I woke up the next morning,  almost not remembering what happened last night,  but than it came back to me and I smiled. I turned over and watched the sleeping Chandler by me.  He was sleeping so peacefully. My phone went off next to me and I looked at it.

Mom🤓- Don't forget it's your dad's b-day today

Olivia😻- Wouldn't forget it!!!

I got up fast and got dressed. By the time I got back,  Chandler was still sleeping. I sighed to myself. I guess it's goanna have to be this way. I said in my mind and jumped right on him and that woke him up groaning. "Get up, up,  up."

He sat up chuckling and stretched. "Why." He groaned. "It's not 10: 30."

"Because today is my dad's birthday and we have to go."

"Five more minutes." He groaned and went back under the covers.

I huffed and got up opening the blinds and the sun hit his eyes and he woke up. "The earth says get your ass up now."

"I thought the earth says hello."  He chuckles getting his pants on.

"Not today." I said and layed on the bed.

After he was done getting dressed he layed on me and I groaned. "Your so heavy."

"I'm not that heavy." He chuckles getting comfy on me.

I groaned and pushed him off me and he laughed a bit. "Wow you think I'm heavy."  Chandler said pouting.

"Not that heavy. It's too early in the morning to carry you." I said getting up.

He chuckles and packs his suit case and I do the same. After I was done packing,  I went over to Chander and went on his back. He smiled and got up and ran around or hotel.  I giggled a bit and he threw me on the bed and I laughed and he chuckled. "Come on, lets get on the plane."

On the plane

We got on the plane and Chandler got the window seat and I got the middle. I pouted and he chuckled. "When we can take off out seat belts,  you can sit my lap. How about that?"

I chuckled a bit. "Ok."

When the plane took off, the seatbelt thing turned off and I got my seatbelt off and sat in Chandlers lap. He chuckled a bit and held me close. I smiled and rested my head on his shoulder and looked out the window and slowly fell asleep.

After the plane flight

"Hey,  babe wake up."

I woke up and yawned. "Are we here already?"

He chuckled. "Yup. Now lets go wish your dad a happy birthday"

I nodded and got up and we walked to the car. "Where does your dad live?"

"I can drive us thier. It's not that far from here."

He nodded and put our suitcases in the trunk and got in the car. I got in the drivers seat and drove to where my dad was.

We pulled up to a cemetery and Chandler gave me a counfused look. I kinda ignored it and parked getting out, he did the same. I started walking and stopped at a grave stone. It read

Here lays Dylan Collins.
Son, husband, and father
Died spring 2013

I looked at his stone and started to cry a bit. Chandler pulled me close into a hug. "How did he die?" Chandler asked softly.

"In the army. He got shot." I said and sniffed a bit. "He didn't see it coming."

"I'm sorry that happened." He said hugging me tighter.

I hugged back tight and cried a little in his chest. After awhile I calmed down and let go. Chandler smiled a bit at me and I smiled back. We both got in the car and we drove to my house. "If your dad was still alive, would he approve of me?"

"He would. He'd approved anyone who made me happy. " I said smiling

He smiled too and took my hand while he drove. I smiled too
