"I'm super full," i heard Chess spoke after sipping the dead human's blood.
"Chess, you can't kill a hostage." Horn scolded her as she gasped in surprise, then the blue haired vampire began to shake the human's body.
"I-I'm sorry, Crowley-sama." i heard her apologised as I was busy rummaging through the documentary files of regular reports.
"It's fine, we still have more." i hummed, not sparing them a glance.
Rather gleefully, Chess invited Horn to drink a human's blood. However she rejected the kind offer. "you should drink some too, Horn!"
The blonde huffed, "you should learn a little self control. Act like a noble."
"Jeez, where's the joy in life if you're all serious?! Right, Crowley-sama?"
"You should live a little more seriously." i answered while staring at the scribbles of the report sheets as the whined in my answer. "what?!"
"Anyway, Crowley-sama, what do you think about today's attack? The humans have finally waged a war on us in Nagoya." Horn stated.
I hummed in reply as I grabbed the cursed gear of the dead human soldier, signalling for Chess to come closer as I attacked her. Causing to hit her back on the shattered wall.
I touched the gear as my finger was pricked causing a few droplets of blood ooze out of the wound, seems like the wound won't be healed. I gave them the opportunity to taste my blood as Horn took the courtesy.
"Is there something wrong?" she asked as she seem to notice me staring at her. I smirked while getting my finger back on my side.
"I was jut wondering whose the puppet master of this ambiguous war is...Krul Tepes, Ferid Bathory, or it can't be a human pulling the strings, right?" i laughed from my own sentence gleefully.
Then in some of the lines in the report sheets caught my attention, grabbing the paper as I read throughout the information written. My eyes widened from this ominous news.
"Hey, you two. Do you know whose this human girl, Hyakuya Shiro?" i asked while showing them a head picture and name of the human.
Both of them looked at each other for a while before looking back to me. "No, but I heard few rumours about her...it seems like she can kill vampires without a vampire-killing cursed gear." Horn stated.
"I've also heard that her wounds can be healed instantly once they were damaged, pretty amazing!" Chess chimed on brightly.
I hummed in reply as I stare at the little girl's picture on the report sheet while reading the headlines.
To all the Vampires,
Please all beware to this specific foe, and don't let the appearance and race trick you. This human girl can kill lots of our species and lead us to an extinction, be careful.
Yours Truly,
Ferid Bathory.
I smirked after reading the report, 'Ferid Bathory...huh?'
I'm kinda curious how this little girl's blood taste like, basing to the age, she is shown young. Probably the blood would be sweet.
"Hyakuya Shiro...huh?"

Shinoa and Akaru's squads with Shinya, lay wait for their comrade's arrival in the foggy ruined place in complete silence.
"So, how long are we going to wait here?" Yuu decided to break the silence in the atmosphere.
"Until the other squads join us, by 2:20pm." Shinoa answered.
"What time is it now?" Yuu asked again as the lilac haired girl grabbed her watch clock and looked at the time. "2:13pm."
Suddenly, they heard footsteps nearby as they became cautious. Once the crowd was out of the fog, they softened once they saw humans.
"Is the Lieutenant Colonel back?" one of the squad leaders asked Akaru.
"Not yet." he answered while ruffling his red locks. "I see, standby until 2:20pm."
The female's squad replied back, then Kimizuki turned to Shinoa. "the others went on a mission with three teams, 15 men, right?"
"Yes." Shinoa answered as they noticed the new arrival's of the squad was rather lonesome and gloomy.
"They probably died." Yuu said as Shiro's eyes softened by this.
"T-That's kinda...sad." Shiro said while slightly quivering.
Yuu stole a glance to see her in dilemma, it was natural after losing an comrades in this bloody war.
Everyone hung their heads down from the lost of their fallen comrades in silence, then Shiro looked up and faced her current team.
"I want to keep everyone from dying, I don't want to see anyone dead because of the vampire's assault...!" she said, loud enough for the other squads to hear.
"You want to keep everyone from dying? That's naive..." Yuu spoke.
"What's wrong in not wanting to see people die?!" Shiro irked.
He closed his eyes and huffed, "It's war, people die." he told her, harshly.
"I-I know that...but—it doesn't mean that I'll let anyone die." she fought back. Slightly angry at him.
"If you keep that attitude in trying to save everyone, you'll be the next one to die." Yuu said as Shiro flinched from his angry tone.
"Yuu-san!" Shinoa hissed, not clearly please by his answer.
Shiro was about to spat back when they heard footsteps coming, they saw Guren and his squad approaching.
"What are you doing basking in the sun? Are you guys finish with your mission?!" they heard a loud voice.
"Of course, how about you?" Yuu asked with a grin, clearly forgetting about he and her short argument.
"It was a breeze," Guren said otherwise, they were filled with wounds. "the noble was weak."
"Right..." Yuu sarcastically said. Then the Lieutenant Colonel turned to Akaru.
"How are the newbies? Were they a drag?" he asked.
"Dunno...I was the one who killed the noble on my own." Akaru said while tucking his hands in his pockets.
"Oh, is that true?" Guren grinned while looking at Yuu who's pissed.
"S-Shut up! Next time, I'll kill the noble on my own." Yuu growled.
"Don't kid yourself," then Guren saw Aihara feeling lost, he immediately picked up the signal that she lost lots of men in her squad.
He instructed her to stay back and inform the team about their next mission as she gleefully agreed.
Then they started executing their next mission when Guren leaned down and
whispered in Shiro's ear.
"Once you felt the curse has been activated, hurriedly ran and find me instantly. Okay?" he whispered as she nodded in reply.
He leaned back and started the mission, then Yuu walked up to her as he patted her shoulder.
"What did Guren said?" he asked.
She glared at him, "it's nothing!" she humped at him before walking away from his side, angrily.
"She's angry at you, man." Akaru gave his opinion to him.
"Just because she didn't heard the answer she wants, she's angry." Yuu said while staring at her back.
'How foolish...' he thought before tucking his hands in his pockets and began walking.
