(A/n): ok, people will be mad about this, but it has to be done for story reasons. First off, I'm giving Ruby a new look and weapon while I'm changing how Yang is along with her look. Second, I'm changing how some of the characters behave, more info below. And finally, some info I forgot to mention in the prologue.

First, Ruby:

Without training from her Uncle Qrow and Summer, Ruby didn't learn how to use a Scythe that well, instead she learned how to use a sword. Her sword turns into a sniper rifle and a scythe, though she rarely uses the scythe.

Now Yang...

Due to what happened in the story, Yang became afraid to use her fists in fights, preferably using the shotgun parts only, and keeps her hair short except for a small part of her hair behind her head as a promise to find (Y/n) and to bring her back to the family no matter what.

Second: characters might be OOC, especially the (Final Fantasy/Fate Stay Night) characters of team L'cie. Also, I'm thinking of adding a second team from the Final Fantasy 13 universe, idk yet.

Also, as mentioned in the prologue, Taiyang never talked about the "assaults" that he did to the readers. Also, I wanna mentioned this too: Ruby has NO idea about what Tai did to (Y/n). She thought he would beat her up more during those times. As for Yang... She found out when Tai talked about it, years after (Y/n) left, out loud one day after drinking for hours and Yang overheard it.

Anyway, story time.

Timeskip 5 years

After meeting Saber, you've spent years spending time with Snow (who you got used to overtime), Serah (who you are very protective of), and Saber (who you ended up dating after you confessed to her after getting drunk). Also, you were able to walk Serah down the isle for her wedding with Snow (the moment she hit 16, he proposed to her, with her screaming yes, and you thinking you were about to kill a bitch)

POV (Y/n)

Snow: "Hey, (Y/n), we there yet?"

(Y/n): "... Not yet... Though I'm not happy since she's going to be there..."

Snow: "come on, what are the odds you'll even see her?" *Starts to drink his beer*

(Y/n): "... The odds are high against me..."

Serah: "hey, sis, what were the names of the people who were your family?"

(Y/n): "Ruby, Yang, and Taiyang... why?"

Serah: "cause a friend of mine over at Beacon says that both of the siblings are there AND they're on the same team."

Snow does a spite take turning towards her while my eyes started to twitch.

(Y/n): "They are BOTH there?! When the hell did that news go over my head?!"

Snow: "shit... I didn't think we'd get to beat them both up before we get to be second years..." *Continues to drink the beer*

Serah: "speak for yourself! I'm not a front line fighter, and chances are their teammates might interfere if we pick a fight in public. Our best bet is to fight them in that combat class I hear about."

Snow: "aren't those one on one? Will you be ok fighting one of them solo?"

???: "she'll be fine, she's stronger then she was before."

We turn around to look at the source of the voice, it belonging to my girlfriend and protector, Saber.

(Y/n): "hey there, Saber, morning."

Saber: "morning, milady."

Just then, Snow notices Beacon getting closer.

Snow: "NICE! And we even have a welcoming committee!" *points at the group near the platform*

As I look out the window, I see two people I hoped wouldn't be there.

(Y/n): "Ruby Rose... Yang Xiao Long..."

Serah: "think you'll be ok, sis?"

(Y/n): "... Yeah... And remember, it's Lightning when we aren't in our rooms"

Snow: "got it, (n/n)." *Dodges an aura piercing bullet that was going to hit his shoulder* "HEY! LEARN TO TAKE A JOKE!"

(Y/n): "Be glad I wasn't aiming for your head." *Starts walking towards the door*

Timeskip

POV third

Ozpin: "Hello, you four, and Welcome to Beacon. May I ask what your names are to confirm?"

Serah: "Sure! My name is Serah Villiers, wife to-"

Snow: "-me, Snow Villiers. We got married a few weeks ago, actually."

Ozpin: "Ah, I see. What about you two?"

Saber: "I go by a few names, however, you may refer to me as 'Saber'"

(Y/n): "... Lightning Farron"

Ozpin: "Farron? Are you the missing daughter of Ms Claire Farron?" *Takes out picture of a person*

(A/n): The reader has the exact same look as the mother

Serah: "Yup! We finally found her!" * Talks quietly* "No thanks to you guys..."

As Serah is talking to Ozpin, Saber pokes your shoulder to get your attention

Saber: *whispering* "Light, their coming this way"

(Y/n): *whispering* "... Right..."

Ruby: *walks up to you* "Hey there, my name is Ruby Rose, and this here's my sister, Yang"

Yang: "Hey there, beautiful. You single?"

You and saber both cringe when she asks that.

Ruby: "YANG!"

You then notice Serah, Snow, and Ozpin heading for the dorms

(Y/n): "... I'm not single" *walks towards where the others are*

Yang: *starts walking behind you along with Ruby* "awww, you're taken? And here I thought we could have a Yang-ing time."

(Y/n): "... I'd stop if I were you..."

As you near the entrance, Ruby runs ahead to stand in front of the door to block you from going in, with the three who went in not noticing, but Saber did, and is invisible and waiting nearby, ready to jump in.

Ruby: "hey, umm sorry if Yang made you feel uncomfortable... Say, have we met somewhere before?" *Gives you a confused look* "... You look very familiar..."

(Y/n): "... No..." *Walks around her*

Yang: *blocks you before you can go inside* "Sooo...... What's your name? Also, who's the person I gotta shoot to win you over?" *Gives you a wink and a shit-eating grin*

With Serah, Snow, and Ozpin

As the three are talking, all of a sudden, they hear a loud explosion. They turn towards the source to see Yang crashing into the wall of the school, Ruby looking like someone crushed a cookie in front of her, and you looking surprised to see Saber, in her full armor, having used her sword to knock Yang away.

Saber: "..." *Stands in front of you, keeping you away from both Ruby and Yang* "IF THOU WISHES TO DIE, TRY HITTING ON HER AGAIN!"
