Icefur moaned in pain as she laided in mossy nest in medicine cat den.Mapleleaf had small bundle of herbs " Just calm down " Mapleleaf meowed.Icefur's claws scarred the ground.

"Here take some of Iris,it will help you"Mapleleaf mewed passing the purple flower to queen."Also this raspberry leaf,this will stop the bleeding " as Mapleleaf spoke,she grabbed a thick stick and queen bit hard on stick.

"One two....push!"Mapleleaf purred,Icefur pushed with all of her energy,A small dark kit popped out,"Another on way!"Mapleleaf whispered.Icefur whimpered in pain"Too much..too much!!"Icefur groaned.Icefur gave it her all,as a golden kit popped out.

"Two young healthy kits!"Mapleleaf purred,nuzzling Icefur.Mapleleaf handed the queen,some borage as she gulped it down.Mapleleaf padded out of her den.Breezefang was pacing back and forth,he flashed a worried look.Mapleleaf was about to speak,when Breezefang mewed"Is she okay?Are kits healthy?Tell me!"Breezefang hissed.

Mapleleaf shot him a glare"She okay and kits are fine!"Mewed Mapleleaf,without waiting.Breezefang padded to den and sat next to Icefur and the kits."They are wonderful!"Icefur purred weakly,Breezefang nodded.

"Let's name them Brightkit for golden she cat and Shadowkit for the other little kit."Breezefang mewed,the kits squirmed Icefur purred as she swiped her tongue across her kits.Night just arrived and Breezefang left,as Icefur stayed in Medicine cat den,curling up and sleeping.

"You can't take this kit!She doesn't belong to you evil cats!"A starry cat hissed."Typical Starclan!Always saying this and that!You dumb cats lay this path out for the kit!"Hissed a dark shadowy tom.

As Dark forest and Starclan cats fought,Voleclaw padded between them"Stop!Acting like kits eh?"Voleclaw spat,"Starclan we shall give a chance.If this kit doesn't prove darkness is path or not,then we shall leave this kit alone but we will come when darkness comes."

The dark forest cats turned away and their tails dragged furiously."We must try to stop that kit's dark path or else!"Rainfur mewed."Even if  we tried,it won't be worth it!Destiny is a path without change.Even we are powerless to stop it."Soarstar meowed,"We can send a waring!"A sliver and gray cat purred.

"Can a kit or a cat have a normal life?"Redkit mewed,The young kit was killed a tree fell on top of poor kit."No,All cats live for a reason,they all have a fate of happiness,sorrow or even hate."Frostsong purred.

Clovertail padded," Beware of Kit,kit that is doom of clans"Is that good enough message?"Clovertail  meowed at starry cats.Frostsong tail tip twitched,"I hope so..Hope so."Frostsong sighed.

Mapleleaf woke up to see,Soarstar and Frostsong."Father!It been many moons!"Mapleleaf mewed,dipping her head in respect."Ahh yes,my daughter..I miss you very much."Frostsong flashed him a look."But now is not time.."

Soarstar flickered his tail,at that moment.Clovertail appeared,her fur was sleek,she seems strong and well.Clovertail opened her mouth"Beware of Kit,kit that is doom of clans"Mapleleaf took a step back,"What!?"Mapleleaf meowed.

As she was about to ask,the cats disappeared into mist of Starclan,They faded away.As dream broke and Mapleleaf woke up,her mind swirled as prophecy repeated in her head,stuck like a prey on spider's web.Who are these cats?
