~ Third POV ~

Koshiro: Who are you ?

Ikumi: My name is Ikumi Mito and a shokugeki is a cooking duel in our academy . A Shokugeki can be initiated by anyone within the school and can be done even by the intermediate school students. In most cases, these have been started either to further a person's personal project in Tōtsuki or to overturn a judgment by the school such as an expulsion or a disbanding of a club.
Ryōko: Shokugekis are battled between two parties. Each side must lay out their "compensation", or something they must give up if they were to lose the challenge. Both sides must agree that the compensation of the duel equates with each other. For example, if any student were to challenge an Elite Ten Council or the Superiore Primo Pasticceria Elite 8 members for their chair and lose, expulsion would not be sufficient to equate to the value of an Elite Ten seat . Oh and my name is Ryōko Sakaki.

A girl who have long purple hair going down to her waist with split bangs that reach her chest and has orange colored eyes. She has a slender body figure and a large bust.She wears a standard Tōtsuki uniform .

Satsuki: but why did Ichigo accept this challenge?
Isami: because it's their jobs to expel any failing students .

A boy who have brownish-black hair is combed backwards and is very spiky , blue eyes and wears a standard Tōtsuki School Uniform .

Ikumi: Isami , you finally show up .
Isami: well I was with big brother in the VIP Room , Takumi wants to see the person who challenge Ichigo to a shokugeki and are these St. Marie Academy students ?
Miya: of course we are !! I'm sure you know me... My name is Miya Koshiro , daughter of Chichi Koshiro the owner of Chateau Sweet Company .
Isami: Sorry , but I don't know the Chateau Sweet Company .
Miya: WHAT ?!?
Yūki: Totsuki's Academy students only knows famous chef and Patissiere that graduates here . Outside schools doesn't concern us unless they our rivals .

A petite young girl with teal colored eyes and amber-colored hair tied neatly into two buns on the sides of her head , she wears a standard Tōtsuki uniform .

Ritsu: * yawn * Ikumi-san , Isami-san , Satsuki-san , Yūki-san . What are you doing here ?
Ikumi: we came to see who challenged Ichigo in a Shokugeki , I overheard St. Marie students are wondering why there a challenge and why she got expel .
Ichigo: that won't be your concern St. Marie students , no one here won't challenge you to a shokugeki . The headmaster gave an announcement yesterday , " no students of Totsuki must never engage a shokugeki with students of St. Marie " . So you safe from being expel , now let's carry with the tour . We have to show you the classes and your dorms .

Ichigo , Satomi , Tsukasa and Ritsu showed the second , third and fourth year students of St. Marie the classrooms where they going to study . Once they show St. Marie students the classrooms , they walk up the hill . Satomi look back to see their guest tired from walking up the hill , Satomi nudge Ichigo and show her their guests are exhausted.

Kana: how far are we towards our dorms ?
Satomi: were almost there , we just need to past this forest .
Miya: Satou , Shiotan .
Satou and Shiotani: Yes , Lady Miya .

After their little break , they start walking into the forest . Satou and Shiotani carried Miya while they were walking to the dorm . They arrive to the dorm and St. Marie Academy are surprise to see a beautiful dorm inside the forest .

Kana: whoa , this dorm is amazing .
Rumi: you live in this dorm ?
Satomi: yes , this is the Zodiac Dormitory . The students before us build this dorm along with a garden for making confectionary sweets .
Tsukasa: were also next door to the Polar Star Dormitory , I just hope they not making another party again .

The large door begin to open , the students of St. Marie Academy are in awe seeing the Patisserie side of Totsuki Culinary Academy have a extravagant mansion in the forest .

Maria: Welcome back Lady Ichigo , Lady Satomi .
Ichigo and Satomi: hi Maria .
Sebastian: Welcome back Lord Tsukasa , Lord Ritsu .
Ritsu: * yawn * hey Sebastian.
Tsukasa: Sebastian , Maria is dinner ready for our guests ?
Sebastian and Maria: yes . Dinner is ready for everyone.
Ichigo: everyone please follow us to the dinning room .

The students of St. Marie Academy are in awe seeing the Dinning room so extravagant , they all took a seat than a group of maids and butlers came holding dinner for everyone. The maids and butlers laid the food down near the students , students of St. Marie Academy are shocked to see students of Totsuki Culinary Academy eat exquisite dishes .

After dinner , Ichigo and Satomi show the girls of St. Marie Academy their rooms . While Tsukasa and Ritsu show the boys of St. Marie Academy their rooms . All the St. Marie Academy agreed that Totsuki Culinary Academy Patissiere side have everything exquisite and extraordinary.

~ Next Day and Third POV ~

Makoto , Satsuki and Sennosuke walk towards the dining room with Rumi and Kana .

Rumi: Ichigo...have change a lot ever since she transfer to Totsuki Culinary Academy.
Satsuki: yeah .
Kana: I wonder if there any chance that Ichigo will be in our class .
Sennosuke: There a possibility that she might not be in our class .

Rumi , Satsuki , Sennosuke , Makoto and Kana walked to the dinning to their surprise is the dinning room have already prepared breakfast for them . Rumi , Satsuki , Sennosuke , Makoto and Kana sat down two tables away from Team Ichigo . Once the students finished eating breakfast , they are assigned to different classes . Miya , Antoinette, Rumi , Satsuki , Sennosuke , Makoto and Kana are in Class 2-A . They got in the classroom only to found students of Totsuki Culinary Academy are talking to each other , the gang got to their seats waiting for the teacher . Someone open the  door and to the St. Marie Academy students surprise is Ichigo and Tsukasa .

