"Hey!" Jaemin grins as Jeno walks up to him, "ready to go?" Lending a hand out for the younger boy to take.

Accepting it happily, Jeno nods whilst humming in response. Letting Jaemin take him to wherever their date is supposed to be held first.

Meanwhile, several pairs of eyes stare at them not too far away. The figures were attempting to hide from them as they communicate to each other in a whisper.

"Ugh, I told Jaemin he should've wore a white shirt. Now they aren't matching!" One complains aloud.

"Why wear a white shirt on a date? Isn't that so risky? You could get some stain on early and you don't have backup." The youngest boy who's sitting beside him replies.

"But men in white are handsome, I personally think Jaemin would look good in it. Because Jeno said so." The first person quickly adds in the end.

"Okay, that doesn't matter– Jeno always says Jaemin looks good. And vice versa," another points out matter-of-a-factly.

"Why can't Jaemin hyung just wear a suit to woo Jeno hyung that easily? Might even marry him right on the spot." One spoke out his thoughts.

The others look at him flatly as the second eldest boy amongst them flicks his forehead. "He isn't going to a business meeting, you moron."

"Other people do it! Even my dad does."

"Yeah, when they're older!"

"Exactly, Jaemin hyung can practice now, early in his younger years. So in the future, he's a pro at dates with Jeno hyung."

"You're too rich for us, Chenle. Clearly Jaemin doesn't have a decent fucking suit in his closet yet."

"That's why I'm here." Chenle says with a mischievous smirk adorning his face.

"Can you guys shut up? We're about to lose them!" The second eldest boy scolds as he quickly gets up on his feet.

"Does this bitch know Jaemin has his location on?" The tanned male rolls his eyes as he sassily says, holding his respective phone.

"I have this weird feeling in my gut..." Jaemin raises a brow at Jeno, now looking concerned in the next second.

"Why? Are you okay?" He stops on his tracks, glancing over at the place they're about to eat dinner at.

Just a few steps away, and he could see the said place isn't too busy tonight. So it'll be quite peaceful and easy to get a table, enjoy their date like as planned.

"I don't know... I just feel like, someone's watching us?" It comes off as a question rather than anything else.

Jaemin makes a face before shaking his head as a chuckle escapes his lips. "I mean, despite the fact that we're in public... I don't blame people staring at us holding hands."

By the mention of that, Jeno instantly looks down on their still interlocked hands before coughing awkwardly.

Face turning red, he looks away as Jaemin doesn't fail to coo at him aloud. Just like before.

"This is embarrassing..."

"Don't be embarrassed, Jen. I understand why they would be staring at us." Jaemin shrugs his shoulders in nonchalance.

Although, Jeno can sense something else just by hearing the tone the elder boy has on. "Why?"

Leaning in, Jaemin gets all up in his face and smirks teasingly. "We're pretty cute together, they wish they could be us."

Jeno fails to keep quiet, a small sound he doesn't even know what the hell that was, escapes his lips. And it has all Jaemin giggling.

Muttering incoherent words, Jeno drags Jaemin to where they're about to eat dinner at as the elder boy quickly catches up just so he could open the door for him.

"Can we please order food?"

"Can you please shut up?"

"I will, if you give me food." The tanned male huffs, crossing his arms as he firmly replies.

The youngest boy looks up from his glass of water and gives him a look. "Listen, this is so unfair how they're eating and we're not."

"We're spying on them, you'll get us caught."

"How the fuck are we going to get caught? We're like three tables away from them!" The tanned male continues to pester.

The boy beside him rolls his eyes at him as he nudges Chenle who's sitting beside Mark. "Pay for our meal tonight, I'll let you skip off next club meeting."

"Deal!"

"I'm not that hungry, you guys go ahead. I already ate before Donghyuck made this call to spy on Jaemin and Jeno's date." Mark states, waving them off.

"Suit yourself, more for me."

"Goddamit Hyuck, I told you not to get caught up with your food, now we lost them!"

"It's not my fault the food was great, Renjun!"

"Hey, it's all fine. Didn't Hyuck say Jaemin has his location on?" Mark tries to calm them down, reminding them about what the tanned male had said earlier.

Donghyuck grins widely and snaps his fingers, "see? Nothing to be worried about."

Taking out his phone, Jisung purses his lips before announcing aloud, "uhm, Jaemin hyung's location is off now."

"Wait, what the shit?"

"His phone probably died, he and Jeno did took many pictures together." Mark says, "check Jeno's location."

Doing as told, Jisung soon makes a face as he exaggerates a wince, "off as well." Showing them his respective phone's screen.

"Ah great."

"Remind me, why are we spying on them again?" Chenle blinks furiously, bringing it up unnecessarily.

"Because that's what friends are for!" Mark enthusiastically answers.

"Nah, it's because Jaemin's usually a dumbass and I want to see him fail asking Jeno out. Like... Totally out of his usual character."

"He's doing great so far, I don't know why you think he would fail or something." Jisung mumbles, a little confused.

"Dude, he literally almost fucked up his chance with Jeno. He could do it again and actually lose his chance this time." Donghyuck deadpans.

"You have low expectations of Jaemin hyung courting Jeno hyung..." Chenle sighs, clicking his tongue in disappointment.

"So do you, you just didn't punch him unlike me. Sort of worried he lost more senses because of that," the tanned male remarks.

"Besides, just because Jaemin's good at flirting doesn't mean he could be good in relationships.... Just saying!" He quickly adds in the end with his hands up in surrender.

Meanwhile, as they were bickering outside the restaurant, Jisung scrolls through his phone and bites back a sneaky grin.
