So around this time 3 years ago was when I really started getting into art. I liked it before but I was never consistent or serious about it. It wasn't even a hobby. But art just snapped with me about 3 years ago. I'll admit I was struggling a lot. Emotions and everything. Depression. Art and Reading became somewhat of an escape and a way to express myself.

I didn't even have a sketchbook. Just a piece of paper and a pencil. Until I was given my first sketchbook by who is now today my best friend. @Olivia

Well 3 years later... I have an actual art collection and tons of art pieces-some of them not half bad.

One winning 4th in state. And 2 others framed. With a box full of doodles.

And what? I actually have some bit of skill and insight with Art? Who would have thought😂😂

Well I went from pencil and paper to this art collection.

Crazy how much improvement. And that's not even half of my art... so much more.

Just goes to show. Have faith and keep practicing.

Also highly recommend keeping every drawing a doodle... so you can go back and look at them and see just how much you've improved even when you think you're still terrible. YOU CAN ONLY GET BETTER FROM THERE!
