Rupert is a polite and respectful individual to those who deserve it (therefor people who aren't rude and disrespectful towards him or others). His personality often depends on where he is and how much training he has. When he is training, practicing or at a competition, he is extremely self reserved and focused. He'll tend to loose track of time and not pay much attention to anyone during these times. However when he isn't training or competing he is a rather lively fellow and a bit of a flirt. He often does anything to make people smile or laugh and knows how to have a good time. He's extremely considerate of others  during these times and very compassionate. Though sometimes he may start to think about his work he usually is able to come back to the present moment. On a general note he tends to be very harsh with himself over his decisions and performances. He's also very patient and very understanding of others, though he can be a little naive time to time. He can also be extremely possessive and protective over a romantic partner or close friend.

The Filipowski's are world renown for Rupert's parents being three time Olympic gold medalists in figure skating. Rupert is also on this path having won several national competitions and is now finally eligible to move onto International level competitions though buzz of him has already circulated around the world mostly because of his parents.
