Some days after, he met the same girl sitting next to his favorite seat, obviously was waiting for him. Chuuya raised his eyebrows, what was this lady expecting from him - a stranger?

She turned her head to the ringing bell of the door. Chuuya had a perfect view of her beautiful eyes and her charming neck, exposed under the dim light of the bar. She lightly waved. "Hi."

"Hello."

They sat next to each other, but this time, he tried to observe her more. The lady looked pale, more than the last time he saw her. She wore the same black dress, looked at him with hopeful eyes.

"I was waiting for you."

Such straight-forward.

"Why?" The executive didn't look at her when he asked. He tried to act like he did not care, but in the girl's eyes, this guy was curious.

Her slender finger drew an invisible circle on the table. She stared at it with playfulness filled her eyes and her smile.

"Say it, have you ever dated someone?"

"No." Chuuya grumped under his breath. "Women are so troublesome."

"I agree." She nodded. "We think too much."

"You waited for me just to say these words!?"

She smiled genuinely, elbow on the counter and one hand under her chin. "I can see that you are drunk. After only four glasses."

"I'm not!!"

Chuuya's fedora felt to the floor and the girl was good enough to help him pick it up. She chuckled when she put it back on his head.

"Hey! Did you just-"

"I did."

Chuuua felt someone was tangling their fingers in to his red hair. She gently caressed strands by strands, finally let go when his phone suddenly rang.

The young lady did not take the chance to glance at his phone, but sat back to her seat. The red haired scowled when he saw the name on the screen. Of course he would, at this state.

"Akutagawa? I thought I told you not to call me tonight!?"

"..."

"But it supposes to be tomorrow!!!"

"..."

"Got dammit I'm not drunk!!!"

Chuuya startled and looked to his left. The charming lady was gone, without him even noticed.

"Yeah yeah come and pick me. Just don't let Dazai go unleashed!"
