Izuku stares soullessly into the eye of Muscular across from the interrogation table. The one eyed villain just gives the All for One user a wide grin upon seeing him again. The villain monologues about defeating Izuku and killing him for revenge before he holds up his hand getting him to stop. The confidence in Muscular's face drains and turns to fear upon seeing Izuku's hand turn black and burn with green fire. This reminds him of All for One and causes the serial killer to shut up for his own safety. His hand returns back to its normal state as before he reaches over and pours a glass of red wine for himself and offers one to Muscular.

"Now, you see, we can do this one of three ways. The civilized way, the intimidation way, or I read your mind, take your quirk and leave you to rot in this facility. How about we go about this like gentlemen and be civil about this?" Izuku says pushing the second glass of wine toward Muscular, the villain moves his arms in the quirk cancelation cuffs and takes the glass before crushing it in his hand.

"You will get nothing from me." Muscular answers as Izuku takes a sip from the glass as the camera pans up to show that Izuku is wearing a similar suit to All for One's own that he wore in life.

"Pitty, the wine and glass were not cheap, I'll give you another chance to do this civilly but this is your last one. What is the league planning to do with the child?" Izuku says staring into the eye with a cold stare. Muscular stays silent before Izuku repeats himself again, outside the interrogation room is All Might, Aizawa, Mandalay and Nedzu watching the interrogation take place.

"Are you sure that he will cooperate?" Mandalay asks as they watch Izuku move in his chair and lean towards the incarcerated villain.

"He has to, or his quirk will be forfeit." Nezu says as All Might stays silent watching this take place.

"I'm sure you know what is going to happen if you don't cooperate with me. I'm trying to give you a chance to atone for your sins. Do you really wish to die in this place? In a cage, being treated like an animal? All you need to do is answer my questions, and maybe depending on how you act... I'll let you keep that silly little quirk of yours. What do they want with the child?" Izuku repeats himself showing a bit of frustration in his voice as Muscular starts to laugh in his face. Izuku simply sighs before using the tendrils of his All for One quirk to wrap behind Musculars head before smashing it against the table leaving a dent.

"Aaarrrggg!!! You never start with the head... the victim gets all fuzzy." Muscular mocks before feeling the tendrils pierce his skin and start to burn causing him to scream out in pain. The heroes start to get up to stop Izuku but Mandalay raises a hand and all of them stop.

"Let him, if it was up to me that villain would already be dead. Midoriya is handling this far better than some of us would." Mandalay says showing the hatred she has for the villain in her voice. Izuku activates some form of quirk which intensifies the pain before Muscular breaks and confesses that he knows nothing.

"I DON'T KNOW ANYTHIIINNNGGGG!!!" Muscular shouts in pain, this causes Izuku to steal the Muscle Augmentation quirk and drop him to the floor. Izuku moves his muscles throughout his body trying out Muscular's quirk before returning them to their normal spots. "I was o-only part of the V-Vanguard action squad... a-all I knew was to capture that B-Bakugou kid." He says through gasps for breath after the excruciating pain of All for One.

"I have no use for you then, I need someone who actually knows of this. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to ask him anything. Good day." Izuku says before levitating up from the chair, placing his hands behind his back and grabbing his wrist before floating to the door. It opens as if a ghost had moved the handle on its own as Izuku leaves through the door. The villain is left writhing on the ground in fear as several guards come inside and bind him back up before returning him to his cell.

"He didn't know anything did he, I was hoping to avoid this." All Might says as Izuku silently floats by and into another room where Chisaki is sitting, armless in a chair and bound to the floor. Izuku opens the door using his telekinesis quirk and floats into the room before moving a chair in front of Chisaki and taking a seat.

"Come to mock me about my defeat?" Overhaul asks looking up at Izuku through his disheveled hair and growing beard. The rage in his eyes burns directed towards Izuku.

