Senku looked down at the others, after removing the wires from the bamboo fiber, kohaku talking with yuna and suika, Kinro and ginro lying down exhausted, and the wolfs and squirrel sleeping,

I was reborn into a primitive world, buck naked, and completely alone, or so I thought until I found san again, but the year and four months into my scientific journey...

He stared down at the wires in his hand I've reached the essential power: electricity

The memory of the times back when he was a kid returned to him, when he first started studying electricity He clenched the wires in his hand, smirking

I gotta say, I'm off to a damn good start!

Inside the shed, chrome smacks his cheeks, ready for the next step, And gen was lying against a tree "man, electricity in the Stone Age! It's hard to believe,..." he chuckles, and looks at the night sky "right, tsukasa?"

With the group, they started explains to suika about they're situation, and gen most of all" so you see Suika, the long haired man tsukasa" kohaku explains " is the one who was behind senku's murder" she said, He Chuckles well Rubbing the back of his neck " even though I'm still alive."

" that guy is seriously bad news. He wanted to stop scientific progress, and that's why he killed senku without hesitation. " chrome says while she gasped in horror, senku turns to him " even though I'm still alive."

"So if this Tsukasa Is some kind of violent bad guy, and gen has been working for him, that means gens A bad guy too!" She exclaimed, No one realising he could hear from outside, and then walked away " but!....isnt gen also the person who saved us from magma! Then he's a good guy" she then says, senku chuckled" he's honestly not a good guy or a bad guy" yuna states, then going into thought ' as much as it pains me to say it....'

" he's nothing but a rat who's only in it for himself" kohaku scoffed" it actually doesn't matter to me if he's good or bad, at the end of the day, we need him to be an ally of the kingdom of science" senku stated as said guy was looking at the furnace " we'll have him give a bogus report to tsukasa, senku is definitely dead, and san is nowhere to be found, it's the only possible hope of winning this" Chrome then gets up and the group watch as he goes to the door and shouts to gen, outside " listen up gen! I know you saw the electricity! The light! That's what badass science and work looks like!" He yelled " so why care about who wins?! Why even give a crap whether senku or tsukasa has the edge?!" He then smirks " cause the kingdom of science! Is obviously the side that's more fun!" Gen turns to him "oh, is that so?" He asked " you are the passionate type" he grins " too bad for you, I don't really care about that, I'm probably the most superficial man on earth, all I consider what's beneficial to me" fen says then starts walking away

Senku holds kohaku back form attacking gen in anger, holding her dangers, while senku stares in the direction he walks in

" Hey gen ..." yuna calls out, making him come to a halt " I know the type of person you are gen, But you're also cautious, I remember that from my fathers tv show, there's a saying that people can change, but I wonder, just how much can they change?" She wonders out loud, walking out, the wolfs who were underneath the shed poke their heads upwards, as san dangled her legs over the side, then crossed one over the other "just wondering if you've heard the saying "if they decided they wanted to be able to fly, what did they suddenly sprout wings?" No, you can't, but you can change how you doing things with yourself" she states

While the others watch intensely in awe, well apart form senku who chuckled at their expressions " you have your own way of doing things, so you can't make yourself fly in your way" she finishes, Gen laughs a little "Your becoming very poetic yuna, just what are you saying?" He asked glancing back at her " i dont understand what its got to do with me"

" you!" Senku and chrome had to hold kohaku back from attacking him " how dare you say such things to the goddess!...."

" hold on" yuna says with her hand up, the turning to gen "  tsukasa's gonna know you betrayed him for your own benefit, Do you remember how strong he is right, I think its best that you align yourself with the kingdom of science, where I can keep you protected along with everyone else here" she says

A smirk made its way onto his face " your quite an amazing woman Suzuki"she thinks he would answer yes and join, but groaned when he said " your too nice for your own good, but give me some time to think" he says walking away " that freakin!!!" She growled with dagger in hand

" so cool!!!!!!" The three primitives exclaimed

Who walked to their science machine,Thinking about when he broke out of stone

Flash back

He opens his eyes and finds himself staring off of a cliff

"What is this, Some kind of prank?" He asked, looking at his arm " I'll have to have a word with my manager, they should understand I'm a mentalist, doing a show where I'm the target of a prankster goes against my image" he mutters getting up " welcome to the year 5739 ad" a voice says, which he flinched " the year has changed but your still only 19" that voice belonged to tsukasa

Gen turned to him in surprise " say what?...hold on..you were on the special about psychological magic, we did that gig together...I believe you were called...the strongest primate high schooler...shishio tsukasa..."

