"Shee Jin?" Sakura asked, nearly spilling her coffee over her clothes. "What are you doing here?"
"Your final decision is tomorrow, I just wanted to see how you were doing and give you a gift." He replied with that adoring smile of his as he gave a white rose.
He had a short spiky blonde hair and dark orbs. He wore a black shirt, that was like Sasuke's however Sasuke did not have sleeves which showed off his biceps, Jin also has a well-built body and is good-looking as well.
(( If you search Shi or Shee Narutopedia then a blonde guy from Kumogakure appeared, yup that's him.))
Based from Sakura's knowledge about him back when she was at Kumogakure, he is an easy-going person yet he is also serious and mature. Sakura would consider him as Gaara who had a fun side.
Gasping quietly, Sakura's eyes widen and she managed to smile, accepting the rose. "Thanks, but you didn't have to buy a rose for me."
"It's for you, why wouldn't I?" He still kept that grin which made Sakura's knees buckle.
"Why are you doing this?" She urged in asking.
"Sakura-san, don't be dumb. I would do anything for you so that's not a problem." He honestly replied as if he was promising her.
"Okay, now you're just being cheesy." Sakura giggled afterwards which made Jin crack up as well.
"You already know me," He was able to reply after laughing. "You don't have to ask why."
This. This is the man that she would be marrying soon if she agreed. He was perfect just like in younger Sakura's dreams, excluding the physical appearance of having raven hair. He was practically the opposite. He is fun to be with, attractive, jubilant. He was perfect for her while Sasuke was the exact alternate.
"How are the girls at the hospital doing?" Sakura questioned to remove her thoughts.
"They've improved to be frank. Himiko got a hang of the surgery you taught her and she is the head now."
Sakura smiled, impressed at her acquaintance's work as a soft chuckle escape her lips. "She's the head? Whoa, how's Nari and the others handling her strictness?"
Jin laughed at her remark. "Nari and the others were pretty much down in the dumps lately with much work, but they say it was all worth it."
Nodding, Sakura reminisced her past companions. "That is the hard work of being a doctor anyways."
"It was a good thing though, because that made them stop bugging me to tell you how much they missed you."
"How much?"
"So much to the point that they would want to hide in my pack while I travel."
Both of them ended up cracking up as he continued.
"By the way, are you sure about this?" Jin asked with a glint of concern in his eyes once the laughter had died down.
"About?"
"This, as in the marriage. Are you sure you're going to accept? I've heard your latest news form the Raikage..." He informed as Sakura returned a curt and affirming nod.
"I'm sure of it."
Jin observed her features before letting the subject go while they proceed to walk.
Sakura's eyesight suddenly caught a peek of a crimson flower laying at the grass once they passed by the bushes.
That questioned Sakura however when she secretly looked around, there was no one.
"Hey, are you okay?"
"Huh?" Sakura shrugged the thought off. "Yeah, I just remembered something."
"If you need something, just tell me. I'm here for you." He advised, "Unless you want me to finish that coffee, I would be glad to." His reply caused her to grin and smack him lightly at the shoulder.
"Hell no, this coffee tastes great."

Time is up.
That was it.
End of month.
Three words, three sentences. Who knew that it could renew a person's life?
Everyone was there and it was time. They were all inside the hokage premises.
Team seven, the higher-ups, the Raikage, The Godaime, Shee Jin, Shizune and of course, Sakura, who was about to make the final decision.
The people were staring at her as if she was an upcoming celebrity that awaits to be debuted.
The quiet atmosphere was adding into Sakura's anxiety level.
She was tensed.
For every passing second, a new memory comes and her nervousness would grind her into pieces.
"There is an offer that Haruno Sakura and Shee Jin would be married, holding the title of the bond between Konohagakure and Kunogakure..." Tsunade continued as she introduced more information about the invitation and the people were all ears.
She glanced nervously at Naruto who smiled gloomily. He gave a thumbs up, mouthing. "You'll be fine, Sakura-chan."
Sakura grinned happily at her brother-like friend as a gesture of thanking.
"Sakura, what is your answer?"
In a snap, everything came crashing down like shattered glass. Every memory. And those memories were full of Sasuke.
From the time she was young, until the time what she was now.
Different times, same love.
She did not know why, but she had the urge so she took a peek over at Sasuke who gave a slight smirk as acknowledgement.
With that, she could feel everything wash out like a tidal wave.
Then she looked at Shee Jin, who smiled and that just made everything clearer to her.
The last memory that left a mark on her was the time that they talked about Sasuke's love which made her positive of her choice.
Taking a deep breathe, Sakura managed to respond.
"Yes, I accept the offer."
Sakura did not want to look back and see the people's reactions. Instead, she stared at her master with determination in her eyes.
The same spark of determination when she wanted to find Sasuke and stop his evil actions.
From the background, Sasuke's smirk was completely wiped off into an emotionless one as he took his leave with other people cheering from the sides which made his leave unnoticeable.
Kakashi followed his student at the outskirts of the building as Naruto stayed at his position with Sai, both sad. Sai had patted Naruto's shoulder as a sign that he also feels sorrow and Naruto had to hide his tears from the people who were congratulating the soon-to-be-couple inside the room.
She smiled sadly when she saw Sasuke not on his position.
She wants Sasuke to be with the girl that he loves and she wants him to be happy. Because he deserves it more than she does.
After all, another part of love is to let go, right?
