Elysium: Sa? More Like Sayonara

In another space which was completely white(no racism intended), two figures suddenly appeared.

One looked a bit uncomfortable, afterall he didn't have good memories with solitary spaces such as this, but shrugged it off and spoke,

“Ao Tuo, is this where the Will of this world resides?”

Ao Tuo nodded and gestured to Juviel to wait whilst explaining. Seeing such, Juviel decided to quiet down.

“This is inside the World's Space, everything here is part of the World's Will. So it is best we don't roam around as it would be disrespecting her.”

It seems that Ao Tuo was waiting for the Will to come to them rather than calling the Will out. But his concerns were understandable, what if the Will got angry and this delayed their plans? For Ao Tuo it would be a big deal afterall he can live, but for Juviel? Nah, he got only 12 hours at best!

Ao Tuo was the strongest in this world, so he wasn't kept waiting for too long, a few seconds later, a figure of light materialised infront of them. The figure looked to be.. Female?

“Oh yeah I do recall him referring to the Will as ‘her’..”

Although the details weren't really too prominent, the curves did show that she was indeed female. Furthermore she had an aura that made Juviel feel threatened, almost as if she could kill him with a glance.

“So you have come, Emperor.”

Maybe Juviel was imagining things but the Will seemed to be annoyed that he was there. Ao Tuo noticed and quickly adopted a serious expression,

“Kallen, he is necessary in my plans to save you.”

(her name was previously Yayi, this was a mistake on my part. She was actually this bubble world version of Kallen.)

Maybe Juviel was imagining things again but the Will seemed to be.. Blushing? Also, was Kallen her name?

“The f*ck? Am I the third wheel here?”

Deciding not to think too deep into the matter, he remained silent.

“So you did it for my sake, since you are here, then it means this is the final step.. Right?”

Ao Tuo nodded with a solemn expression on his face. Seeing that, the Will seemed to look a bit worried.

“Don't push yourself too hard, if it doesn't work out, just leave me behind. I know you could have left at anytime you wanted to but you didn't..”

Now that was something Juviel hadn't expected to hear, so this fella was romantic too? But still, respect goes where it's deserved, despite being able to, he didn't go and wanted to save this world, hm, or did he? Maybe if he had a way to specifically save the Will alone he'd be willing to sacrifice the world? Whatever, none of my business anyways.

“Wait a minute, what will happen after he splits open the ‘skies’? What will happen after he gets out of the ‘sea’? Let's ask him after he replies to the Will.”

Ao Tuo smiled upon hearing that and spoke up,

“I was born and raised in this world, this place is my home. How can I leave it behind to be destroyed? Worst case scenario is that we'll die together.”

The Will looked touched upon hearing that,

“Ao Tuo..”

As another round of flirting seemed to start, Juviel had to intervene even if his life would be at risk. So he coughed to bring Ao Tuo's attention back to him, the Will looked unhappy due to being interrupted in such a moment but didn't do anything.

Ao Tuo looked at him but didn't say anything, however his voice sounded in Juviel's mind.

“Don't speak about the plan. If she knew about it, she would attempt to stop me out of worry.. And while she can't hear our telepathy, the ambassador can.”

Juviel was surprised, maybe he was a romantic person as he had thought? Then his expression changed at the last part, was this ambassador omniscient!? Feeling shocked, he sent back a reply,

“That's.. A bit terrifying. Fine, I'll ask you something like this.. What will happen after you cut the cake and get out of the sea?”

Ao Tuo didn't seem to be too surprised at this question, matter of fact, he seemed to be expecting it. However, his answer baffled Juviel.

“To be honest, I don't know. From all of my calculations, analysis and divinations, the best I could understand was that alongside me, this world would be teleported to a random place outside of the sea.”

Juviel was speechless, but still replied.

“Better than waiting here to die, I guess. But, isn't that too much information? What if the ambassador catches onto our plans?”

Ao Tuo smiled confidently upon hearing that and replied,

“She can't do anything about it except cry.”

Wow, what a bully, was what the System thought. Meanwhile Juviel thought, Wow, what a badass.

“Alright, let’s begin immediately.”

There was a lot of talking involved but the conversation took no more than 5 seconds. Ao Tuo looked at him with complete seriousness and spoke up.

“I will prepare myself.. Mhm. I'm starting now.”

An intense pressure surged out from Ao Tuo, so Juviel's expression immediately changed and he leapt backwards immediately, completely out of instinct. There was nothing to harm him but his aura was just that threatening.

Ao Tuo opened his eyes and raised his palms towards the skies. The white space shattered, or so it seemed but the top was simply opened. Juviel expected to see the blue sky, but it wasn't what he saw. What he saw was an endless array of eyes that was staring at them.

Juviel shivered in terror, he had never seen something like this before. Terminus was life threatening but not an eldritch horror like this! Ao Tuo noticed and spoke up loudly whilst his eyes began to glow,

“That is the external force wanting my world, the source of the ambassador, I have opened the World Barrier so we are now vulnerable, remove the connection, NOW!”

