I grabbed my sword as I just finished wearing my battle clothes, my friends were shocked to what I was doing as I didn't paid them any of my attention.

"Yuu-san! What are you doing?" Shinoa asked me worriedly.

"I'm going to save Shiro, what else?" i said in a matter of fact, of course I will save her...she's always saving me when I was in a pinch. I have to do the same and protect her with my might.

"Idiot! You haven't fully recovered yet!" Mitsuba yelled as I ignored her.

"Don't do anything hasty and reckless Yuu-kun!" Yoichi said.

"I know that you'll save her once you knew about this, but calm down for a second, Idiot Yuu!" Kimizuki said.

I turned my head as I glared at my friends, why were they like that? Don't they want to save her as well?

"I will save Shiro no matter what you say, she's my family! I can't afford to lose anyone of my friends." i yelled as I walked out of the room and sprinted through the hallways.

'Why isn't Guren doing anything? Isn't he going to save Shiro?!' I thought angrily as I went to the place where the vampires will take her.

Where else? At the Vampire City...

I left a note to one of the messengers of Guren, telling them to give it to him. What was it all about? It's just a letter saying I will going out a bit.

"After four years...I'm here again." i muttered as i reached the very entrance to the Vampire City, walking through the tunnel, i reached the place where my family was murdered.

Memories of despair and sadness flashed in my mind as I shrugged the thought and continued exploring the place. 'Where would Shiro be..?'

I woke up from the slumber that I just took, I realised that Mika was once gone beside me, again. Gazing up through the window, I knew that I should hurry up and leave the place.

I grabbed a piece of paper and a pen as I began to scribble a note to leave for Mika, the note said:

あなた 味方、
Dear Mika,

わたし わ 戻るね です、
I'm going back to where I belong,

ニンゲ せかい です、
Back to the Human World,

ごめなさい、げんき でね。
I'm really sorry, take care.

さよなら。
Goodbye.

I folded the paper neatly, as I left it on his study table, once I made up my decision in escaping, I turned the doorknob as I walked out, closing it from behind. Walking through the hallways with heavy breathes.

"I'm kind of scared...I don't want to be caught once again by those vampires." i mumbled as I slowly took each step forward through the corridors.

I used my kinetic vision to see if there were vampires nearby to find none, I used that chance to sprint through the gates of the castle, I started running with all of my might to reach the escape as fast as I can.

"Capture her!" i heard voices from the back as I ran away from them.

'This is not good, there catching up.' i thought while thinking of ways how to make them stop chasing me.

Should I beat them up? But, it might cause an uproar in the castle and they might send more troops to hold me down, that isn't good...

"I guess all I have to do is to run." i said as I used my leg power to ran faster, I'm pretty confident in my stamina and running energy.

I ran through the pavements as I saw the same scene that I was seeing four years ago, I heard there pace fastened up as I was nervous that they might caught up with me.

I ran through the same underground tunnel I've went through those days, then I reached a huge place with ivory floorings and pure wallpapers, fancy decorated chandeliers hanging in the ceilings and any pricey accessory.

'I have to say that those vampires are really rich!' I thought, dwelling in my brain caused me to trip and fall on the glassy floor.

I turned around to see them running up to me while stretching their hands to me, tears appeared in the corners of my eyes as they were closing in.

'T-They're closing in!' before I could stand up to ran again, on of them got a hold of me and pushed me on the ground, pouncing on me.

"You shouldn't stray too far, you're merely a livestock!" they said, restraining my movements. Before I could do anything, something black came dashing to us.

However, that dark stuff didn't reached me, but instead those vampires who were holding me and now they perished in thin air.

"Lend me your power, Asuramaru!" an odd fully familiar voice yelled as it echoed through out the room. He raised his blade as the dark stuff appeared again and attacked the vampire guards nearby.

I looked up to my saviour, it was him. I was relieved to see him once again, he ran up to me hurriedly and squatted to my eye level.

"At last, I finally found you!"

He pulled me in embrace as his warmth soaked my petite frame, I could feel my eyes sting, I wouldn't lie, but I really missed him.

"I'm sorry for letting you go through all of that...are you hurt? Did those bloodsuckers do something to you?" he bombarded me with questions.

I smiled. "Don't worry, I'm fine."

He looked at me worriedly as his green orbs gazed at me softly, "really? Are you really alright?" he asked.

He was really worried about me, I'm glad he did and came after me in this drastic, scary place that I despised.

"Nothing's wrong...Everything's alright now."

We heard the footsteps of vampires closing in as he grabbed my hand, them we broke in a free run through the vampire reigns. It was like 4 years ago when he pulled me with him.

We reached the outside world as we continued running, while I was panting really hard. "Yuu...stop, I'm tired..." i begged as he did what i said.

We rested for awhile as we leaned our backs on the tree oak, coldness crept up to my skin, he seems to notice this as he threw his cape on me.

"Wear this." he said without making an eye contact with me, I looked down on the dark cape that he always wear, it was really warm enough for me.

"B-But, what about you? Aren't you cold?" i asked as he shook his head, "you need it more than I do, so quit worrying about me and wear that."

I smiled and nodded as my other hand wrapped it around me, my right hand was being held by Yuu.

"Hey Yuu, when are you going to let go of my hand?" i said as i looked down on our bare hands holding laced with each other.

He turned to me as he leaned down to my face to the fact that our nose were touching, he gave my hand and comforting squeeze as he's emerald eyes burned with my crimson ones.

"I won't let go, because the moment I did, you just might go away..."
