Having done a rough count, he understood that there were effectively.. No zombies left. The small passageway that they were in was also destroyed by Fu Hua, the only thing recognisable from that passageway was the area around him, which was the only area without burns, so it stuck out like a sore thumb.

Looking ahead, he saw Fu Hua. She looked incredibly different from before and more beautiful. Her hair was longer and her clothing more revealing, causing his heartbeat to increase.

But the heat being released from her body stopped him from having any other thoughts, despite the Garuda+ enhancement, it wasn't a strength focused gene. So he felt that the current Fu Hua could, in fact, defeat him with ease. Heck, maybe even kill him. The aura she was radiating caused his sixth sense to give him constant alerts! This meant it was life threateningly dangerous to fight her! No.. To even stay here was lethal!

"Something's not right, is this what happens when the Active Honkai Reaction mode is activated!?"

There was something that the System hadn't told him, the Garuda gene was a bloodline that was wholly focused on survivability. Not attack. So in actuality, he could currently, at best, deal with Emperor Class Honkai Beasts if he were to go all out. Even Judgement Class Honkai Beasts were out of his reach, much less Herrschers.. Unless he sneaks up on one and uses the Poisonous Prick.

Of course, if he were to use Active Honkai Reaction mode, the situation immediately changes. Furthermore, unlike Fu Hua who had SWARA to make her be more sensitive to Honkai even in that state, he had none of that sht. So he would simply go ape sht and destroy everything in sight.

Becoming a MANTIS had multiplied his strength by who knows how many times, the old him wouldn't have had been able to get rid of even a normal Honkai Beast without the help of Salvation Points.

The current him, however, can kill any Honkai Beast underneath the Emperor tier with complete ease. However, there were still pros and cons to everything. A few cons include:

The nonstop temptation to activate the Active Honkai Mode was indeed a troublesome thing, it would, at one point effect his decision making.

Immortality, he can't die. So either he was destined to see his loved ones perish or make them immortal too.

The Garuda gene was given to Fu Hua for the sake of being used alongside SWARA. It was more of a support rather than attack, only with the combination of the two would an ultimate expert be born.

The Garuda gene was supposed to offer assistance to Fu Hua in using her Psychic abilities. As, after martial arts, it happened to be her forte. It'll take time for Juviel to get used to Garuda+. So it wouldn't be too strong in the short run for Juviel.

Of these cons, Juviel was only aware of the first two. Meanwhile Juviel didn't have the luxury of thought anymore as he felt something coming towards him. Without any hesitation, he jumped backwards. He intended to jump lightly, but he went flying as he wasn't used to his new strength.

The speed at he went was rather fast, so he made contact with the wall very quickly. He braced for the impact, but it didn't hurt at all. Had it been his old body, that kind of jump would have shattered all of his bones. A human shaped hole was left on the wall.

Whistling at how amazing his body now was, he gazed at the culprit who made him jump. It was obviously the mesmerizing phoenix beauty. But before he could take in more of the beautiful sight, his senses warned him once again and he leapt out with all his strength, aiming towards the wall behind Fu Hua.

[DON'T get hit by her!]

Bold red letters appeared as he jumped. Leaping out, it took less than a second to get to the other side. If that was all it took for him, what more would Fu Hua take? She was already infront of him and two enormous wings made of flame protruded from her waist. Why was she going after him? It was simple, due to the Honkai Beast Genes of Garuda that had become one with him.

He wanted to observe a bit more but a flaming fist came at him. The System's warning was still fresh in his mind, he didn't even bother blocking and simply ran with all his might. Knowing full well that she was faster, he quickly came to a few solutions before the inevitable occurred.

"At this power level, she can probably wreck that general with ease.. But just to be sure, how strong is that general?"

[About as strong as a Herrscher. But nothing she can't handle. She is essentially his weakness. One punch from her should defeat him.]

Hearing that, his pace subconsciously increased and he headed towards the General. Feeling the heat coming from behind him, he couldn't help but feel pity on that General. Poor guy, waited millenia starting from the Qin Dynasty only to get bashed by some aliens.

"Wait, why shouldn't I get hit by her? I know it's very lethal, but it shouldn't be that troublesome for me, I have ridiculous regeneration now."

[... Due to my interference, her previous weapon Fenghuan Down had become her Unique skill. This caused all of her attacks to gain the ability to attack the soul after she transforms.. Plus, ypu might get completely vaporised in one hit, which would render your regeneration useless.]

