It was time for our team Honora Magus Draconum to fight and after leaving us they were now at the dug-out waiting for the match to begin.

"Ok people its time to begin the match, first up is Tsukomo Yasagatsu from team Honora Magus Draconum and Alicia Vialpando from team Explorers of Mystery"

Cheers could be heard from everyone in the stands as Tsukomo and his opponent walked onto the stage, Alicia was a girl around our age with long bright red hair wearing a purple dress with a misty design holding a piece of paper that looks strange and a wand that a magician would use in a magic show.

"Time for me to give these people a show with my illusions" Alicia said waving her wand

"Lets get this started already, I'd rather get this done as quickly as I can" Tsukomo stated

"Magic wielders with the power of illusions! Confuse my foes and bring me victory! Luminize! Magical Mage Mirage!"

Alicia's ruby red core deck case became a crystal sphere.

"King of Magic and Master of Spells! Luminize! Magic the King!"

Tsukomo's turquoise core deck case with magenta trimmings became the usual armband.

"Alright with both fighters ready, buddy" The organiser started

"FIGHT" Everyone in the stands finished

"Time to raise the flag" Both fighters yelled

"I fight for Magic World" Alicia announced

"I also fight for Magic World" Tsukomo announced

"I shall begin the show by paying 1 gauge and calling 57th Generation Great Magician Merlin, Unryu Togetsu to the center"

"Now thats a powerhouse to start off with" Ishin stated

"Agreed" Yudai agreed

"What makes you guys say that?" Jessie asked

"Well that monster she called has a critical of 4" Ishin answered

"Really, you think Tsukomo can counter that" Jessie asked

"Maybe" Yudai answered

The crowd could be heard cheering at her statement.

"She sure has the crowd riled up" Masayo commented

"Question is whether she can actually win it here" Greg commented

"I pay 1 gauge and call 57th Generation Great Magician Merlin, Unryu Togetsu to the right, paying 1 gauge I cast Nice One! Then I cast Key of Solomon, First Volume, then destroy Licht and pay 2 gauge and call Artificial Angel, Virginie Casta to the left"

"A size 3 monster, how?" Charlotte asked

"Well Virginie Casta is a monster where if you have a size 2 Wizard on your field her size is reduced by 3" Tai explained

"I see, that is a useful card" Charlotte commented

"I pay 1 gauge to equip Gunrod, Del Gesu"

A rifle with two green energy blades surrounding the barrel appeared in my hand.

"Virginie attack Ganzack"

"Diamond Slash"

"Virginie's Double Attack"

"Unryu attack the fighter"

"Mighty Bolt"

"My turn, with Burst Out, I destroy Unryu and my weapon gains 4 critical"

"Game Over, Winner Alicia Vialpando"

"There it is, the winner of the first match is Team Explorers of Mystery" The organiser commented

Everyone cheered at the spectacle that they just witnessed, as the cheers went on Tsukomo returned to the dug-out.

"Good job Tsukomo you were great" Yudai stated

"I did my best" Tsukomo said

At that moment it seemed as though Tsukomo passed out in the dug-out.

"Are you ok Tsukomo?" Jessie asked

"Y-yeah sorry guys that fight must have took a lot out of me" Tsukomo said weakly

"Do your best out there Ishin"

"I'll be back with a victory" Ishin commented as he left
