sharp jawed and tall, with long limbs and a sloping shoulders, dark skin with pale pink scars that spell out different words along her limbs, although she doesn't necessarily ever explain how she came by them or why they're there. she has thick black hair, curly and falling to about her shoulders, her eyes are piercing black, but they flash red when she detects lies (although she isn't aware of this herself).
Penny-Rose wears simple clothing, not having a set style (to the chagrin of Horace), preferring to fit in and observe rather than stand out