Juviel was stunned, the actual f*ck? She's that op? There actually was such a ridiculous passive? Furthermore, she didn't have such a thing before?

He was about to curse the System for doing such a thing but stopped as he understood how overpowered that unique SSS skill of her's was. Shaking his head, he looked forward and saw a magnificent looking gate that had dragons and phoenix symbols designing it.

Unfortunately for him, he had no time to wait and appreciate the beauty of the doors as he had to barge right through the doors. Flinging them off their handles in the process.

With no such obstacle blocking his gaze, his eyes inadvertently fell upon the skeleton wearing thick black armour. The armour had glowing green runes across it, quite clearly this was a high tier armour. Unlike the other undead, this skeleton had red glowing balls of flame in place of his eyes.

The General seemed to have noticed him as well and opened his mouth, as if wanting to say something. But alas, he didn't get the chance to as Juviel immediately sped across the room and stopped right behind him.

The General was stunned, what? How am I supposed to beat someone with such ridiculous agility? He appeared behind me in the blink of an eye!

Unfortunately for the General, his nightmares were far from over.. The whole place flashed white and he felt as if he had been exposed to the sun. Holy sh*t! What the f*ck is that!? Has the Emperor himself returned to deal with the remnants of the Qin Dynasty!?

And that was, his final thought.

The General couldn't see Fu Hua, but Juviel saw better due to his enhanced eyesight. In the span of a second, Fu Hua had seemingly materialised infront of the General and raised her fist, then compressed all of the flames within her body into one singular punch.

How did he know that it was all of her flames? Simple, she had been glowing previously but the moment she used this fist, all of the flames on her flowed into that fist, causing her to become dimmer.

He saw just fine until the fist had landed on the General's chest. That was because the moment that occurred, the whole place actually flashed like the Sun and he was forced to close his eyes. Right at that moment, he heard his System's panicking voice.

[Quick! Say Recall!]

Without giving time for himself to even hesitate, he immediately spoke. This was caused by the battle instincts that was arduously trained by him. The 6th Sense had simply boosted this by more than 200%.

"Recall!"

It was as if time had stopped the moment he said that. The astonishingly bright light abruptly vanished, it was so sudden that Juviel couldn't help but doubt his eyes.

"That was it? Really?"

The System fell silent. Seriously? Bro you just survived barely! Juviel didn't know but the System certainly understood that Fu Hua's fist was just 4cm away from his face. Even with his 6th Sense, the most he could have done in that situation was still to say 'Recall'.

"So it works even when she's in that condition, huh.. Let's check up on her."

The Salvation System, living upto it's name, was very considerate towards his feelings and opened a screen displaying chibi Fu Hua. She was currently sleeping, he checked her status and frowned.

His eyes twitched at the amount of Salvation Points she had. Excuse me, wut the heck? Why does she have a freaking million, no, 2 million Salvation Points?

Sighing, he recalled that mission.. Did she kill that many zombies? That would surely be worth more than 5000 undead! His eyes inadvertently went to the External Passive, he had never heard his System mention anything regarding this whatsoever.

"What is up with this External Passive?"

Hearing this question, the System made a sound akin to one clearing their throat and spoke whilst sounding very proud.

[That is one of my unique abilities and it is also the layer of protection preventing her from being wiped out by the Laws of Space-Time.]

Juviel had a look of understanding upon hearing that. Still, this System is so mysterious, isn't it afraid of being unravelled?

[W-What kind of thought was that!?]

Oh no it found out. The System got flustered too, maybe the System is a girl?

A small panel popped infront of his eyes, showing his level and how much experience points was required. Of course he didn't bother looking at the EXP as he was running out of time.

"Huh? Level 30? After all that massacre, that's how much I leveled up to?"

The System tried to shift the topic away from the EXP whilst sounding a bit guilty,

Too bad Juviel didn't fall for it, his eyebrow raised as he laughed.

"I won't fall for such an elementary grade trick. What did you do with the EXP, I promise not to be angry!"

Since it got found out, it went all the way and spoke shamelessly.

Juviel sighed and decided to forgive the System because it sounded cute while it tried to be arrogant.

"Alright.. Now what do we do about the 200,000+ hungry ghosts under me?"

The System noticed that too, but it didn't have much of a solution either. It could see what Juviel was seeing and what he could feel as well. So it naturally understood what he was talking about, his 6th Sense had warned him.

The 200,000 ghosts were actually underneath him for some reason.

And they were about to break free.
