"Where will you go?"

It's another gloomy morning with the heavy rain and dark clouds when Jeonghan is a living witness of his master's other foul mood. After living together for almost a week, being his servant, cooks and cleans for him, Jeonghan really gets used to his master's (his mission) bad temperament. But this time, he doesn't look like he wants to kill someone, it's like he is worrying someone to death that makes him restless all morning.

"I need to visit the hospital, my old roommate was rushed there, there must be something wrong with his pregnancy."

Jeonghan smirks when Seungcheol turns around.

Maybe this is the way that was given to him to know more about Choi Seungcheol.

Jeonghan is pretty sure that he did his job very well, this omega is annoyingly always trying to stick with the man of his mission. Being that close to him for almost a week, Jeonghan still didn't know anything about a man named Choi Seungcheol. He is so closeted, it's hard to start a long conversation with him, and sometimes he is so hard to read too with just only his expression. After what happened on the first night when Jeonghan came to his room and Seungcheol almost strangled him to death, which resulted in him knowing at least one of his biggest secrets that he can talk in his mother's tongue and he is definitely had trauma of something, the omega didn't find anything interesting about this alpha again.

Sure thing, Jeonghan learned about Seungcheol's appetite because he cooked for him. Like he preferred meat, a lot of meat, rather than vegetables. He drinks coffee but he really loves sweetened milk. He goes outside at the same hour everyday to have his morning routine at the gym in this apartment building and he looks like he doesn't have a friend at all the way he never went outside to meet up with his friend or call them by his phone. All the information he gathered in the span of a week is almost useless so Jeonghan is reluctant to inform his boss about that. He doesn't want to give room for his boss to mock his capability in this job, Jeonghan still has that confidence that he is really the best in this field.

But what are we having right now?

His old roommate, who is an omega, because Seungcheol said he was pregnant, uh-oh! Jeonghan can't hide his smile when some ideas run through his mind.

His old roommate must know so much about him and from the look on the alpha face and his restless mood, Seungcheol is definitely having some affection for him.

What if Seungcheol has a feeling for the omega? What if they had a past together?

He must know a lot about this guy named Choi Seungcheol hiding behind the English name of Daniel.

Jeonghan is so excited and he is currently thinking of a way to go to the hospital alongside this alpha. The only thing that came to his mind right now is...

"ARGHH UKHHHH!!!! Nghhhh.... Ahhhh...."

Seungcheol, who was busy gathering his belongings to go outside and leave Jeonghan alone in his place, freezes at his spot near the front door. He looks back at his servant with a very confused face, he looks like he wants to say something harsh but he holds it. At the end, he just asks...

"Why the hell are you moaning?"

Jeonghan is dumbfounded.

He was moaning?!

Well, he was trying to make a sound of someone who is having a sudden sickness, like groaning in pain. His experience trained him well in a matter of moaning than groaning so, maybe that's why.

"My stomach... hurts."

"Huh?"

"Can I go with you to the hospital? I have a stomach ache -AGHHKKKK UGHHH!!"

To his surprise, Seungcheol walks to him again, who is now curling up while hugging his stomach on the living room sofa. Jeonghan can't read his facial expression but Seungcheol looks at his body as if he wants to make sure of something.

"Are you pregnant?"

What did he just ask...?

Jeonghan almost laughs to the ground when he hears that. He doesn't know how this alpha's mind works in his handsome head but to have a conclusion that someone is pregnant because he is telling him he has a stomach ache is hella funny. It makes Jeonghan want to play this game.

"Should we check it up? Oh no, I was drugged on my last sexual intercouse with my client. What if he made a knot inside me, was it my heat also? I don't remember... Seungcheol, what should I do?"

Jeonghan intentionally calls his real name and while looking up to him with desperate and begging eyes while acting as if he is in so much pain he is falling from the sofa and now kneeling before the alpha. He knows his action has some effect on this alpha. Well, no matter how guarded you are as an alpha, when you see a weak omega kneeling and hurting in front of you while giving you that 'i'm so weak and helpless i need a strong guy help, can you help me?' eyes, it will give the alpha some ego boost to help the weak omega. Jeonghan knows best how to feed an alpha's ego.

