After Ishin had left the dugout with Tsukomo with all of us still being worried the announcer had called for the next match as we saw Yudai walking out of the dugout with Ethan on Razor Storm's side doing the same.

"Moving onto the next match we've got the buddy fighter with a red hot fire in his spirit and a strong blaze in his deck! Its Honorus Magus Draconum's Yudai Matsuro!"

Yudai got onto the podium as the announcer said his name with the crowd cheering for Yudai ready to see him fight.

"Now the master of the-" The announcer started but was interrupted as he was handed a note and he read it

'Whats on the note?' Masayo and Greg thought at the same time

"We've just learned that Ethan is using a deck completely different from his first round match. Where as in the first round he was using a Dragon Knights deck now he's revealing to us his Starsentinel deck" The announcer said to the crowd surprising most of them as Ethan stood on his podium

"So I'm facing your true deck" Yudai commented looking at Ethan

"Thats right" Ethan answered

"Why the secrecy with this one?" Yudai asked

"I thought the first round guys weren't too worth this deck so I used a Dragon Knights deck I had with me" Ethan answered

"Guess I should be honoured then" Yudai said with a grin

"With that surprise to the crowd lets begin!" The announcer declared

"Light the blaze! Blazing wings that soar through the clear azure sky! The true nature of free dragons! Luminize! Azure Sky Flame!"

Yudai's usual red core deck case with purple lining became the usual Coated in flames and latched onto his upper arm, the deck case with a flame surrounding the crystal connected to his arm by a red metal bracelet.

"May the seven stars pass judgment on you! Luminize! Sparkling Starsentinel!"

Ethan's core deck case, unlike in the first round was a light blue core deck case with yellow linings and it transformed into a blue crescent moon.

"So even his core deck was borrowed" Yudai stated

"Yeah had to be through with my surprise" Ethan said

"Alright with that lets buddy...." The announcer started

"FIGHT!" The crowd finished with a cheer

"Raise the flag!" Both fighters said in unison

"I fight for Legend World!" Ethan announced

In a flash of cosmic light the monster Sagittarius Starsentinel, Sagittario appeared beside Ethan.

"The stars shall guide us to victory" Sagittario said

'Thats his real buddy' Masayo thought

"Dragon World!" Yudai announced

"Ready to go Yudai!" Rise said as he appeared on the field

"Then time to show them your form for this game" Yudai said with a grin

Rise nodded as he was engulfed by a ball of blue flames and as the flames disappeared Rise was covered in golden and armour and a golden headpiece that had two backwards facing horns on the side and a forwards facing horn in the center and his wings became more avian-like.

"Blue Sky Knights, Rising Flare Dragon is ready for battle!" Rise said with pride

"Awesome!" Greg said seeing the third form of Rising Flare Dragon

"He has yet another form for Rise, huh Flare?" Tai commented

"Indeed he does"  Flare said from Tai's core gadget

"Enough of the chit chat and start your move" Ethan commented

"Fine then, I charge and draw"

"I pay 1 gauge to set Green Dragon Knights, "Song of Ancient Lands""

A green orb appeared beside my flag that had the writing for Song of Ancient Lands on it.

"I call Blue Sky Knights, Slenje Dragon to the right, with his ability and Song of Ancient Lands I gain 2 life, Slenje attack the fighter"

"That move really got his gauge up" Ishin stated

"This could get difficult for Yudai" Jessie said

Rise stabbed the flag in the ground as he flew to the air doing a loop before landing in the right position.

"Since I called two Armordragons with Song of the Ancient Lands I gain 3 life adding in the buddy gift and with Rise ability since I gained a life while he's on the field I destroy a monster on your field"

Orion was surrounded by the blue flame tornado as he turned into orange squares.

"Now Boomerang Dragon will clear up the center"

"I'm the wonder from down under!"

"With his attack done Boomerang Dragon returns to my hand and Rise will attack the fighter"

'That makes things difficult' Yudai thought

"With that move he gave himself gauge and lowered the number in Yudai's!" Greg exclaimed

"I pay 1 gauge and equip Star Bow, Artemis Arrow"

A blue bow and arrow formed in my hand out of cosmic energy.

"Finally I pay 2 gauge and set Great Spell Frozen Stars"

A blue orb appeared beside my flag that had the writing for Great Spell Frozen Stars on it.

"Not good!" Masayo said

"Whats up Masayo?" Greg asked looking to him tilting his head

"With Great Spell Frozen Stars in effect Yudai's cards have their abilities nullified so long as he has a Star monster on his left and right positions" Charlotte explained

"No way!? That means he can't build up his life anymore!" Greg exclaimed looking to the field

"Sagittario attacks the fighter"

"Of course, burning arrow!"

"I attack with Artemis Arrow thanks to its ability"

"Now Orion attacks you"

"Gates of Orion! Eliminate!"

As my life dropped down to the basic 10 a light formed on my arm as a gauntlet made of steel like a dragons arm with a sun crest on the back appeared.

"Rise take down Sagittario on the right"

"Right! Aero Flame Tornado!"

"Even if I fall my buddy shall prevail"

"For the time being his spell loses its effect" Ishin commented

"But it won't stay that way for long" Jessie stated

"I attack with Steel Fist, Dragoknuckle!"

As my attack landed a card flew into the gauge in a flash of light.

"That combination of monsters make it more difficult for Yudai" Tai commented

"Hang on! Eskorpia is a size 3! How can he have a size 1 and 2 on the field with him!?" Greg asked

"Its Eskorpia's ability, while in the center he makes it so size 2 or lower Star monsters become size 0" Charlotte answered

"Thats not the worst part with Astraeus on the right position the Star monsters on the left and right positions can't be destroyed. Meaning while its on the field Frozen Stars will remain in effect preventing Yudai from using his card effects" Ishin said in the dugout

"Yudai's gotta do something about that fast" Jessie said

"Pretty tough formation" Yudai said

"Eskorpia attack the fighter"

"Feel my sting! Star Burst Stinger!"

"Orion attack with me against the fighter"

"Just one and I'm sure Yudai's got the means in his hand" Tai said with a smile

'So he had one in his hand after all' Ethan thought closing his eyes

"With that defence Yudai couldn't gain more life like before but that doesn't mean his Impacts are blocked" Tai commented watching as Yudai raised the card to the sky

"With both center positions open I pay 4 gauge! Cast!"

A giant dragon hand came down from the sky and went into a mountain grabbing a sword surrounded in chains and pulled it out breaking the chains that bound it and the card in my hand sent a stream of fire into the large blade setting it ablaze and I swung down the card making the blade follow the motion.

"Gargantua! Punisher!!"

The sword slammed into Ethan and his life dropped to 0.

"Game Over, Winner Yudai Matsuro"

"Amazing folks! Even with his abilities eliminated from Frozen Stars Yudai powers through to win the fight with Gargantua Punisher!" The announcer exclaimed

The crowd cheered amazed as Yudai walked up to Ethan extending a hand.

"Great fight Ethan" Yudai said with a smile

"Yeah" Ethan replied shaking his hand returning the smile

"Alright folks with that the match is tied at one win and one loss the winner of this next game will decide the outcome!" The announcer exclaimed as the crowd cheered with anticipation as Yudai and Ethan returned to their dugouts
