Info:
Neptune's twin brother and a student at Beacon Academy. After a certain accident happened to you when you were younger, you gain a massive fear of water, to the point of almost passing out if you were near a large amount of water, like a lake or a beach. Though afraid of water, you were still close to your brother, who was also terrified by his own semblance, to the point he can't even drink water without freezing from fear. Sadly, the accident left you terrified of girls as well, since a female childhood friend was the cause of the accident.