Seungcheol sighs as he reaches out to the poor omega with his hand.

"Come."

Just one word and it's enough to make Jeonghan's dancing inside his body. He is so satisfied with his brilliant act till he doesn't notice that perhaps his loud heartbeat right now is not only because of his satisfaction to successfully deceive an alpha named Choi Seungcheol.

Jeonghan reaches back to Seungcheol's hand as he gives the alpha his biggest and prettiest smile.

It takes eight whole seconds for the alpha to proceed their way to the front door after seeing that smile.

Of course, of course Yoon Jeonghan is not pregnant.

It's not surprising at all when the doctor said that he is not pregnant and he perhaps just had some diarrhea resulting in the doctor prescribing him some medicine (which isn't needed because Jeonghan isn't sick). The most surprising thing is the way Seungcheol accompanied him to the doctor first before going to go to his old roommate's patient room to check up on him.

It makes Jeonghan want to ask immediately after they finish Jeonghan's examination and on their way to Seungcheol's old roommate's patient room.

"Why do we go to check on me first? You were so panicked before when you heard the news about your old roommate."

Seungcheol looks at him as if he is wondering why Jeonghan must ask. He doesn't look like he wants to answer it either. He is being hard again, as usual.

"My old roommate already has a husband by his side."

He is only answering with that simple sentence before walking away to a confused Jeonghan.

What did he mean by that? It's not exactly answering the question. Seungcheol accompanied Jeonghan first, rather than visiting his old roommate, because his old roommate is already married. His old roommate already has a husband by his side.

Huh? Because Jeonghan doesn't have a husband so Seungcheol prioritized him first? Is that it?

Jeonghan doesn't understand him, but he decides to drop his curiosity for a while when he sees Seungcheol stop moving again in front of him.

"You, go somewhere else. You need take your medicine too, we will meet again at the lobby in one hour-"

"Can I go with you to see your old roommate?"

Seungcheol looks at the omega with the gaze of 'what do you want again this time?'. And Jeonghan can only smile prettily to the alpha.

'The talk about pregnancy we had earlier made me think, "What if I get pregnant someday?" I don't know many omega friends who have conceived. I'd like to know your friend because of... well, the omega stuff we were born with.. can I?"

Is it convincing enough?

Will Seungcheol buy it this time?

"No. My friend is sick and I don't want to give him more headache. You are a headache."

No.

He doesn't buy it.

Jeonghan pouts his mouth and Seungcheol just ignores it while continuing his walking without looking back at all. This is a little bit heartbreaking but Jeonghan won't give up. He sees where Seungcheol goes into one of the rooms on this VIP ward and looks around to see what he can do. Then help comes in five minutes of waiting in the hallway, there is a nurse who walks past him while bringing a trolley of food, it must be snacking time already.

"I'm working! Wait a little bit, I will come down to see you two after bringing food to the VIP patients."

Jeonghan smiles as he stops her on her way. She looks at Jeonghan politely while turning off her phone.

"Can I help you?" Jeonghan asks first.

"Yes?"

"You look like you need to go somewhere else. I will go inside that room too." Jeonghan points to the room where Seungcheol disappeared some moments ago. "I will bring the food inside, you want to deliver the food to that room right?"

The nurse looks contemplative, but Jeonghan's angelic smile melts her. "My seven-year-old son is sick and just arrived with my husband at this hospital. He's throwing a tantrum at my husband because he wants me to accompany him to the examination room. I asked him to wait, but my son is making a scene in the lobby."

"Aigooo." Jeonghan gives the nurse a pitiful and full of empathy look. "You need to go there asap, your son is sick, remember? Crying too much will make him more dizzy, I believe it will worsen his condition. I will take care of this." Jeonghan takes the trolley from the nurse's hand and smiles again.

The nurse looks at him as if he really sees an angel in front of him. Then with repeated gratitude words and smiles she leaves Jeonghan with Seungcheol's friend's evening snacks.

