Steven's POV

I was walking to Funland with Pearl and Lapis. 

"Ok guys this is going to be great!" I said excitedly and suddenly two kids one with long dark hair and another with a hat on fell right on top of me. 

"Steven!!!" Pearl shouted in shock and the two kids got up moaning

"Oh sorry, we kinda didn't know where we were landing." The boy said

"It's fine I know you didn't mean it." I said with a smile, then suddenly I giant beast with no face jumped down.

"ZANTHAR!!!" The girl screamed

"I'll handle this!" Pearl shouted summoning her spear she repeatedly stabbed the monster into submission.  

"What in the world!?!" The boy asked in shock, the monster ended up retreating instead of poofing.

"Ok so why did you guys fall out of the sky? Who are you?" I asked and they told me their story. A normal person wouldn't believe it. But I'm far from normal

"Hey how about you stay with me and the gems in the temple until you can get home." I said and they looked even more confused than before and I told them everything that had ever happened with me in my adventures.

"Ok well it's better than nothing, right dip?" The girl named Mabel said looking at her brother

"Yeah I do agree with that." Dipper said and they went back to the temple with me. I showed them around the temple and took out some spare sleeping bags I had. We all went to sleep early that night. I heard the gems arguing about the new guests. Pearl didn't approve of it. Amethyst didn't care and Garnet thought it would be nice that I had some new friends.

"Come on guys get up. After breakfast I'm gonna introduce you guys to Lapis and Peridot." I said shaking them both. They moaned Mabel throwing a pillow at me. I caught it and tossed is aside.

"Dude it's too early to be up!" Dipper grunted

"I wanna sleep!!" Mabel shouted

"Guys come on, if there's one thing I know how to do, it's make a breakfast."  I said and that word got their attention. We all sat down and I made pancakes everyone eating a cake.

"These are really good!" Mabel said taking two more pancakes

"Yeah, way better than Stancakes." Dipper said and Mabel and him laughed I just chuckled along not getting it at all.

"So guys Peridot and Lapis are great gems. Just a little odd at first." I said Dipper, Mabel, and Amethyst trailing behind me.

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever, let's just get back to training after this" Amethyst said boredly

"Remember how Steven told us about that Jasper person and how she beat up this purple one?" Mabel asked whispering to Dipper.

"Ok her name's amethyst and yes." Dipper said   

"I think that might be why she's acting so weird." Mabel concluded and Dipper face palmed. We walked into the barn and I was amazed how different it looked.

"Hey guys!" I shouted and Peridot and Lapis jumped down. They were watching Camp Pining Hearts. 

"Hello Steven, Amethyst, and strangers." Peridot said and Ametyst just nodded while Dipper and Mabel introduced themselves. 

"I love what you guys did with the barn." I said amazed by the fish tank and the car in the wall above the barn door. I noticed a bunch of strange things around the barn. I looked at the fish tank and saw peridot's stuffed alien. 

"This was on purpose? You guys didn't just spill a bunch of paint and leave it there?" Amethyst asked. Clearly not amused.

"Oh no this was all intended. So I had this idea of making music but without sound!" Peridot said

"So like...Art?" Dipper asked

"ART? That's crazy!" Peridot said laughing

"I call them meep morp's" Lapis said leaning against the side, and Dipper put on a puzzled look while Mabel smiled.

"I LOVE IT!" Mabel screamed with joy. 

"I call this Wow Thanks!" Peridot said showing them a bunch of devices put together on a stool.

"Wow I love it!" Mabel said joyfully

"It sure is... something."  Dipper said

"The Ribbon is the tape that binds the people on Earth together. It has no purpose, it just makes me feel bad!" Peridot said with a smile 

"This is my meep morp. This reminds me of the time I played baseball." Lapis said pointing a baseball glove, ball, and bat. She then pointed at a leaf in some mud. "This is the leaf Steven gave me, it reminds me of when Steven gave me a leaf." 

"Hey it reminds me of that too!" Steven said and then a part of Camp Pining hearts kept playing on repeat with mirrors surrounding it.

"Is this supposed to show how you felt trapped in that mirror Steven told us about?" Dipper asked and lapis shook her head.

"I just really like that show." Lapis said

"Amethyst you'll get a kick out of this one!" Peridot said walking over to some toilets and then lapis made water shoot out of them like fountains. 

