At Beacon Academy

A month after Jaune left and only a day after he joined Fairy Tail

POV third

Ozpin: *sighs* "Are you sure you can't stay here?"

???: "After what happened, I just can't, professor... I'm sorry"

Ozpin: "... Very well, I hope you find him on your journey then..."

???: "Thank you, sir..."

Once she says her good byes, Pyrrha Nikos, dawning new armor, leaves Beacon Academy to find the man she loves, Jaune Arc, once more, not knowing he left to another world.

Back to Jaune

Jaune: *whispering to Gajeel* "ok, seriously, did I do something to piss her off?"

Gajeel: *whispering to Jaune* "heck of I know, she's been like that ever since she saw you..."

The two men look behind them to the very scary looking Titania who was on the other side of the guild, staring at them... But mostly at Jaune for some reason.

Jaune laughs nervously, then looks away, towards his guild mark on his right arm.

Gajeel: "... Hey, Jaune, how about the two of us hit a quest?"

Jaune: "hehe... Sure, I can use the distraction..."

We start heading for the request board, looking for a quest.

Gajeel: "here's one: 'investigate the disappearance of girls in Hargeon and find the connection between the disappearance and the Fairy Tail guild's Salamander'..."

Jaune: "Fairy Tail's Salamander?"

???: "Hey, you two!"

Jaune and Gajeel turn around to see a pink haired guy standing in front of them with a smile

Jaune: "Hey there... Natsu, right?"

Natsu: "Yup! Mind if I go with you two on the quest?"

???: "Arc!"

The three flinched at the voice, then turned around slowly to see Titania staring at them again.

Jaune: "...Y-yeah, Ms S-scarlet?"

Erza: "I'll join you as well."

The three guys start to sweat more now, all three scared of her

Timeskip

Jaune: *vomiting in a garbage can*

Natsu: "oh god... I hate trains" *tries to stop himself from vomiting*

Erza: "I still can't believe he has motion sickness like you, Natsu..."

Gajeel: "anyway, should we split up to look for this 'Salamander'?"

Erza: "very well, how should we split it up?"

Jaune: *finished vomiting* "uhhhgg.... I'll go with Natsu, if that's fine."

Gajeel: "Sure, I'll go with Erza then."

As the group splits up, Jaune could have sworn he felt someone glaring daggers at him. Heck, even Natsu felt it and we both started shaking in fear.

Natsu: *whispering* "What the hell did you do to get her so angry at you?! Even me and Gray fighting in the guild hall never got her so angry."

Jaune: *whispering* "I DON'T KNOW! I literally just joined and already she hates me... Maybe joining was a bad idea..."

Natsu: *Turns to Jaune* "Jaune, you can't think that. I don't know why you joined, but it might have been to help people. No one should regret joining to help others, ok?"

Jaune: *smiles alittle* "Thanks, Natsu..."

POV Natsu

As we continue walking around, looking for Salamander, I overhear something about him being at the town square.

Natsu: "Hey, Jaune!"

Jaune: "Yeah?"

Natsu: "I overheard something about Salamander being at the town square. Let's check it out!" *Starts running for the town square*

Jaune: "Hey, wait! Shouldn't we let the others know?!" *Runs after him*

Natsu: "Nah, it's fine, plus let's not deal with Erza for as long as possible..."

Jaune: *Shivers run down his spine* "Y-yeah... Ok... Let's go."

As we start heading for the town square, all I hear is screeching girls... MAN that's annoying!

Natsu: *covers ears* "WHAT THE FUCK IS WITH THE SCREECHING?!"

Jaune: "probably just some popular guy or girl being here, the usual stuff."

Natsu: *looks at Jaune* "How the heck do you know that's it?"

Jaune: "I lived with 7 sisters, I'm used to this."

Natsu: "... You have my sympathy."

Jaune: "Thanks" -_-

Then, out of nowhere, Jaune just stops moving. It's like he saw a ghost. I wave my hand in front of him, but no reaction.

POV Jaune

I don't know why, but it's like the world froze, and I'm staring at someone who looks like me, only... He has murderous intent coming off of him...

Jaune(?): Hello... Jaune.

Jaune: "W-who are you?..."

Jaune(?): Did you forget? I'm you... Or rather, another you. As for my name... How about we go with (Y/n) for now.

Jaune: "Ok... (Y/n), what are you?"

(Y/n): I am... Let's say a special type of Grimm. I was born from your negativity when you saw Pyrrha hurt. And all I want is freedom.

Jaune: "Freedom? Freedom from what?"

(Y/n): From everything. "She" no longer can force me to do things. And I'll be enjoying doing things my way from now on...

Once he says that, I feel a chill run up my spine, and when I reach for my weapons, I can't find them.

(Y/n): Don't worry, I won't force you to do things. As far as I know, your freedom is my freedom, and it seems like your freedom is limited by that Titania. I have a solution to this. And before you ask, don't worry, I won't kill her.

Jaune: "... Then what's the solution?..."

(Y/n): The solution is... To fight her.