Ichigo: Sorry everyone , Monsieur Gilbert is sick today .
Tsukasa: So we'll be taking his class , but before we start the lesson Ichigo want to know who going do the Moon Banquet Festival .

A small amount of hands is shown and Ichigo starts to write the participants names .

Ichigo: Okay . Which locations do you want to take ?
Angelica: Eric , Lancer and I are taking Main Street Area .
Isabella: Fawn , William and I are taking the Central Area .
Jake: Ashley , Katherine and I are also taking the Central Area .
Ichigo: okay .
Satsuki: Um...Ichigo-chan .
Ichigo: Yes Satsuki .
Satsuki: why are you asking names for and what is the Moon Banquet Festival ?
Ichigo: oh yes...I knew I forgot something . You see Satsuki , in two weeks is the Moon Banquet Festival . Students can ask for permission to set up a booth at the festival, and can participate either individually or in group.

Tsukasa starts to speak when Ichigo is done .

Tsukasa: However, as early as their middle school years, students are advised and supervised by teachers to set up a booth and balance the cost of the stall and ingredients, as well as in predicting the number of customers. 

Ichigo starts to speak when Tsukasa is done .

Ichigo: Traditionally, the members of the Elite Ten Council and the Elite 8 of Superiore Primo Pasticceria each set up a different booth, which attracts a lot of customers and is considered the main event of the festival.

Tsukasa starts to speak when Ichigo is done .

Tsukasa: The festival is considered a huge event that attracts 500,000 customers a day. Students would need to sell around 1,000 dishes a day if they want to make it to the top of the sales. As a result, certain stand locations are highly coveted and numerous Shokugekis are done to claim a desired location.

Ichigo starts to speak when Tsukasa is done .

Ichigo: Also, like most Tōtsuki events, holding a stand carries serious risks. Should a student have a loss of income at the end of the event, they are expelled.

Tsukasa: However, as long as they do not perform anything incredibly reckless, such as set up their stall alongside an incredibly strong competitor, it is virtually impossible to set up a deficit.
Makoto: Is our School allow to participate in the festival ?
Ichigo: If you want to and you don't have to worry about the risks you won't be expel ,  but there a limited space actually . There are 120 stalls across the Academy and there are three locations . The first location is Main Street Area , is located at the front of the Academy and it can hold up to 60 booths .
Tsukasa: The second location is Central Area , is located at the center of the Academy and it hold up to 40 booths .
Ichigo: The last location is Uptown Area , is located at the top of the Academy and it hold up to 20 booths .
Tsukasa: Main Street Area is already full and Central Area is also full . While Uptown have 2 booths left .
Miya: Team Miya is obviously going to participate.
Ichigo: Are you sure ?
Miya: of course * laugh haughtily * beside is another way of defeating you Ichigo .
Makoto: Sennosuke , Satsuki , Kana , Rumi and I are also participating.
Ichigo: very well , but your dish must be a high luxury style dish establishments and it have to be at least ¥5000 .
Makoto , Sennosuke , Satsuki , Kana and Rumi: Ehh !!!
Tsukasa: now that everything is in order today Ichigo and I will show our no. 1 signature confectionary sweet .
Ichigo: Our Rose Apple Tart , Tsukasa-kun can you take the ingredients.
Tsukasa: Sure .

Tsukasa took out 6 large eggs , heavy cream , unsalted butter , all-purpose flour , sugar , salt , vanilla , cinnamon , 16 large  apples and lemon juice .

Ichigo: I'll be making the Pâté Sucrée . 
Tsukasa: and I'll be making the Filling .

Ichigo took 6 large egg yolks and place them in a small bowl , put 1/4 cup of heavy cream . Whisk the cream and egg yolks together . In a food processor pulse the flour, butter, sugar, and salt until it's in roughly pea-sized pieces. While the machine is running Ichigo drizzle in the cream just until the mixture comes together. On a well-floured surface Ichigo knead the dough together about 5 times. She form the dough into a disk, wrap with plastic and chill for a few hours luckily Ichigo made the dough yesterday .

Ichigo divided the disk in 12 , roll out one half and cut out the crusts. The other half Ichigo place the other crusts in the refrigerated, for later use. She placed disks in mini tart form and press into shape by using her  fingers. She pierce each tart shell with a fork several times and bake for about 8-10 minutes at 425F.

~ 8-10 minutes later ~

Ichigo place the pan down to allow it to cool down . Tsukasa adds 4 tablespoons of melted butter, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon together in a bowl and them mix well. He add about 1/2 tablespoon of the mixture to each tart.

Ichigo and Tsukasa: and now for the apples .

Tsukasa adds the juice of a lemon, 3 tablespoons melted butter and 1/4 cup of sugar to a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Ichigo wash the apples, slice pieces away from the core and then slice very, very thinly.  Ichigo gave the apple slices to Tsukasa and he toss the sliced apples in the prepared bowl and microwave for about a minute to 90 seconds to soften the apples. He toss them half way though and microwaving an additional 30 seconds when some of them are not softened. Ichigo rolled the slices into a rose shape. Tsukasa place the fillings on tart and arrange petals to their preference and they bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.

~ 15-20 minutes later ~

The took the pan out and let it Cook down for 8 minutes , after 8 minutes all the at students took one and starts eating the Rose Apple Tarts .

All the students smile happily to taste such an exquisite tart , the bell signaling class is over .  Rumi , Satsuki , Sennosuke , Makoto and Kana walked out the classroom , they all remember the delicious taste from the Rose Apple Tarts and its far better than any tart they have made or tasted .
