ReDestro's Evil Incorporated

"Such a dreary place." Shigaraki mutters to himself as he steps out of a portal overlooking the Meta Liberation Army headquarters of Detnerat. "The successor of Destro, with the unoriginal name of ReDestro." Shigaraki complains to himself as he begins walking into the city.

Cars and pedestrians look in amusement and some in mild uncomfortability at the hand clasped villain, but he pays them no mind. Those sheep of people have no idea they're mere feet away from a wolf, but this wolf is alone. This one has yet to assert his power over anyone, having been trained for the majority of his life to lead but he always had to follow. He had to form a new pack of followers, some from his father's contacts and others from those he himself knows. The Omega is alone, at least for the time being, his thoughts addled by fears from his past and an insistent nagging in his head that he isn't good enough to succeed his master. His thoughts are interrupted when he reaches the building he is looking for. A strangely shaped skyscraper that appears to have a segment of two or three floors offset from the top that is domed like an observatory. On the top is a sign that reads "Detnerat" and the man he is looking for is inside.

The automatic doors part for him as he enters the building, and once inside he's met by a receptionist that points him towards an elevator. He didn't even speak to the woman but it's as if his presence was enough to let her know who he was and whom he was meeting. She presses an intercom on her desk and lets ReDestro know that he has a visitor on his way before letting Tomura know what floor to go to. Tomura says nothing but presses the button as instructed heading all the way to the top of the office building. He stands in silence listening to the simple jingle in the elevator that ascends to the top relatively quickly. With the elevator coming to a stop, Shigaraki steps across the threshold into the penthouse office itself. Facing away from the elevator is a man dressed in a dark purple pinstripe suit, his hair buzzed on one side and spiked in the center pointed off to his left. Behind him two men in lab coats are handing off a sealed brief case when Shigaraki walks into the room. Sensing a new presence, ReDestro turns slightly over his shoulder and speaks.

"Ahh, Perry the Platypus I was expecting yo- wait a moment. You're not who I was expecting." He greets before turning to face the visitor, one of the attendants in the room rushes over to ReDestro before whispering in his ear.. "Shigaraki Tomura, to what do I owe the pleasure of speaking with the successor of All for One."

"Always with the pleasantries ReDestro, but I didn't come by for a mere hello. I have some things I would like to discuss." Shigaraki begins as he walks past the two scientists, making his way to the chair in front of ReDestro's desk.

"Leave us." The CEO states prompting the guards and other workers to leave the room shortly after. The auburn brown haired man turns towards his desk and takes a seat. Pouring two glasses of cognac from a decanter by his computer. "What would you like to discuss? Have you finally come around to the invitation to my fold?"

"While I do not agree with the motives of your Meta Liberation Army, I require your assistance and numbers for what I am planning." Shigaraki says coldly, he creepily pinches the crystal glass between his middle finger and thumb before haphazardly twirling his wrist and sloshing the caramel colored liquid within.

"And what would that be, my young acquaintance."

"War. A War I will wage against this society, against the heroes, against the world and against my brother." ReDestro's eyebrow perks up at this statement. "I require men for an army, one that will follow me without question and you're the only man I know with that asset."

"And like your master you wish to take that for yourself hmm?" ReDestro questions before taking a long sip of the liquor. "But what of your brother, as far as I am aware you were an anomaly, suddenly appearing as an ankle biter at All for One's side. Did he hand you the reins so he could settle down and have a family?"

"Not completely inaccurate, but you have it the other way around. He adopted me into a family he already had, but when All Might decided to ruin it he took me away, leaving my brother behind, but he still had a fondness for Shigaraki Yamikumo. He gave him back his quirk despite his insistence on being a disgusting hero. Since my master's defeat at the hands of All Might he has been locked away, and I know not if he's even still alive." Shigaraki responds, still sloshing around the liquid in the glass.

"Is he your rival? One that is meant to drive you to new power or did All for One intend on imparting his empire on his two sons." ReDestro questions further.

"I've been beginning to wonder that myself, a small part of me wants to recruit him since he is all the family I have left, aside from his mother, but the other part wants nothing more than to assimilate his power into mine."

"But in order to do that you need an army to fight the heroes? The world? Sure I have a lot of men under my control but nowhere near the amount required for that."

"With what I was gifted with by my master the numbers don't matter, all I need is either his aid or his power and I will have one of those two."

