glass walls that displayed the city view.

"hey baby, did you get the braised chicken feet?" he says without looking back. braised chicken feet? he only eats that when he's stressed. lucas thought.

as they walked closer, they discovered him wearing pajamas and a hoodie. his hair was tousled that looked like it hasn't been washed for days. what happened to him? is he sick?

"i don't have chicken feet."

hendery flinched at the sound of that voice. he hasn't heard that voice in months. looking behind and indeed, it was him. "what are you doing here?" he quickly stood up and fixed himself as if he was perfectly fine.

"and what are you doing here? aren't you supposed to be at work?" lucas asked. hendery looked down and fixed his clothes. "i'm--i'm on hiatus."

now he sees. hendery's eyes were growing thick dark bags. they were also puffy and his lips were turning pale. he looks like he hasn't been taking care of himself. i wonder if mom and dad knows about this.

"you look horrible." and then lucas practically slapped himself inside his head. alright dumbass don't state the obvious, he could be depressed right now. he saw how hendery looked down once more and decided not to speak. "sorry. it's just, you look so sick. are you sick?" he added.

by now, they still haven't sat down to talk properly so jungwoo decided to leave them be. to break the silence, jungwoo spoke, "okay, why don't you two sit down and talk. and i'll be in your kitchen finding something to eat." he forced lucas to sit and gestured hendery do the same.

once he was gone, it felt even more awkward. as brothers, they don't know how to speak without dead air every 5 seconds.

"i'm not sick. i just... haven't been showering." hendery started.

"you're not showering means you really are sick. who's taking care of you?" lucas asks.

there was a sudden ding from the elevator and a man walked out wearing casual and comfortable clothes carrying paper bags which looked like food bags. "hey honey, i got you braised chicken feet from that restaurant you like so much, and i bought you medi--ohh." the man stopped talking once he saw the two pair of eyes who looked at him.

"so yangyang's taking care of you? where's the housekeeper?" lucas turned back to hendery.

"i'll be in the kitchen. i'll get your food ready." yangyang bid and walked out from the living room. now it's his chance for him and jungwoo to have a talk.

"i sent the housekeeper on vacation about a week ago. she should be back in another week." hendery answered.

"are you and yangyang dating now?" lucas asks which was responded immediately with, "no."

"uhh no. we're still figuring it out." hendery added. "we agreed to fixed all tangled relationships around us first before we talk about... us."

a sudden rush of guilt crept up his spine hearing those words. "so for months, i've been depriving you of love because we haven't made up since then."

hendery frowned and said, "no. don't take the blame. i was the one who didn't approach you. it's kinda my fault too."

"but you did." lucas said. "you tried, and i shut you out. don't blame yourself, the fault was on me." he added.

and then, another moment of silence surrounded them. they both wondered how the talk between jungwoo and yangyang was going. but then, they both thought of the guy in front of them who's already having a hard time speaking his mind.

"i'm sorry." they said in unison.

they looked at each other and chuckled together. but lucas spoke first after. "i'm sorry i shut you out all these years. i'm sorry i hated you since we were kids."

"truth is, i didn't really hate you totally. i was just jealous. even that girlfriend thing, it wasn't your fault she liked you more than me. i'm actually really glad i have a brother. i'm so glad i have you in my life." lucas inhaled sharply.

"when i was younger, before you came, i was lonely because i didn't have anyone to play with. then you came and i had someone to do crazy things with. regardless of you being an illegitimate child. i threw it all behind me because i was really happy i have a brother."

"but then, i threw it all away because you were starting to get the attention. i guess, jealousy just took over me all these years." lucas sighed. "but don't think it's your fault. none of this is your fault. it's my mistake i shut you out even if you tried so hard to make up with me."

hendery felt tears welling up his eyes but exhaled it all out and kept the tears inside. "i'm sorry too that i slept with your boyfriend." he said lowly. "that one was now totally my fault."

"yeah, well. it's okay now. i'm actually glad it's you who got him. you two are a good match, seriously." lucas smiled. "even if you two are still not together." and they chuckled.

"we'll sort it out soon." hendery said with a smile as well.

"so wait, if you're still not together, why is he the one taking care of you?"

hendery pressed his lips together before saying, "he's the only one i have that time. i don't really have friends here yet."

"plus, he walked in on me barfing my guts out in the bathroom of taeyong's company building."

now, lucas can actually smile genuinely on his brother. he finally let out all the animals in the wild. now, there's nothing in the cage and it's all a relief. "so we're okay now, alright?" lucas stood up and hendery did the same. "yeah, we're okay."

at last, they hugged it out. the real hug they haven't done since 6th grade. it was tight, and comforting, and real. it's not fake, it's not short.

"i see you've made up?"

jungwoo came out of the kitchen with his arm around the younger man. yangyang held a tray of soup and the chicken hendery requested. he placed on the center table and looked back at lucas. "you made up as well?" lucas asked at the two.

"yeah. we're okay now." jungwoo smiled.

yangyang looked at lucas and was about to speak but lucas cut him off it. "don't say sorry now. i'm okay, it's all okay. everything's okay with us now."

"bu--"

"i said don't. i'm happy, i'm married for real, and we're actually on our way to fiji for our honeymoon. so we have to cut it short." lucas said and started stepping away from the taiwanese lovebird and the sick chinese lovebird.

"we're taking off." lucas said and pulled jungwoo to put his arm around him. "when we come back, you better make sure you two are figuring your shit out, aight?"

jungwoo chuckled and left the two smiling men in the living room.

on the bed, their feet were tangled together along the sheets under the covers. they were naked and warm against each other's embrace. they stared at the glass on the ceiling that displayed the night sky twinkling with stars.

"you know, we never had a honeymoon the first time we got married." jungwoo said. lucas thought of it for a while and said, "we did."

"we just spent it separately. you were in hastings and i went to london. we never told our parents that, remember?"

"oh yeah." jungwoo said. "i like this honeymoon better." he squeezed in more next to lucas and tightened his grip.

a moment of comfortable silence enveloped them as the phone played green tea and honey. they were happy the way things are. they're finally together, feelings sorted out, married, and happy. they have nothing to worry anymore. and now, the only thing next on their list: family.

i can't describe the feeling you gave
when you blew me away and i
carry that every day

if they looked back, no one would believe they'd end up together in the end. they were young and dumb, and they might not have admitted it in the early stages but they were also in love.

my sunshine and my moon
you're all i wanna do
every night until we're through

"you did great yesterday." jungwoo whispered lightly kissing the skin of his husband's chest. "you finally let go of the negativity you had inside you. you're going to heal now."

these little moments that we've got
(that we've got)
you make me feel like something i'm not

"i couldn't have done it without you, my love." lucas answered. "seriously, thank you for pushing me to do it. thank you because you're so forgiving and you always push past the bad vibes to get to the good ones."

"thank you for being born and being with me." lucas whispered before leaning in for a kiss.

green tea and honey babe
so warm and sweet
you're all i need
just you and me

"you're welcome, big chinese man." jungwoo hovered above the man and proceeded to sit on his stomach. "you up for another one?" and it came with a mischievous smile plastered across his face.

"really? but we just finished." lucas caressed his smooth thighs squeezing his waist and finally landed his hands on his husband's hips.

"yes, we're on our honeymoon and we're going to make the most of it."

"you're so cute. i love you." lucas gave up and smiled back before tapping on his lips.

"and i love you more." jungwoo whispered before going in for the long, hot and steaming kiss.

the end.
