Kinako POV

Today was the day of our match to form the card fight club, the student counsel organised our match to be against Hitsue High School, this shocked Aichi since he knew most of the people in the schools club, even after receiving...that message last night I couldn't just back down and let the rest of the club members fight when I could, even Kelly came along too after hearing about the fights, she doesn't know anything about vanguard and how it works but she came to support us anyway, I couldn't stay home with that being the case.

"Seriously, you brought us to Hitsue High School, but I know all the guys who play in this club" Aichi said shock in his tone

"Do you choose to forfeit" The vice chairman asked

"No" Aichi answered nervously

"Let's clear this up, so your saying if we take on this team and win, then you and the student counsel will have to grant us official status at Miyaji Academy" Shingo asked

"Thats the deal and if you should lose, the group will be forced to disband immediately" The vice chairman answered

Everyone was thinking about the agreement, though I was more concerned about the message I received, after finally finding new friends, a new school and a new life, I could have it all taken away from me I-I can't take being left alone again.

"Hey Kinako are you ok" Kelly asked with concern in her voice interrupting my thoughts

"Huh uh, yeah I'm ok" I answered putting on a fake smile

"Are you sure, you look kinda pale" Kelly asked

"I'm fine really" I answered trying to reassure her

"Ok, just don't push yourself" Kelly exclaimed

"I won't" I replied

"This is our first match as the Miyaji Academy Cardfight club" Aichi announced joyfully

The vice present turned his head in annoyance at Aichi's statement.

"Uh I mean uh, lets show them what we're made of" Aichi corrected

~Outside Hitsue High Cardfight Clubroom~

'Wonder what kind of people are in this club' I thought

"This is it, time to face our destiny" Aichi said seriously

At that moment a blond haired man wearing blue lensed glasses, a small pointed beard matching his hair and a black and blue tracksuit opened the club room door.

"Hey there kids, welcome to the Hitsue High vanguard club" The man welcomed

'He seems nice' I thought

"Mr Mark, what are you doing here" Aichi asked the man

"I got a new job and you know I love card fighting so they asked me to be their teacher advisor" Mr Mark answered

"So your like their coach" Aichi stated

"Thats right though I'm official more of an instructor" Mr Mark corrected

"Who's he" Kourin asked

"Yeah who is he Aichi" I asked curious

"He was one of my teachers back at my junior school, a man of mystery" Aichi answered with a sheepish smile on his face

"Hey you made it" A voice from the club room said

We looked in the club room to find 3 people I was familiar with sitting around a table one was Yuuta Izaki a guy with brown curled hair wearing the blue Hitsue uniform, Taishi Miwa, a guy with blond kinda messy hair with the same uniform but with a red hod die underneath it and Toshiki Kai, a brunette with cool looking hair a slightly darker uniform and emerald green eyes and was Aichi's best friend and rival.

"Kai, Miwa, Izaki good to see ya'" Aichi greeted

"Nice to see you three again" I greeted along with Aichi

"Your facing us today, we were chosen to represent the school" Izaki said

"Theres only 3" Misaki said confused

'Luckily that other guy I met at card capital isn't here after all if I remember correctly they go to the same school' I thought relieved

"KKKKKKOOOOUUURRIIIIN" I heard someone yell behind us

'I think I jinxed it' Ithought recognising the voice

I look outside the club room to see the annoying Katsumi Morikawa, a guy wearing the same uniform as the others with messy black hair that splits in 2 and a huge stupid grin on his face was running this way.

"I'VE WAITED TOO LONG FOR THIS DAY MY DARLING ANGEL" Morikawa screamed

Just then Miwa and Izaki slammed the club door shut, thanks to the Morikawa's running his form was pressed into the door.

"That is terrifying, you guys might want to fix that door soon" I stated slightly shaking

"Close one" Izaki stated

"We better keep an eye on him" Miwa suggested

Aichi just laughed nervously at the situation that unfolded.