"So what? You wish for me to just hand over my army to your control just to quell your brother complex. You're sorely mistaken." The tone in ReDestro's voice shifts as he speaks, becoming plagued with more sinister intentions.

"No, I do not, I am here to challenge you to the right to lead." ReDestro begins laughing at Shigaraki's statement but Tomura says nothing, instead he drinks the contents of the glass in one sip before putting all five fingers on it, crumbling the glass to dust in a mere moment.

"Ahh... Shigaraki, how unexpected of you, and by unexpected I mean COMPLETELY EXPECTED!!!" ReDestro shouts before his right arm suddenly changes to a color similar to tar, growing ten times its size. Shigaraki hardly has time to react as ReDestro swats him through the side of the building, taking off half of the roof in a single swipe. "What is it that you want, Shigaraki. I know your master's goals and intentions but what about yours?" ReDestro calls from the opening in the building, pieces of glass and concrete crumbling off as he walks towards the hole. ReDestro jumps from the hole in the wall landing in the street below, cracking the cement in the process. Meanwhile Shigaraki picks himself up out of a crater, disintegrating the car that he fell into in order to free himself. The villain doesn't even bother looking at the lone driver as he turns to dust. As Tomura walks from the cloud of dust he had created, something catches his eye. The hand that has been on one of his wrists was laying in the middle of the street, the fingers bent and broken.

"H-Hana." Shigaraki stammers before being struck in the stomach by ReDestro's swollen fist. The collision sends him through a window and out through the other side of a restaurant, His hands trying to find purchase on the walls in order to stop himself, but all it manages to do is decay the structural supports of the walls causing it to crumble.

"If you do not have the conviction to lead, an end goal, something to strive for then you are nothing. All for One wished to recreate the world in his image, to make himself a god. Destro wished to liberate the usage of quirks so that everyone could use them as they pleased, and I share in his goal. So what is it that you strive for? What is your conviction?" ReDestro asks, walking through the crumbled debris of the former shop. The effects of his quirk now coating his body in a strange purple substance, increasing his size drastically. Small portions on his forehead and face remain their normal pigmentation.

Coming to a stop before Shigaraki, ReDestro looks at the collapsed form of the villain, the lanky gray haired man hunched over and scratching his neck and eyes compulsively. He stammers incoherently, babbling a name over and over again, Hana. Other hands had fallen from their grips around his body. The only ones remaining over his shoulders and back of his head. The blood leaking from a wound clouds his eyesight in a red tinge. He blinks, the blood stinging his eyes more causing him to do it again. Flashes of what happened that night all that time ago clouded his mind and his sight. Most vividly a memory of his sister pulling him along by the hand, her arm over his wrist like the fake hands that clasped his body.

The blood in his eyes caused him to blink again from the irritation but as he opens his eyes ReDestro was gone. Everything was gone. No ReDestro, No cars, no people. Nothing. A stark white void that expanded for what felt like forever in all directions. This strange vision now prevailed over his senses, heightening them. His sight was clear but different, it wasn't addled by the hand in front of his face, but it was sharp, and precise. Though he was shorter than he had remembered, looking down at his hands he saw the arms of his five year old self. The body he was in when everything changed that night, his same black shirt and shorts as well as his beloved red shoes. Turning back to his surroundings, the only thing he could do now in this expanse is walk. And so he did, walking where he felt was right, a feeling that was familiar so he sought it out. In this strange world, or vision he couldn't even hear his footsteps against the white void. What he did hear however was the sound of a young boy crying. It was faint at first but got louder as he walked towards the strange pull he felt. He kept walking, and the sound grew closer and closer, but it felt as if hours and days were passing in here. Through what felt like weeks, he continued to walk as long as his short legs would take him. It was like the following days after the incident, he was no stranger to wandering, he spent days searching for someone to help him. He was filthy, covered in blood and tears yet no one came.

In the real world, Shigaraki's body was moving on its own. His eyes a blank and corpse like white, his body was being piloted while he himself was seemingly unconscious. The body of Shigaraki seemingly reanimates itself and darting towards ReDestro at speeds that are inhuman. ReDestro himself can barely track him with his eyes as Shigaraki runs so quickly he kicks up a cloud of dust and debris. He slides to a stop and presses his hand on the ground, the effects of his quirk are instantaneous as the ground shatters and turns to dust. ReDestro lunges off the ground away from the affected soil before raising his hand. A ball of blackish purple energy forms from his hand before it is punched towards Shigaraki. Tomura doesn't bother to evade it, instead it connects head on with him but suddenly vanishes. ReDestro's eyes widened seeing this new development: the stress beam attack he had thrown was destroyed by Shigaraki's quirk. His hands will be a serious problem.