"No, I've come for information. I know you were working with the league and more specifically experimented on my daughter through your sick acts. I want you to tell me everything you know, You have nothing better to do other than rot here." Izuku says as he floats in that same wine bottle from the previous room and two new glasses.

"So you want to be civil about this then... or are you trying to insult me in the fact that I no longer have hands." Chisaki says as Izuku pours two glasses and levitates one over to Chisaki and placing the rim to his lip allowing the Yakuza member to drink.

"No, not yet at least, I wish to be civil. You give me the answers I need, I let you keep your quirk and see if I can get some better less stuffy arrangements for your incarceration here." Izuku lies as he sips from the glass before putting it down on the table. "What are the leagues plans that you know of."

"All I can recall is that they plan to have you killed and that frail old man whom you call All Might. The girl, is not your child instead she is my property and what I am going to use to erase the filth of this society." Overhaul answers as he flicks his head back and manages to get his hair out of his face.

"The only ones who are Filth in this society are the villains that corrupt it. You claim to want to purify humanity, but if you truly wanted that then you would be exterminating Villains and not civilians and Heroes. What you did, Human experimentation on an Innocent little girl? I should have killed you during our battle for what you put her through." Izuku says as the glow of All for One erupts from his hands.

"That's not very heroic of you..." Overhaul Mocks before Izuku grabs him by the face and rips his quirk from him causing the armless villain to shriek in horrific pain.

"On the contrary, I would have upheld justice doing a service to humanity. My daughter is not your property, My daughter is not your little Experiment, My daughter is an innocent child that you abused for your own twisted and selfish gains. Monsters like you deserve nothing aside from Death." Izuku says in anger before slamming his hand on the metal table and crushing it in a single blow.

"That's where you're wrong, she is the granddaughter of the founder of our organisation. Though I'm sure that old bastard is dead by now. Meaning that brat is under my control. From my standpoint you're the one who kidnapped the child and you're the villain here, All for One." Overhaul says starting to strike a nerve in Izuku.

"I'm wrong? How many of your sins have you bound in chains before me left to rot for the rest of your miserable life in this prison? How many people have you killed?! Families have you ruined?! Children you left Orphans?!" Izuku shouts getting up in Overhaul's face as his green eyes burn with fury towards the villain.

"More than you'll ever know! As soon as I get out of here I'm going to take back that brat, Kill that bitch you call Uravity then torture you slowly and force you to watch the experiments. And I will have her Erase you from existence." He answers before spitting in Izukus face and starting to laugh maniacally.

Hearing Overhaul say this causes Izuku to snap, before anyone could react, he snatches the villain by the neck and hoists him a meter into the air. Anger and rage present in the All for One user's face as the Overhaul quirk he stole from Chisaki activates. Before Aizawa or anyone could intervene Chisaki's head explodes coating the room in blood as his body drops limp. Izuku lets out a scream of rage before throwing the lifeless corpse into the wall splattering even more blood about the room before storming out. The heroes just look on in shock as Izuku walks past them before leaving the facility and flying back to UA.

"Well... at least we don't have to execute him now. That was entirely on that dumbass for saying that about Midoriya's daughter and betrothed. He was asking to be killed." Aizawa says as a janitorial bot comes into the room to start cleaning the blood from the floor.

"I'm surprised that didn't happen sooner, I kinda expected him to flatout kill him as soon as he entered the room." All Might says looking at the bits of Villain brains painting the walls. "Overhaul wanted him to kill him, he was trying to get inside his head and turn him into a villain. I'm going to need to talk to him." He continues before leaving the room following after Izuku.

"I was hoping he would do that to Muscular in all honesty." Mandalay replies getting the three heroes to turn to her.

"Our society is too soft on Hero Killers and Murderers in general. We didn't even give All for One the death penalty for the atrocities and crimes against humanity he had commited in his centuries alive." Nezu says as the four heroes begin to leave the facility. "What our students don't realize is that they will be forced to take a life of a villain one day."