" I've made a choice" tsukasa says " you and all these statues, are the people who I believe should be revived first, I've gathered you all into one place " he says, gen gasped when he saw the mountain of statue people behind him "Those dusty old fossils are what used to be in power, are even less necessary in this natural world of stone" tsukasa says as they walk though the forest, gen looking at the pieces of stone on the ground that were once people   "but I see a massive amount of potential in you...gen"

He pushes some leaves out of the way, revealing senku's survival shelter " there's something I need you for" he said " and your skills as a mentalist will be invaluable"The two were now inside the science shed where senku first made the revival fluid, staring down at the broken pieces of pottery

"Follow them For me...and get inside of their minds...perhaps I'm being overly cautious, but I want you to track down this man senku and tell me if he's dead or hiding out somewhere....and if you encounter a girl name yuna..." a smirk formed on his lips " we'll persuade her with your skills"Gens eyes widened " Suzuki?..." " so you remember her? You were her partner on her fathers survival series special, she was the first to be revived, then senku..." he said with a bitter tone " who is senku?" Gen asked

" he was second of us to be revived, he used his knowledge of science to create a formula to undo the petrification, that's how he revived me...This mans...only desire, is too revive anyone no matter who they were, hell bring back the same people who ruined our world and they'll make weapons.... he was the most intelligent man alive..." he narrowed his eyes " and that's why I killed him myself..."

Gen turns his head away but still looks at him

Gen spins the wheel, unaware someone was watching him, until they finally charged them, he gasped but was too slow to react when their fist connected his face, Yuna and kohaku seemed to notice something wrong, he was punched directly in the stomach, then the face again, and collapsed against a tree before hitting the ground, he groans in pain panted while looking at the figure holding the spear up who...are..."
Just as they raised up the spear, they heard growling and two white figures charging their way howling, then snarled while jumping their target

The others gasp once they heard the wolfs howling and rushed out to their location, They stare in shock when they saw gen on the ground, covered in blood, the wolfs nuzzling him whimpering, on the side there was a spear that yuna could tell was bit in half by the wolfs, but also covered in blood

" gen!" Yuna yelled in horror " holy crap what happened here?..." chrome asked in shock, kneeling down to gen " looks like he died instantly.." kohaku states

The wolfs nuzzle against yuna, who pays their heads " I know, you did all you could" she stared sadly at gen, but then noticed something was off about the blood " hold on..." she said while they looked confused, she pulled something out from under his clothes and found a small pouch dripping the red so called blood " he protected himself with fake blood packs!"

" he's got these things all over his body!" Suika remarks, as she and chrome hold some up as she did " this is really freakin bad!" Chrome exclaimed still smiling "I bet he did this before he came to the village just incase!"

"That's pretty impressive gen, you really are a magician at your core, not to mention as showman" senku grins

Time skip

They brought gen back to the hut, where yuna worked her survival magic and started treating him for the wounds he did obtain" those bags may have helped blocked some of the spears damage, but he's still really beat up" kohaku says while yuna makes the paste, spiting out what she crunched in her mouth, then into the small bowl and mixing it

" damn it, we've got to catch whoever did this!" Chrome exclaimed" first we need to find who would do such an awful thing" kohaku adds

Suika glanced at everyone's troubled expressions, before running out " Im gonna investigate!" She yelled while rolling towards the village

While Suika started her investigation, yuna main job was to get gen stable, and to fix his injuries

Next day

The group awoke after a nights rest, yuna was still tired, considering she looked after gens wounds all night "Big news guys!" They turned to see Suika had returned " I found out something huge!" She exclaimed while jumping out of her melon helmet " excellent work great detective Suika, do you mind telling us what it is?" Senku questioned

"I found out who attacked gen!" She informed " I know who killed him!"

"Eh...he's not dead" yuna assures tiredly

"Well, so who was it?" Senku asked

Flash back

Magma laughs with pride over the fire " now that I've killed that sorcerer, im the most powerful one, everyone should fear magma!" He boosted, roasted meat in hand

" I thought he'd put up more of a fight, but that was as easy as taking a toy from a baby" he said, taking a bite of his meat

" oh yeah! I bet it was easy for you!" Mantle, his little underling states

" would've been even better to go and kill kohaku too, but that woman never seems to let her guard down" mama muttered with the piece of meat still in his mouth " well I think she's too strong to be a normal woman, the only explanation she to be some kind of sorcery" mantle says eating his meat " hehehe, but now that I've gotten rid of her powerful ally, she's just like every little girl, But she still has that goddess by her side...I still doubt she's a goddess, anyone could tame those mutts" magma said with a sneer

" they almost tore you to shreds" mantle says, then cowers when magma glared daggers