Inside the depths of Shigaraki's mind however, he continued to wander through this empty world. Continuing to walk until the white finally was stained by a different color, he felt like months had passed in the brief instances he was in this strange world. At first it was hard to make out, but as he got closer he recognized what he was seeing. It was Yamikumo, huddled against his legs and sobbing into them. When Tomura saw him there was no instinct to decay or destroy whatever this vision was. All he did was stare, a mere five feet between him and the crying boy. Yamikumo looked, in this realm, no older than Tomura the son of All for One was facing away from him, buried in his arms sobbing. He looked like the same age that Tomura was when that horrible night fell. Walking up to the crying boy, Tomura stretched his small hand and placed it on the back of Yamikumo's head.

As his hand makes contact with Yamikumo, the world around him changes instantly. Tomura is forced to watch through Yamikumo's eyes as the doctor that gave the two of them All for One told Yamikumo he was quirkless. The years flew by in mere moments, but Tomura saw every traumatic event that Yamikumo had endured. The beatings, the burns, the broken bones and the torture he suffered through all because he was quirkless. He saw the deep recesses of his mind harbored that same hatred that Tomura had embraced. Everything, up to the moment where Izuku was standing on top of his old middle school looking at the ground. How inviting it looked, and that the only thing he had to do was step forwards and embrace it. Outwardly Tomura smiled, they were one in the same, they both suffered, both were abandoned by those sworn to protect the world.

Blinking again, Tomura saw through Yamikumo's eyes again but this time it was what was happening at that exact moment. He saw him fighting against Endeavor, a dragon made of water being evaporated as it tried to near the pro. Though with no context as to what was taking place, Tomura grinned believing his brother, his Yamikumo, was finally going to come home. It would be them against the wrongs in this world. Tomura would be the one to destroy it, and from the ashes, Yamikumo would recreate it in their image. Before Creation came Destruction and before the beginning, there came an end. And he reveled in that fact, he laughed, for the first true time in so many years. He laughed, it sounded like his child self but slowly it deepened and turned into ominous, evil maniacal laughter that shattered the strange world apart. As he returned to consciousness in the real world his laughter carried over, puzzling ReDestro.

"Oh? You find humor in your defeat? How pleasant, such a shame that All for One had chosen a man with such little resolve to succeed him. It's a pity really." ReDestro's voice came back into recognition and when Shigaraki had awoken, he was being held up by ReDestro himself. His hands crushed between the brute's fingers.

"Hehehehehe! Hahahahahaha! We're the same!!!" Shigaraki laughed again, the insanity present in his voice unnerving the leader of the Meta Liberation Army. "You had asked what my resolve is, and I have found it. I am going to steal away the last years of life from this pathetic world and destroy it. I am going to destroy it so my otouto-chan can do what he wishes with the ashes of what's left. Absolute destruction is my resolve, I will end this world and he will begin it anew."

(Note: Otouto-chan means Little Brother.)

"If you destroy all there is, then no one will be free, no quirks will be free. This I cannot allow, Tomura Shigaraki." ReDestro declares before feeling a sudden and sharp pain in both of his hands simultaneously. The once bloody and shattered fingers of Shigaraki had turned black, arcing with a silver red power. The mass that had been covering ReDestro's body began to shrank, as if being pulled into Shigaraki's palms. In mere moments, it wasn't Shigaraki who was being held, it was ReDestro. At the mercy of Shigaraki, who had his fingers laced between ReDestro's own, sucking the quirk from his body as if a vampire leeching the blood from its victim. "So you really have succeeded All for One. I see that my choice is to follow you." ReDestro concedes.

"You never had a choice in the matter, ReDestro, but I must thank you. I have felt an awakening, and come to a realization. I do not need your quirk, the stress makes me itch more." Shigaraki responds before returning said power to ReDestro. "You all will follow me or you will die." Shigaraki's words echo from the massive crater that their fight had resulted in. Thousands of followers of ReDestro's army and second in command Trumpet had gathered at the lip of the crater prepared to attack Shigaraki but his sheer presence alone shut off the effects of Trumpet's quirk. "Kneel." He commands, and the people follow.