Juviel understood that it wasn't time to dilly dally and immediately fell to the floor. With his hands making direct contact with it, he immediately used Abscond! A panel popped up infront of him, with who knows how many skills, talents and sht on it! This was a world, there were millions of skills, talents and stuff!

Feeling a headache coming as he searched for that specific connection, he called out to the System.

“Show me that damned connection, I can't find it!”

Without wasting even a single second the System popped up a panel, however it wasn't what he expected.

[Through that connection, I have allowed Abscond to reach the source of the problem.

Her unique Divinity: Divine Rule Enforcer Of the Sea!

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!

Borrowing this Divinity WILL connect you with Sa temporarily, so as you have instructed, it will be refunded immediately, NOTHING will remain afterwards.

However as it was not leveled up nor upgraded, the User will NOT gain any Salvation Points!]

Juviel gritted his teeth at how shameless the System was being but still agreed, he had no choice but to.

Shortly afterwards, he felt as if he had been swallowed by the ocean. Drowning yet capable of breathing underwater, capable of causing waves and manipulate the currents, yet still continue to drift in silence.. Heading towards an impending doom.

The deep waters were pitch black with nothing visible. But amidst this darkness, a huge purple eye opened infront of him. It was larger than himself and seemed to cover the skies. It stared at him and he felt that it wanted to say something, but he felt a pulling force and the feeling vanished and he snapped out of his trance.

[Are you okay?]

The first thing he heard was the System's concern, upon which his heart warmed and he smiled.

“How could I not be fine.. *Cough*, what..? Blood?”

Wiping off the blood, he focused on the second thing he had heard. Ao Tuo's preparations.

“You did it! Hahaha!! Well done, leave the rest to me!”

He heard him speaking so he looked towards him, only to see him flying towards the skies that were now clear due to Sa's connection being cut, he had a grin on his face and halted right at the border.

Then he became serious once more and started saying something in his language.

“From the Reignbow Arbiter’s light, I call upon the ancient might,

With radiant beams that pierce the night, unveil the truth, reveal the sight.

Black and white net. Twenty-two bridges, sixty-six crowns and belts.

Footprints, distant thunder, sharp peak, engulfing land, hidden in the night, sea of clouds, blue line.

Form a circle and fly through the heavens.

In the name of the Archer Lord Of Fate, bright and pure, split apart what is obscure, open the path and clear the way!!”

With each incantation that passed, Juviel felt as if he had underestimated Ao Tuo. Even though he was told that Ao Tuo was powerful, Juviel hadn't internalised it, it was only after seeing his prowess that he understood.

“This.. This power, it's overwhelming. How did he get this strong? The Will of this world pales in comparison to this man.”

While he was in awe, the System thought something else.

Hm? Reignbow Arbiter? Isn't that the Aeon Of Hunt that I read about in the Database of Akivili?

By the time the incantation finished, there was a shining arrow made of light in Ao Tuo's hands. He got into the position of shooting an arrow using a bow and aimed at the sky.

He pulled back as far as he could and despite there being no bow, it seemed that he was using space itself as a bow. So as space got pulled apart, he reached his limit and he released the arrow.

Juviel couldn't even track the trajectory of the arrow. He only saw Ao Tuo shoot it and then heard a cracking sound.

He looked towards the source of the sound and his eyes widened,

The sky had shattered! The fragments were falling across the World Space and the Will looked a bit uncomfortable. However he couldn't bother to check up on the Will, he was more interested in seeing what was on the opposite side of the sky.

He wasn't disappointed,

The cracks only expanded as time went on and he could feel a very strong suction force coming from the hole made by Ao Tuo. However, he didn't wish to go over to that side. He still had to save his own world.

Thankfully a panel popped up infront of him at the same time,

[Congratulations. Mythic Ranked Salvation Quest completed!

Ding! You have completed your first Mythic Quest!

Title acquired, Trails Are Meant to be Blazed!

Bonus Objective accomplished!

Calculating rewards.. Calculating..]

He smiled and spoke up,

“Ao Tuo, you are one crazy bastard.”

Was all that he could say before he was teleported back to his world by the System.

Ao Tuo was surprised but chuckled,

“I could say the same to you, my friend.. Who are you to say I am crazy? You did something even I couldn't do.”

Thinking back on how the innumerable amount of eyes vanished shortly after Juviel simply tapped the floor, he was still baffled. But overall he was more relieved than wary.

He felt the exhaustion creep up to him, he had been planning nonstop for 500 years, all for this day. Now that it succeeded, he could finally rest properly.

He started falling from the air as he had ran out of energy, but before he could fall flat, the Will went up and caught him in her arms.

“Thank you..”

She felt the world being sucked into the hole in Space. So she simply placed his head on her thighs and closed her eyes, waiting for the process to finish whilst enjoying this moment of peace.

As a good author, I won't let anything bad happen in such a wholesome moment so they got out of the Sea Of Quanta successfully, into a random place in the universe.
