You were walking down the streets of London. It was for once a warm sunny day which you haven't had in a long time. So, as usual, you were taking your time enjoying the day while everyone was hurrying to the placing they needed to be.

You were looking up at the sky when you bumped into someone and you fall to the ground. When you looked up you saw a messy blonde hair man with the most gorgeous emerald green eye that you have ever seen.

"Oh, I'm so sorry love. Are you alright?" He asked holding out his hand. "Here let me help you up." He offered.

You smiled at him as you took his hand. "Thank you, and please don't apologize I was the one who watching where I was going. I was just really enjoying things beautiful weather." You told him.

"Well it is a splendent day isn't it." He smiled softly.

You glanced at him and noticed that he was the embodiment of England. Arthur Kirkland. You had always wanted to meet him and speak with him. Now on a sunny day, you had the chance of running into him.

"What is your name love?" He asked.

Your eyes widen "(Name). My name is (Name)." You stuttered at first.

"Well (Name)." He said then smile softly. "My name is Arthur Kirkland." He proudly announced making you smile. "The embodiment of England. It's a pleasure to meet you." He said

"No, no the pleasure was mine. I've always wanted to meet you England." You responded which made Arthur smile and chuckle.

"Please Love, call me Arthur." He softly said.

This made you blush. "Alright, Arthur. Um. Where are you headed." You asked.

Arthur looked at you with his green eyes. "Well, I was on my way home for a meeting, though now I would love to spend some time with you if that is alright with you?" He questioned.

You let out a small gasp. "Of course I was just going for a walk. Where would you like to go?" You asked him with a happy smile.

"What about we go to my favorite Cafes." He suggested with a happy smile which made you a little bit weak at the knees. He was being too cute for you to handle and you found that you fell for him a bit. Though you had always had feelings for your country you couldn't help that your heart seemed to flutter and sometimes stop now that you were with him.

You nodded. "I would love to go. " You said happily.

You noticed that Arthur was beaming. He offered his arm to you and you took it gently after the both of you began to walk. Strolling simply just letting yourself enjoy each other's company all while letting everyone hurry around you.

You both talked and before you knew it you had arrived at the cafe. You had gone there before but you had never known that it was Arthur's favorite. It was a Cafe that you enjoyed due to it was a quiet type of place where you could also buy or borrow books which made you fall in love with the little place.

"I've been here before." You said as you glanced at Arthur. "I love to come here to read the books that they have. They have a pretty good variety of them." You continued rambling which Arthur didn't care about.

"Oh, that is fantastic then. Come love let's go in." He opened the door and held it for you.

You smiled and walked in saying thank you. You both walked up to the counter. The lady behind it smiled. "How can I help you?" She asked

"May I have a cup of Earl Grey and a scone. Could you also warm it up and butter on the size please and thank you." Arthur asked softly then turned to you. "(Name) what would you like?" He asked. "It's my treat." He offered.

"Orange Pekoe please and I will also get a scone." You said.

"We'll make that the little basket of scone please dear," Arthur said and the lady smiled and nodded.

"Will that be everything?" The lady asked and Arthur nodded.

You watched as Arthur paid for the little snack. After he was done he turned to you. "Let's go find a seat." He smiled. Once you both was setting, it was both of your favorite place to seat. It was a booth in front of the window near the wall.

Your both talked. Even after getting the scone and tea. You learned a lot about Arthur and by the time you realized it was time to go. Getting up you were a bit disappointed but once you got outside Arthur gave you a piece of paper.

"It's my phone number if you ever wanted to talk and meet up again I enjoyed it today." He said softly.

You looked up at Arthur and smiled brightly. "I would love to do this again." You told him.

He smiled brightly as he said his goodbye. You watched him leave before taking out your phone and sending him a quick text.

"Thank you for today Arthur." You send, then looked up to see he had stopped and taken out his phone, turning he looked at you.

"Your welcome love." He smiled before heading off.

The time you had gotten home you were smiling from ear to ear. You got ready for bed before crawling in and settling down.

After a couple of months, you and Arthur became closer and before you knew it you had fallen deeply in love with the Englishman with the messy blonde hair and beautiful green eyes. You were afraid to tell him until one day he had confessed that he had fallen for you as well and asked you asked out. Which by far was one of the best days of your life.