"Though if kohaku begs me to spare her, I wouldn't mind letting her join her sister and both of them can be my women" magma smirks

"I don't know who would be luckier, you having both sisters, or them, having the Great magma!" Mantle cheers

'This is really bad news!' Suika shook on fear

"It was magma, that bastard!" Chrome smacked his palm into his fist in anger"I see" kohaku says, placing her thump under her chin while thinking "When magma came over here, gen made the flowers vanish right before his eyes, I Imagine from his perspective, Gen has to be the mysterious foreign sorcerer I tried to bring into the village with goddess yuna" she concluded

"So magma tried to murder gen Because he mistook him for senku?" Chrome asked, clarifying what kohaku explained, She huffs, crossing her arms "What's more offensive is magma has the nerv to go around saying my strength comes from sorcery" she frowns in anger "Well I always though you had the strength of a gorilla cause you were one" chrome remakes, which makes her angry with her dagger and shield out, looming over him

"Sorry ma'am...." chrome bows, shed off clothes

"Kohaku, Why would magma be looking for an opportunity to kill you?" Yuna asked, while she turned to her " It's probably...no it's definitely because of the grand bout" she says

Flash back

"Once every generation, The village holds a big martial arts battle,It's a tradition called the grand bout" she explains "So that's what that area on the far islands for" yuna murmurs "The last one was several months ago, on the day that my sister, The village priestess ruri came of age, Who ever won the grand bought, Was supposedly Marry her, And become the next village chief, That's how my father became the current village chief"

"The winner is magma!" Jasper announced as the man defeated his opponent

"Moving onto the final round"

"Damn man, magma's an unstoppable force of nature!" His blond buddy from before exclaimed

"Oh yeah!" Mantle says, In the crowd, chrome watches, then averts his attention when he hears violent coughing " ruri!" Her father exclaimed trying to help "Hey ruri! Are you okay!" Chrome tried to rush over with a jar in hand "Stop right there" turquoise stopped him by standing in front before he could go up the stairs "You know you can't just casually walk up to the priestess"

He grit his teeth softly while looking at her worried as her father helped her drink a cup of water, Kohaku looked up at her sister in worry and sadness, her attention changes to Magma, who was staring towards her sister with a wicked smirk in his face

"Ruri, Bet She's got one more year at most, I don't want that kind of hassle, If She just went ahead and croaked I could take over as chief without having to deal with her, I could make it look like she drowned, Everyone would think her sickness drive her to throw herself of a cliff"

Kohaku filled with rage, the moment of her turn, She let out a battle cry and took magma down, pointing her shield in his face

"Have mercy on me!!"

"The winner of the grand bought, Is kohaku!" Jasper announced

"Magma! I can't allow you to marry ruri! A man like you don't deserve to be in her presence!" The woman growled at him

'I get it now! Kohaku joined the grand bought just to get in my way!' Magma grits his teeth, narrowing his eyes

"Does anyone know what's gonna happen now?" Suika asked " I mean the rules do say whoever wins is supposed to Marry ruri" she stated, Ginro thinks, before with a gasp and red hue "I guess ruri and kohaku, would just have to marry eachother then!" He said with a weird smile "That's super forbidden love!"

Turquoise smacks him upside the head " ow!"

" obviously not, my word, what should we do now?" She asks " who's going to marry priestess ruri?" She says

Kohaku's father grits his teeth and in the process crushes his cup

Flash back end

Both senku's and yuna chucked " hilarious, bet your old man disavowed you after that little stunt" senku grin " well, let's say that was the final straw that broke his patients" she says arms crossed with a amused smile" kohaku's given the chief a lot of headaches, she's been like that her whole life" chrome says with a hand in his hip and one against his head, but a sneaky grin "Of course the grand bought ended up being rescheduled, There will be another one next month" she finishes

"Are you saying the real reason magma killed gen was he can win the grand bought?" Chrome inquired

"What?! Gen really is dead?!" Suika exclaimed " that's horrible!"

" no, yuna saved him" kohaku assured

"Ah Man it would be bad news of magma became the new chief" chrome muttered

"Yeah, with a guy like magma in that, position getting the medicine to ruri would prove to be difficult than" senku states

"Ha" kohaku scoffs "I see it as an opportunity, Anyone from the kingdom of science were to beat magma and win the grand bought, They'd marry ruri and become the chief, That would fix everything, It would mean more people in the kingdom of science, and make it easy to give the medicine to ruri" kohaku states, The group the stood outside the bridge where ginro and Kinro guarded " listen up guys! I have an important question for you!" Kohaku says "What do you think about ruri?" She asked "Do either one of you want her to be your wife?"

