"I love you (y/n)"

Laws heart was beating so fast as he finally admitted his feelings for you. He stares into your eyes as he awaits your response.

"I love you too Law, but it wouldn't work between us!"

Law couldn't believe what he was hearing. You loved him back, but you don't wanna be with him.

"Why do you say that (y/n)-ya?"

"For one I'm to broken for you to fix even if you wanted that. Parts of my heart have been reduced to dust, and you can't fix dust."

"And"

"And your about to leave to go to medical school. Your gonna be 2 hours away for 6 years, how is that gonna work?"

"Are you done making excuses (y/n)-ya?"

You cross your arms over your chest and pout "I'm not making excuses" you mumble.

"Please give me a chance to prove to you my feelings, and how I know I can make it work between us. Please (y/n), let me love you."

"Can we go in so I can shower and change clothes? We can talk more about this tomorrow. I'm sore and tired."

Law sighs "Ya, sure. If that's what you want!"

Law let's go, and you both climb out of the car and go into the house.

"You go collect some clean clothes. I'm gonna run you a bath."

"Thank you Law... for saving me!"

You kiss his cheek and go into your room, closing the door behind you.

Law cleaned out his spare room for you a few days ago. You and Law made plans that you would move in with him when you turned 18. He didn't want you living in the toxic environment that is your parents house anymore.

Law opens the door across the hall from your room to enter the bathroom and start your bath.

You stand in front of the full length mirror in just your bra and panties. You have a few minor scrapes on your arm from where you landed on the pavement and a small cut on your cheek bone from the slap.

Tomorrow you probably would have bruises on your wrists and your ankle from his intense grip on them.

The deep bruises around your neck told you that he could have killed you. His hold was so strong that you could see the impressions of each finger.

Your thoughts go to Law and the intense anger you saw on his face. He really must love you to have come saved you like that.

You put your hand over your mouth as you start to cry, and you hear a soft knock on the door.

"Are you okay (y/n)-ya?" Laws voice full of concern.

You let out a soft "No", but he hears you, and opens the door. Law sees you standing in front of the mirror sobbing. You being mostly naked didn't faze him right now, his only thoughts were on your mental and emotional well being.

Law stands behind you and places his hands on your shoulders, so he doesn't frighten you. You turn and bury your face in his neck. Your crying so hard now that it's getting hard to breath, and Law can sense it.

"You have to try to calm down a bit, or you will pass out from not breathing properly.

"Hold me Law" you say between tears

You didn't need to say more before he wraps his strong arms around you and pulls you close to him.

"Shhh, I got you now. Do you wanna lay down?"

You shake your head "No I wanna sit and soak in the tub." Law feels you lean your head up to look at him. He looks down at you to meet your gaze. Your faces are so close together that your noses are touching.

"Will you get in the bath with me? I wanna stay in your arms."

Laws eyes widden. He was defently not expecting that out of you.

"Okay" Law finally says and reaches up and pulls his shirt over his head.

He unbuckels his pants, but stops before pulling them down.

"Don't worrie I'm gonna leave my boxers on!"

"Thank you Law."

He pushes his pants down and kicks  them off. You both let your eyes travel eachothers bodies for a brief moment before Law squats down a little and grips the back of your thighs and lifts you up effortlessly. You wrap your legs around his waist and lay your head on his shoulder.

Law walks you to the bathroom and steps into the warm water of the large bathtub.

You pull your legs from around his waist and lay your head on his chest as he leans against the side of the tub and holds you tight as you cry.

Now that your in the light he can see clearly the deep bruises around your neck. He subconsciously goes to rub them, but you tense up and wince in pain. This causes Laws heart to break. He can't stand that not only is your heart broken again, but some man, no no no, some boy put his hands on his beloved (y/n)-ya.

You stop crying after about 30 minutes, but you remain laying on Law until the water becomes cold and you start to shiver.

He kisses the top of your head "Lets get you out of here and into some warm, dry clothes!"

You sniffle "Okay"

You peel yourself off Law and you both stand. Law helps you out of the tub, and then pulls the drain to release the water. You grab a towel and wrap it around your entire body holding it tight as you shiver. Law drys off his hair, chest and arms, then wraps his towel around his waist tucking the end in to hold it in place.

He rubs your arms a few times to try to warm you up. He reaches over and grabs another towel, and rubs it over your head, drying your hair. You watch his face as he concentrates on his task.

Oh how you love this man. How stupid you felt for dating someone else. He must have been hurting so much when he saw the two of you together.

Law could feel your gaze and stopped moving his hands and just rested them on your head. His grey orbs met your (e/c) ones and you leaned in and gently press your lips against his. Law imminently kisses back, dropping the towel to the floor and placing his hands on your face.

The kiss was short, but you both could feel the love from the other.

"I accept"

"What?" Law is in disbelief about what is going on right now. First you kiss him, and now your telling him that you wanna be with him. Law has no words for how he is feeling right. He hasn't felt this way since Corazon was alive.

You peck his lips a few times, and drop your towel to embrace him. You listen to the sound of his heart beat.

"Law" you finally break the silence.

"Yes"

"I'm sleepy"

He chuckles and lifts you into his arms once more. "Where do you want me to take you?"

"To your bed. I don't wanna be apart from you."

"Whatever you want baby"

That's the second time he called you that and you liked it. He walked down the dark hall and opened the door at the end. This isn't the first time you have been in his room or even his bed, but it will be the first time as his girlfriend.

I'm Laws girlfriend, wow I can't believe it's actually happening

He sits you on the bed and walks over to his dresser. He pulls open the second drawer and pulls out a black t-shirt. He also grabs a clean pair of boxers from the top drawer. He hands the shirt to you, and goes into the bathroom that's attached to his bedroom.

"I'm gonna change, you can wear that. You don't have to remove your underwear of you don't want to. I'm never gonna pressure you into doing anything your not ready for. He leans over resting his weight on the hand he places on the bed.

"I mean it when I say I love you" Law leans in and places a sweet kiss on your lips.

"I-I love you too Law. I have for a long time now."

He kisses you once more before retreating to the bathroom.

Once the door is closed you remove your bra and slip on Laws shirt as his scent surrounds you. You leave your panties on as the shirt only comes mid thigh.

You take your place in his bed laying your head on one of the pillows. You breath in deeply, as the pillow smells like him as well.

The door opens and Law turns off the light before getting into bed next to you. You scoot closer to the ravenette and lay your head on his chest as his arm comes around you resting on your hip.

"Goodnight (y/n)-ya"

"Goodnight Law-ya"

You both chuckle and you start to drift off as Law pulls up your shirt just a tiny bit and rubs small circles on your skin.