"Indeed, no one in this room has clean hands not even All Might. We aren't murderers and we are not perfect either. The blood of those we couldn't save is on our hands just as much as the villains we have vanquished. They will learn that the hard way and have to cope with it." Aizawa says as he watches Midoriya burry his face into the shoulder of All Might before starting to break down.

"Morality when it comes to the villains has always been an issue. The organisation of heroics will not give them the death penalty but will allow us to vanquish them in the field. It doesn't make much sense to me. What are you thinking, Mandalay?" Nezu asks as she stares in on the room where Muscular is now standing alone staring at a small television in the corner now just an average man.

"Had I fought that villain that night, I would have died to him much like my sister and brother in law. If I was in his position with his powers, I would have given into my hatred for that man and killed him. As much as I want to do it, i'm not going to instead I'm going to appeal that he is left to rot here for the rest of time." Mandalay says as she glares at Muscular who turns to look at her through his one eye.

"Forgiving someone who murdered your twin sister is not something that is easy to do. I feel like there is an ulterior motive here." Aizawa says looking over his shoulder at her.

"I have not and will not forgive him for what he has done. I want him to suffer for eternity for what he did to her. I'll never see her again and I want him to never see the light of day ever again." She says with anger laced in her voice before walking off with the clicks of her heels echoing through the halls of the facility.

Meanwhile...

"Young Midoriya..." All Might says as his step son cries into his shoulder. All Might simply consoles him. "You will understand someday that that is something necessary to do. There isn't a hero alive who's hands are clean, Killing Overhaul doesn't make you a villain. If would have done the same thing, remember the battle between me and your father? I was trying to end it, right then and there." All Might says as he feels an otherworldly presence touch his shoulder. For a moment he sees the apparition of nana embracing him along with the other 6 holders of one for all appearing as silhouettes. Feeling this Izuku finally stops and looks up to All Might with puffy and red eyes before giving him a smile.

"You picked a good one Toshinori, I will reassure him when I visit his dreams very soon... The other holder of All for One can be saved." Nana says before fading back into the aether leaving a smile on the frail mans face.

"Thank you All Might... I did steal a new quirk though." Izuku says after separating from the hug.

"What would that be?" All Might asks with an arched eyebrow.

"Remember the Noumu at the USJ? They recovered it's body and I figured out that quirks that were forced onto a person or stolen do not decay so I took the quirks from the Noumu and my father before they cremated him." Izuku says as All Might's eyes widen at the revelation.

"All of them?"

"Yes, I want to give you some... Dad." Izuku says taking All Might aback. "Firstly I want to heal you stomach, the regenerative quirk and Overhaul can do it." Izuku says as All Might quickly removes his shirt so Izuku can heal his wound. Izuku uses All for One and gives All Might the regenerative quirk he stole from the USJ Noumu, on top of this he uses Overhaul to reconstruct All Might's stomach.

"Thank you, my son." All Might says feeling some of his strength return to him, they have a brief conversation with one another and Izuku offers to give few quirks so that he may defend himself since he no longer has One for All.

"I know that you hate my quirk but, can I at least offer you a couple quirks so you can defend yourself? Villains might still want to come after you since you are All Might and they know that you retired," Izuku offers as his hand glows green with him offering several quirks to his master and father.

"No, you need those more than I do, I'm an old man and I don't need to worry about villains with you around. If you are going to give any, then surprise me." he says patting an arm on his shoulder as the two make their way to Nezu's car where the other heroes are waiting to return to UA.

As they head to the car, Izuku places a hand on the back of All Might's neck and gives him a quirk. It is similar to One for All and it was one his father used against him at Kamino. The air force quirk that blew away buildings and that was stronger than his One for All is now held by All Might. The new user feels this power and feels his muscles contort as they adjust to this new quirk. All of a sudden he flexes a less buff version of his buff form and it manages to hold. He gives izuku a smile before the two enter the car and head towards UA.