Both gawked at her blunt question "Eh!...I've never really thought about it before!...." ginro admits with his chin cupped in though "Would I marry her?" He pondered, I mean ruri is super pretty, Kinda looks like you, But better, First of she's got way bigger... I mean...she just so graceful and cute!...with big round eyes!" He says with a weird smile

"There's more to a woman than how she looks!" Kinro exclaimed "Is her appearance really all you care about?! I had no idea you were so shallow ginro" Kinro glared "Hey! You heard me! I said ...she had a bigger amount of grace about her!" His brother glared back

"I have a very simple answer" Kinro stars looking at them "Guards don't have discussions, The rules are the rules" he says, but then adds "But...listening to one murmur to themselves is not against the rules, I've seen it myself, Senku's definitely not a evil person, and goddess yuna's intentions are only good, So do what you normally do, Skip the details and tell us what you want" he demands

The wind blows through kohaku's hair, she hesitated, but murmurs "The only thing i want...Is to save my sisters life" she says, and that seemed to be enough

Time skip

"Alright" kinro agreed

"You don't have to explain any further I understand" ginro says

The two brothers say as they train with kohaku "Nope! Your attacks are way to shallow" she says while swinging her weapon fast, while they stare eyes wide "I think it's time for a break!" Ginro exclaimed running from her

"Come on! Let's get through three more rounds first!" Kinro says jogging back a little "Hold up" kohaku exclaimed, san chuckled A little, then noticed chrome pondering in the shed doorway "Chrome?"

"Hey chrome" his attention turned to kohaku below "if you want to know the truth, I'd rather be training you But, Kinro and ginro are the only ones who really have a chance of taking down magma, I'm sorry" she says sadly, Yuna frowns and goes up to him from under neath " hey chrome?" She gets his attention " yuna?"

" you care about ruri don't you?" She asks, while he gasped quietly " I can tell your bothered by the whole magma thing, and you want to help more" the wind blows through her hair, leaves rattling as if musics playing " you can do something to help, if you can't do something like kohaku, me or the brothers, then focus on what you can do" she smirks winking

While he stared eyes wide " yuna...."

Flash back

"This place is amazing" little chrome says, he and ruri were currently in a lovely vally of flowers,ruri then stars coughing again "Hey ruri" he exclaimed turning to her "I'm okay" she assures sheepishly "You've always got a little cough, don't you?" He asked worried

"....Chrome, They told me I'm never gonna get better" she says, while he gasps "I'm not gonna live to become an adult" she states

"I can't figure out how to cure you" he says "I'll gather everything I can find I promise, I know illl make you feel better someday!" He says smiling confidently

Flash back end

He smiles at the memory and nods "Yeah i can do that" he says, jumping down in front of senku and kohaku "If we can create something with science that lets her live a long and happy life, That sounds good to me" he says "Because of all else, Im a genius scientist arent i?" He stated with a smug look

Senku's chuckled "So your Finally changing job titles from sorcerer to scientist?" He asked

"Yep, I'm not a sorcerer anymore" chrome says jogging over to senku

"Then lets leave the grand bout stuff to the battle team, While you and I on the science team get to work on the sulfer drug" senku's says

"Hell yeah!" Chrome said

Time skip

The group were gathered in the shed around the injured gen that yuna still tended to

"I'm planing on participating in the grand bout" kohaku says, knees pulled into her chest "The two brothers and I will be the kingdom of science team, We'll do what ever it takes to keep magma from winning"

" um? If it's not too late...." yuna began catching their attention " I think I'll participate in the grand bout as well" she says while their eyes widened " what?!" Chrome and senku exclaimed " having the goddess participate would give us an advantage for the team!" Kohaku beams, the bows at the girl " I would be honoured to go battle along side goddess" she says

" please no bowing...." the girl sweat dropped

" are you sure yuna?" Senku asked wary, he knows she's tough, but still concerned, especially for some moments like when tsukasa held her arm when they were on the mountain, and when at their original camp she fought him for a short moment

" I'll be fine, besides with my skills added to the battle team, we'll on another level, besides volunteering myself, like chrome said, we can't have a guy a shallow as magma become the village, all our efforts to crating this sulfer drug would be all for nothing" she states " especially after hurting gen, who knows who he could hurt next, ruri would be next" she stared down at the dagger in her hand, think on how she didn't do anything when senku got killed by tsukasa, but got a second chance to live thanks to then prettification " I won't allow anyone else to get hurt, what's the point in having this strength and these skills if I won't use them" she says burning with determination