"Hehehehe, theres never a dull moment around here with this moodily crew" Mr Mark said

"Indeed, oh uh as the academy representatives we should be making a proper introduction, you agree?" The vice principal suggested

"You can do that" Kourin said looking towards Aichi

"Yeah sure" Aichi answered

"We'd like to thanks you for inviting us down to take part in this exhibition match" Aichi exclaimed

"Knock it off, you can save the formalities considering the present company, right" Miwa stated looking towards Kai

"Exactly" I agreed

"Bless my heart is that Toshiki Kai" Shingo said with joy

"Uh another player from your magazine" Naoki asked confused

'From what I heard from Aichi after my first visit to Card Capital that would mostly likely be the case,knowing Shingo he's going to lecture Naoki for not knowing' I thought sweat dropping during that last part

"Hey thats not a very good way to make an introduction" Aichi interrupted

'No surprise, Aichi seems so mature its really sweet' I thought feeling my cheeks turn a slight pink

"Who's this outspoken young man and what has he done with the real Aichi Sendou" Mr Mark said in an impressed tone

"Oh thanks" Aichi said nervously

"Good on ya' kid" Mr Mark said with a thumbs up

"Kai was a member of team Q4 before moving on to great success with team Asteroid at the VF Circuit, I can't believe I'm getting the chance to actually meet him" Shingo said with a very noticeable fanboy tone

'Guess Naoki doesn't get a lecture today' I thought jokingly

"Check it out Kai you've got a new fan...well say something" Miwa said to the brunette

"Hey whats up" Kai greeted

At that moment Shingo fell on the floor with a crash.

"Poor little dude passed out" Izaki stated noticing the boy on the floor

"Hey wakey, wakey" Miwa said

'Well thats what happens to every fanboy, though passing out at a place like this doesn't leave much of an image' I thought staring at Shingo with a confused look

"I'M BACK" Morikawa yelled

'Oh great' I thought after hearing Morikawa

"This is an interesting group of people, i'm sure you will have fun with these guys as your friends" Kelly whispered to me

"Yeah...your right" I replied suddenly starting to think about last night again

At that point the clubroom was thrown into chaos so we moved to a stadium to get the matches started.

Kelly POV

"This place is huge" I yelled

"Yeah, first time I'm seeing a stadium like this" Kinako said

"Are you kidding, we get to play here" Naoki yelled

"Quiet, your making a scene" Shingo yelled

After Shingo said that I could sense the determination from both sides, to think they could all feel this passionate for this game, though Kinako and the others have the clubs creation on the line so I guess it can be understandable they would be determined.

"Ok, we're gonna get things started shortly, Miyaji Academy vs Hitsue High" Mr Mark exclaimed

"I can't wait I'm sure your excited to play a match" I said to Kinako

Kinako didn't respond she looked like she was deep in thought, I wonder why she won't say anything she's been like this since we arrived here.

"Are you sure your ok Kinako, we're friends you can tell me whats wrong" I asked Kinako making sure no one else heard

"It's ok I'm fine lets just prepare for whats ahead" Kinako said trying to put on a fake smile

'Kinako, whatever she's worried about it must be really bad if only you would tell me' I thought with a saddened look

Kinako POV

While Mr Mark was talking Kelly tried to help me with my problem, I appreciate her wanting to help me...but I just can't tell her, I should try and focus on the matches coming up.

"Good stuff, now what do you say are you guys ready to card fight" Mr Mark asked us

"Of course we are" Aichi answered

"Lets kick some butt" Naoki answered with his usual passion

"Nice" Mr Mark said in response

"Uhh, I hope I'm not the one to face with Kai" Shingo said nervously

"Stay positive Shingo, if we win this the club will finally be formed

"R-right" Shingo replied

At that point Miwa and Izaki were throwing in a couple of intense words to get pumped up and Aichi had his usual confident and cheerful expression and Morikawa was spouting some non-sense about Kourin transferring to Hitsue if he wins this fight with the fights were about to begin.
