So the first one as you can see is Russia I hope that you like it. I did this on for me so here is the first one

Gwendolen POV

The wood used to be the safest place I could go to, but that changed when something happened. Something that changed my life for the worst.

I was washing the floor when he come barging in the front door and walked to his chair in the living room.

"Where's my beer?" He yelled at me

I knew that if I was smart that I was going to get beat so I grabbed a can from the fridge and quickly gave it to him "Finally now go finish your work and start dinner." He ordered me, I gave a simple nod then went back to the kitchen and finished the floors. When I was finally finished doing the floors so I started dinner. Giving him the plate of food I went to clean. The rules for me was that I eat when he let me and that was very often. But maybe I would be able to have a toast since I have been working hard and not gave him any trouble.

After cleaning the kitchen I grabbed another can of beer and he was passed out. That was my change. I went to the door, slipped on my old pair of boots and my jacket the he got me at a dump. They weren't much but they did do the work of keeping my warm well somewhat. I opened the door and left.

I ran as fast as I could go not looking back but it was kinda hard because of my leg. Plus I was in a snowstorm. I covered up a little more with the coat but I was shivering. I took a few more steps then I tripped.

I heard footsteps in front of me I looked up and saw a taller man. He was wearing a long light brown coat and a scarf around his neck.

"No one should be out in this weather da." He said and hold out his hand. I took his hand and he helped me up. "You're shivering" He took of his scarf off and rapped it around me. Then he picked me up and he started to walk somewhere.

I didn't really care where we were going the only thing I did kinda care about was that he was taking me far away from him. Even without his scarf he was so warm and his body heat was warming me up through my thin coat. My eyes were began to become heavy, I tried to keep them open but they closed then was soon fast asleep.

I opened my eyes and I notice that I was in a room, a bedroom. I sat up and looked around then I notice that I didn't have my coat or boots on anymore or the scarf. I didn't want to move but I was wondering where I was, and who that man was.

I got up but the door opened and the mystery man walked in "Oh good your awake da" He smiled at me. I looked at him. "You must be scared right now da. So I'll just tell you my name. I'm Ivan. What's your name Sunflower?" He asked

I looked at him "I'm Gwendolen." He gave me a smile. I got up off the bed and stood. Then I noticed that he was staring at me.

"You must be hungry da" I shook my head yes "Come on we get you something to eat." He said holding out his hand with a smile. I was kinda nerves but anything was better than living with him so I took Ivan's hand and started to walk.

We made it to the living room "Sit" He said letting go of my hand and then he headed to the kitchen I sat on the couch and waited for him to come back. I looked around the room. There wasn't much just a bookcase full of books, and there was also a fireplace across from the couch. I looked above it and saw a painting but it didn't really look like a painting. It was picture, a taking picture. The picture was of a field of sunflowers, with the sun setting making the flowers absolutely outstanding.

I was still looking at the picture when I heard Ivan come back in and then sat next to me. "You like the picture?"

I looked at him and he was holding a bowl of some kind of soup. I nodded "Yes I love it. Sunflowers are my favorite."

He gave me a small smile "mine to" than he handed me the bowl and a spoon.

I took it and began to eat. It was the first thing that was given to me to eat in a while. So I eat without thinking. Ivan was watching as I ate "Hold it Sunflower you have to slow down or you will get sick if you eat it too fast."

I look at him "Sorry"

"You don't eat that much do yea?" he asked

I didn't know how to answer that question. So I just shook my head for no.

"Don't you worry sunflower, while you're here you can have whatever you like." "Are you done?"

Nodding he took it away and placed it on the coffee table.

I started to feel a slight urge in my bladder "Uhh...umm"

"Yes sunflower."

I looked down "W-where's the bathroom?" I asked

He pointed to the hallway "First door to you right"

"Thank you" I got up then fell back down again from an amount of pain in my leg.

"Are you alright." I nodded but then he took my leg "Your leg is hurt. Here I'll help you to the bathroom" He got up and helped me walked to the bathroom. I used it and he helped me back to the living room, and we sat down

I opened my mouth to say something but then everything got dark. "AHH" I jumped into his lap and wrapped my arms tightly around his neck.

"The storm must have knocked the power out." I heard him say I started to shake and he looked at me "Don't be scared Sunflower you're alright da. I'll make a fire in the fire place. I'll just take you with him." He said pick me up. I tightened my grip so that I wouldn't fall. "I won't ever drop you Sunflower"

After we got the fire going he grabbed a blanket from the couch and wrapped it around both of us. I was still sitting in his lap with his arms around me.

We sat there for a while looking at the fire, I was still on his lap and I felt nice and safe. "Do you have a place to stay?" He asked, I shook my head no. "Well now you do da."

The couple of year I lived with the Russia man and we both fall in love with each other. He always kept me safe and very happy.
