Lilly yelped as she was hit with a baton one last time before guards left the cell. One sneered," Look dead for your New guard. They'll be here soon." The tossed Lilly's blanket in the cell before locking it up again. She whimpered and crawled to her blanket and grabbed it off the dirty wet ground. What a terrible lot of mistakes had she made for her to end up like this.

Many years ago, anyone whom possessed magic were deemed criminals. Anyone seen using magic, child or adult, would be taken into custody and thrown in cells, often to never see the light again. Others experimented. Some were just lucky rich bastards.

Lilly herself was caught using her magic to protect her son Verko from getting killed by a group of Gang Members. That in itself was a long and painful story for her to even bare. To make it worse, the most feared magic, was the magic she had owned. Fire magic.

Lilly snapped out of her thoughts and pushed herself into the corner of her cell and closed her eyes, not caring if her glasses were on the ground on the other side of the small cell.

Only minutes later did she jump and squeak to the sound of a baton slamming on the bars," Alright you Scrawny bitch, are you alive or do I have to call the grim reaper?" Lilly scrambled over to her glasses and picked them up from the puddle of water, and put them on. She paled when she saw a woman with dark red hair and sharp teeth. She gulped and held the blanket close to her as she shivered, sitting in the cold water," What are you? Mute? What's your number?!"

Lilly looked down, and mumbled," 0-65429..."

" Good. So now, bitch, you're stuck with me." The woman sat in the chair next to the cell door and pulled down her hat to cover her eyes.

Lilly let out a soft whimper and went towards her corner and covered her eyes with her dirty purple hair (almost black). She shook and hid her face under the blanket. She closed her eyes and sang to herself," E-Eleanor Rigby, p-picks up the rice...In the church where a wedding has b-been...Lives in a dream...W-Waits at the window, w-wearing the face... That she keeps in a j-jar by the door...Who is it f-for..?"

She squeaked at the baton hitting the Bars again," STOP SINGING!"

Lilly whimpered and looked down. She moved out from under the blanket and shivered in the cold. She tried to blow fire to warm herself up but all that came out was a small amount of smoke. Her teeth chattered as she snuggled into her only warmth; the damp and cold blanket," F-Froid..."

The guard looked back at Lilly and frowned. She growled under her breath, and Ruffled her hair.

A few days later the guard walked in with a bag. She growled and slammed her baton on the cell bars. Lilly looked up, her face bruised and cut slightly," Jeez, what happened to you? You look like shit" the guard laughed and sat down. She opened her bag and looked around, seeing nobody. She grabbed something and stuck it through the bars Before throwing it at Lilly," Here! Don't fuck it up, cause that's the only one you're gonna get criminal." She looked away.

Lilly looked over to see a newer, thicker blanket. Lilly quickly grabbed it and unfolded it, and let out a soft giggle to how big it was. She smiled and wrapped herself in it. Lilly paused before letting out a soft," Thank y-you.."

The guard blushed and looked away," Shut Up."