A couple days later.

"Come on Izuku! Wake up!" Ochako says as she shakes Izuku from side to side as he somehow stays asleep. "I know you're still feel like a villain for turning Overhaul into the contents of a meat pie but that doesn't mean you can sleep through Eri's doctors appointment!"

"I'm just tired Ochako, I don't feel like a villain and I already talked about it with All Might. I just had some weird dreams last night and i'm tired." He mumbles out with his face buried in a pillow.

"Izuku if you don't get up this second I swear to All Might i'm going to throw you into Bakugou's room." Ochako shouts as she yanks the covers off of Izuku and causes him to roll onto the floor with a thud as Eri starts to laugh from her spot on the crib.

"Laugh it up Snowball." Izuku says looking up at his baby who has now fallen over in her crib laughing to her heart's content. "Fine... I'm awake." Izuku grumbles as he stands up and stretches. He turns to see Ochako with the worst bed head he has ever seen which causes the All for One user to snicker seeing this.

"Don't laugh Izuku, yours is worse. Now get dressed, lose a comb in your hair and change Eri so we can get going to her doctor's appointment today." She says shooting a glare at him before walking off to the bathroom.

"I don't lose combs in my hair. Do I?" Izuku asks after he changes Eri and puts on a shirt. Ochako walks out of the bathroom topless with a toothbrush in her mouth. She walks over to izuku and ruffles her hand through his hair causing 3 combs to fall to the floor before walking back into the bathroom. "I haven't seen that one in months!" Izuku comments causing Ochako to laugh from the bathroom.

After getting ready and eating their breakfast the small family makes their way to the main building at UA. Ochako feigns shunning him and puffs her cheeks and pouts looking away from him. Izuku smirks to himself before using Nana's telekinesis, that he inherited through One for All, to levitate Eri around them. The baby pretends like she can fly as Izuku orbits her around himself before grabbing Ochako by the shoulder and kissing her. She melts into it and wraps her arms around him and returns it infold.

"There, forgive me?" Izuku says as he breaks from the kiss, Ochako looks up slightly disappointed but mumbles out that she's no longer mad at him. The two continue on their way to recovery girls office with no other interruptions thankfully.

As the two enter RG's office they see the older woman running a test on Mirio who had been fighting with Tamaki and Nejire during their midmorning training exercise. Upon seeing Izuku, the Lucas from Earth Bound look alike stands up and gives the All for One user a bone crushing hug before giving him some new he wasn't expecting.

"Izuku! It's so good to see you!" He says as he hugs Izuku so tightly Ochako and RG cringe when they hear something crunch within Izuku's body. "I have some good news, infact I think you already know her."

"What is it? Wait? I know her?" He answers the blonde haired man.

"Melissa is in Japan but more importantly we have become a couple." He says as Izuku's jaw drops to the floor, He hasn't seen Melissa in months and now all of a sudden she is in japan and now dating Mirio. Before you the readers can say it's just for plot convenience let Mirio explain after Izuku's next line.

"Wait, back up a sec. How did you two get together?!" Izuku asks after picking his jaw up off the floor.

"After Overhaul had my quirk erased Nezu proposed the idea that I should travel to I-Island where they are doing quirk dev tests for the quirkless and quirk theif victims. Since quirks are a part of our DNA having it removed doesn't change the DNA sequence. With those who are quirkless they carry the genes of a quirk but it is recessive so they try to make the gene dominate and copy that gene onto to the DNA strand of a cell hand attempt to have it replicate as normal. Often time the cell is confused for cancer and the body destroys it but we have had one success. I met Melissa after telling her my quirk was erased, she took me to the experimentation facility where we both went under the treatment. She was the one to get a quirk and Mine stayed erased until your daughter here rewound me to the point where it hadn't happened." Mirio explains as he phases through the floor and reappears trying to start a sparring match against Izuku. RG throws a tongue depressor at the blonde All Might look alike which phases through his head.