" hmm?" She looked back up and saw the beaming two girls and boy clapping with sparkles in their eyes " oh no..." while senku snickers in the background at what she'd done " I'm so honoured, to think the goddess would be willing to go that far to protect us, I'm so happy goddess yuna!" Kohaku cried tears of joy

" I feel so honoured!" Suika exclaimed the same way

' I regrets everything...' the girl sulks on her own despair

"Sounds good!" chrome says, meanwhile gen was groaning in pain "Is he alright he looks way worse" chrome says worried

"He'll be fine, He's recovery will take longer, This is the best I can do" yuna says sadly

"Then that means..." chrome trails off

"Yeah, It won't be long before Tsukasa comes around looking for me, And then kills me for real" senku says, That night Chrome fell asleep while yuna and senku still worked on medicine for gen, she hears him mutter something weakly, and leans over, moving her hair out of the way so she can hear him better, he says something to her, which she leans back with a smile and responds to him

He smiles weakly and falls asleep after that

Next day

"I'm still sleepy..." chrome wakes up to ginro talking outside, who was waiting with Kinro so they could start training with the girls "Well it's time to wake up, We agreed to do training in the morning until we rotate on guard duty" Kinro states "This is bad!!!" They flinched to chrome screaming freaking them out "Gens not here! He vanished somehow!" He exclaimed while staring at the empty futon looking bed, Meanwhile said person was running through the woods

"Yeah well, It's obvious where he went Back at to tsukasa" senku states while picking his ear, While the others gasp "But why, Why sneak out like that?" Chrome wonders out loud

"I bet they rats gonna snitch he's gonna go and tell tsukasa that senku is still alive and yun is here!" Kohaku exclaimed

"Not good senku! We have to try and stop him!" He says

Gen runs for a while before he falls, he grins while getting up and continues runnjng, towards a mountain in the distance, where the clouds were dark, he gets closer to a cave with someone guarding it, as he gets closer, an arrow shoots towards him, inches away from his foot "Wait tsukasa! It's me!" He yelled, He pants as he sat on his knees, which was full of people revived "I found a village!...full of primitives!" He pants "They attacked me!....and I ended up getting banged up in the process...." he says to the main sitting on what looked like a throne, which was next to another which was meant for someone in particular to him

"But!...I did manage to find out about senku and yuna" gen smirks

tsukasa looked up interested

Back with the others

"We have to catch that bastard right now!" Kohaku goes to run in the direction gen supposedly ran in " no! Wait!" Suddenly someone stands in front of her, and the two fall to the ground, While the group gawk, she was lying on top of yuna" What are you doing goddess?? If we don't catch him! It's game over for both of you!" She just chucked which confused the blond "No it's not, We let him go and report to tsukasa" she says

"Huh?!" They apart from senku stare in confusion and shock " look at it this way, if gen really didn't have A millimetre Interest in science, he would have never Cooperate with us in the first place" she stated " he made up his mind on what's side he was in the moment he saw the light and electricity" she says " that's what got him"

The girl gets off as yuna gets up " but, he's still a superficial man to the core, so he ran away, to give us a show" she says

Kohaku sighs " men....such a pain in the ass, no matter what era"

' gen...' yun thinks about what he said when the met again

'Ahh, this ramen is making me wickedly thirsty, a cola would be great'

Flash back

"Even in this stone world yuna...could you and senku make one for me?...just one...cola..." he asked weakly, She smiles softly "Of course, for sure, nobody else can, don't worry gen, even if senku wouldn't be able to in his time, I'll make it for you..."

He smiled weakly

Flash back end

"Senku...Was gone...No trace of him anywhere" he grunted, but clicks his fingers and says "There's no doubt! he's definitely not alive" he smiles "and yuna is nowhere to be found"

Back with the others

"Woah, so gens Gonna join the kingdom of science?" Chrome asked

"Yeah, He'll come back before to long and act like nothing happened" senku answers

"Ha, Then I guess that's our first battle against the tsukasa empire!" Kohaku smirks "In the fight over asagiri gen
The kingdom of science claims victory!" She cheers while the wolfs howl along side her and ao squeaked

( I'm trying I'm terrible when it comes to squirrel sounds)

"Gen turned out to be a good guy after all!" Suika cheers long side them

" yeah!" Followed by chrome

"It's the worlds most flimsy alliance
Bound by a single bottle of cola.." senku chuckled

While yuna nods in agreement

Gen leaves the cave and walks away from the mountain, sitting down on a rock and leaning again a tree while looking at the mountain he came from "Man, this isn't worth the trouble, For just one bottle of cola" he sighs

"I hope it's ice cold, That's the very least they can Do" a small smile made it onto his face
