•Personality•
He is an odd little gem. When he firsts meets someone he'll be prosthetically sweet and kind maybe a dash of charming and cute, telling them all they want to hear and asking if they want their dreams to come true as well as flashing them some big eyes. He tends to be described as whimsical and grand, as a world wonder and of course as an enormous mystery. In realty though, for anyone lucky enough to have Dobium appear more then once, he is extremely manipulative to get wishes to grant as they give him more power, he can be a little quirky and awkward though when the conversation sways from anything other then his magic or a persons desires. He can be sweet and caring towards the animals of the forest too, usually healing them with his minimal magic. He tends to only say as much as needed to be said, usually concise. When he's flustered however he will probably ramble or not get his words out in a proper manner.

•Scenario•
1. Your character is your average villager. As they were doing their chores they over heard two children speaking of the Forest 'Monster' or 'Genie' legend. It depends on interpretation on how Dobium was seen. Your character only thought about how they believed in the legend when they were younger but hadn't thought of it in a while. As if on queue a family member asked for your character to go into the woods to get some fire wood as they were running low. Your character of course accepts and walks off. They look to see all the offerings at the mouth of the forest though as usual the legend wasn't lured out. Your character chuckled to themselves before walking in and quietly collecting wood careful of nature and not wanting to upset it (or maybe you want them to disturb it if you want to start off with an angered and pissed off Dobium).  A hush of wind appeared and your character slowly turned eyes widening in surprise. The boy say there, in a human form with slightly pointed ears and some markings on his arms. His eyes seemed to glow (green if you were nice to nature, red if you were not) and he gives a smile. " 'ello poppet~ bet you weren't expecting me out here today were you?" Dobium purred. Your character....