"Well speaking of Overhaul... I kinda... made his head explode when he threatened. Eri." Izuku says sheepishly rubbing the back of his head. The lucas look alike simply blinks before responding with one word.

"Brutal." he says trying to stifle a laugh knowing that that bastard got what he deserved. Ochako didn't pay attention to this and is more interested in seeing Melissa.

"Where is she? It's been ages and I wanted to talk about Izuku giving her a quirk." Ochako asks before getting interrupted by RG.

"Sorry to burst your bubble Young Uraraka-Midoriya but we are here to give Eri her Vaccines today." RG says as Ochako changes Eri out of her onesie so that RG can administer the shot into her thigh.

"Oh right, well I'll see you later Mirio we have a lot of stuff to do today." Izuku says as he gives his friend a hug before the blonde man exits the office, still shirtless for no apparent reason.

"Ok, I'm going to administer some simple vaccines for her. She's eleven months old now and she will be able to get these now. I'm giving her Chicken Pox, Polio, and Measles shots today and she will get the others in a few weeks." RG says which perks an eyebrow from ochako.

"Three? I thought it would be just one." Ochako says looking at the small syringes on the metal medical tray.

"She will be fine Ochako dear, contrary to what people with minutes of medical research will say these are for her health and are harmless. You've been paying attention in Midnight's history class right? You would remember the Rubella outbreak that killed a 10th the population in the west during the late 21st century because they were not immunised. Poor fools believed a false medical report that suggested vaccines caused a genetic disease or Autism which isn't even possible. I assure you that she will be fine, she may experience a slight fever and be a little sick but that is because the vaccine introduces a dead form of the virus to her body and allows it to create antibodies to fight it so that she won't contract it later." She says as she washes her hands and puts on a pair of gloves.

Surprisingly Eri didn't flinch when she received the immunisations and only started to cry when RG knocked over the metal tray causing a loud clanging noise. She was quickly calmed down by Ochako before they two thanked RG for her time and left to do their final activity for today. Mandalay had contacted Izuku recently and had asked if she could bring Kota over so that he and Eri could have a playdate in the common room of the dorms. Naturally Izuku was excited for this much like Deku_Mania when the author proposed this idea to him, and is now breaking the fourth wall for the sake of having you the readers try and fail to repair it.

"Sorry to keep you waiting Mandalay, we had to get Eri's Vaccines today." Ochako explains as izuku follows her inside holding Eri's hand as she walks beside them.

"It's no issue Ochako, Kota here has been excited to see her and He even said his first word recently." Mandalay says as the black haired 11 month old comes running around the couch shouting.

"Ewi!!!" He exclaims causing the whitette to get excited seeing the other baby. Izuku let's go of her hand and the two of them sit down before starting to crawl deciding not to walk for some strange reason.

"Was that his first word?" izuku asks arching an eyebrow.

"It was, I am just as surprised as you are. When I told Ashido-chan she had this ear to ear grin on her face." Mandalay says as Ochako turns to face her pink skinned friend who us taking pictures of the two babies playing together and babbling incoherently aside from some words like hero and Apple.

"I know that smile, she ships those two already." Ochako says as she watches Eri and Kota play with a couple of Uravity and Deku plushies on the floor with plush toys of all the heroes at UA and of class 1-A nearby.

"On the contrary, they may not be a year old but I have the feeling that those two will spend their entire life together and perhaps one day in the future spawn new life as well." Mandalay says as the two babies continue to play with the toys before yawning and curling up beside each other with a deku plushie between them and falling asleep.

"That is by far the most adorable thing I've seen her do." Izuku says as he takes a picture of the two sleeping infants before picking them up and placing them in Eri's playpen so that they can have their nap in peace.

"Izuku, there are some things we need to talk about... The other can be saved."