"They're toilets?" Amethyst asked eyebrow raised. As peridot began laughing

"I call it occupied!" Peridot said

"I like it" Mabel said

"Me too." I said

"Ok I have something that will blow you all away!" Peridot said making a bunch of instruments float. She then blew into a harmonica and it all fell apart. Lapis, Mabel, Dipper, and I all began cracking up.

"Hey how about we do this together?" Lapis said picking up a tambourine and shaking it while Peridot played a triangle.Mabel began clapping. 

"This is all nothing! We're playing with garbage and jasper's on the loose!" Amethyst screamed in rage and they stopped.

"Awkward." Dipper said and Peridot told them not to use the 'J word' 

"I'm gonna go do something useful." Amethyst said angrily storming off.

"I feel bad. She got crushed and insulted by Jasper" Mabel said

"Just don't say that near her." Dipper said

"Yeah, Amethyst is obsessed with getting a rematch and beating Jasper." I said looking down Peridot went outside to find Amethyst attacking some cans. Me and Mabel decided to hang back and watch while Dipper followed after Peridot. 

"Hey Amethyst you are way better than jasper." Peridot said

"Yeah don't let her get you down." Dipper said and Amethyst glared at me

"What did you tell them?" She asked angrily

"I ummm." I said nervously

"Amethyst you're way better than Jasper. I mean you're both from earth but you're kindergartens are way different!" Peridot said levitating a can in air

"Wait... what!" Mabel asked in shock

"Both... from Earth?" I said confused 

"Yeah, Amethyst is from the prime kindergarten and Jasper is from the Beta." Peridot said throwing a can away. 

"Wait there's another kindergarten?" Amethyst asked in shock

"Yeah, I'll show you come on." Peridot said

"I have a bad feeling about this." Mabel said

"I'm leaving but I'll be back!" Peridot shouted to lapis throwing a bow tie at Lapis, but it missed. One warp pad later we were at a desert of some sort.

"Man this place is really bright." Dipper said squinting

"I know right." I said and Peridot commented about some sandstone or whatever. We walked through the kindergarten peridot talking all about poor construction.

"I mean this place is too small. Totally rushed." Peridot said

"Rushed?" I asked

"Halfway through the gem war home-world tried to make gems as quickly as possible." Peridot said

"Man gem history is weird." Mabel said

"Shhh I wanna listen." Dipper said holding his hand in front of Mabel.

"Curved walls and poor injections. This place was a disaster." Peridot said Dipper listening in and Mabel not really caring.

"Wow I had no idea." Amethyst said

"Your kindergarten was made perfect Amethyst. You really are lucky." Peridot said

"What's up with this place?"  I asked looking at some smashed injectors.  

"All these holes don't even come close to being made right." Peridot said and Amethyst looked up and pointed at another one.

"Is that?" Mabel asked

"Jasper." Peridot whispered, and she tried to climb into the hole "Steven?" I then gave her a boost. She inspected the hole trying to find any flaw.

"I've never seen a hole this flawless." Peridot said

"So it's true? She really is better than me." Amethyst said sadly

"Amethyst that doesn't matter! What matters is who you wanna be. Not where you came from!" I said

"Yeah, you can be anything if you work hard enough!" Dipper shouted excitedly

"Yeah! Hard work! Teamwork! Motivational stuff!" Mabel shouted and Amethyst looked up and smiled

"You guys are right." She said

"yeah!" We all said at once

"It's about who I wanna be!"

"YEAH!!!" We all shouted again

"I wanna beat jasper into the dirt!" Amethyst shouted

"Yeah!" Peridot and Mabel said, before realizing their error.

"I'll do it for all the mistake gems! Like this one!" Amethyst shouted pointing at a giant hole.

"Uh oh, this. This is recent." Peridot said nervously

"I have a really bad feeling about this." Mabel said

"I think we should get out of here." Dipper said

"Guys maybe it was a really big prairie dog" I said, and we marched off. I saw all these holes with bars covering them. Suddenly a monster tried to grab me.

"Steven!!" Everyone shouted and I fell back. They pulled me away and we noticed more of the corruptions.

"Who would do this?" Peridot asked, but I knew the answer.

"Could it be?" Dipper asked

"It's her." Mabel said in fear and the dust cleared we saw Jasper interrogating a corruption. 

"Jasper!" Amethyst shouted