EUREKA

Jeonghan pushes the trolley to the one of the room, knocking it for a politeness purpose and then when he opens the door he sees Choi Seungcheol, another alpha who is way taller but not that bigger than Seungcheol, and a huge pregnant omega in the patient bed who are all looking at him with different expressions.

Seungcheol is definitely annoyed.

The other alpha is moving closer to his omega, holding him protectively, as if the stranger bringing food inside might harm his omega.

And the pregnant omega only looks at him in a confused manner.

"Yoon Jeonghan..."

But then his confusion changes into interest when he sees his old roommate growling annoyingly while speaking a Korean name.

It's time for Jeonghan to declare himself before the two alphas inside this room are going to do something criminal to him. Seungcheol's annoyance and the older alpha's protectiveness are indeed so hard to see as an omega. But before he can open up his mouth, he hears Seungcheol is talking something in English with the couple in front of him.

Whoah...

Even to his fellow Korean friends, Seungcheol talks in English. He really doesn't let anyone know he can speak Korean?

Interesting.

Jeonghan is really bad at English and he didn't fake it at all, but he knows Seungcheol is introducing him to his friends, but there is something in Seungcheol's explanation that makes the pregnant omega scans Jeonghan from head to toe with a smile in his beautiful-handsome face. He looks extremely interested in Yoon Jeonghan now.

And Jeonghan must utilize this for his benefit to get closer to Seungcheol's friend.

So, before Seungcheol can finish his words, he needs to speak first to defend himself and his situation.

"Sorry, I don't know English and I don't know any bad words that Daniel said about me. But I'm just here to deliver your food. I'm Daniel's friend," Jeonghan looks at the fellow omega. "The nurse was walking past and needed to go somewhere, so I offered to help her bring this food inside. Please, I mean no harm; don't believe Daniel's words."

The response that comes after that self explanation is unexpected.

Jeonghan hears a loud laughter from the pregnant omega in his bed. He laughs so much until his husband needs to calm him because it can worsen his condition.

He looks fine now, but when Jeonghan examines more closely, he is horrified by the omega's belly, which looks ready to burst. How old is this omega's pregnancy? Why is it so large?

"This is just hilarious." The omega speaks in Korean and Seungcheol sighs. Jeonghan tries to swallow his smile.

Ha! I want to see your bad act on not understanding Korean again in front of your friends.

"Daniel, why are you so harsh to this beautiful omega?" The pregnant omega speaks in English again but this time Jeonghan understands his words and...

Thank you for calling me beautiful, you are beautiful too but your body terrified me a bit.

I don't want to get pregnant.

"I haven't seen Daniel with any omegas all my life. It's really nice to see you, uhmm... Yoon Jeonghan?" Now the pregnant omega talks to Jeonghan in Korean and he looks so friendly.

Not like his friend.

"Yes, my name is Yoon Jeonghan, can I know who your name is?"

"Ow... Daniel hasn't told me to you. It's sad. My name is Jeon Wonwoo. I'm Daniel's old roommate. Well, I can say we are also friends. Am I your friend right, Dan?" He speaks again in English in the last sentence of his words and Daniel, oops Choi Seungcheol, can only nod.

Damn, Yoon Jeonghan.

You are the only one who knows about Seungcheol's secret!

Who is this guy until even his closest friend doesn't know he can also talk in Korean? What is this guy hiding behind his appearance? Jeonghan is getting more and more intrigued by the time.

He must solve this puzzle called Choi Seungcheol.

"And this is my husband, his name is Kim Mingyu. Don't worry he is way softer than the other alpha in this room, though he is taller, my husband is really kind and soft. Am I right, husband?"

Jeonghan looks at the tall and big alpha who is currently rubbing his husband's hands gently. He really does not leave his husband's side at all and keeps holding his hand as if he can die if he is not touching his husband. Ugh! Wonwoo looks to his husband with a loving gaze which reciprocates the same way when the alpha looks back at him.

Jeonghan throws his gaze away for a moment because... lovers stink!

"Ah yeah, hello for you two. It's really nice to meet you. I'm sorry for disturbing you, I hope you are well with your pregnancy, Wonwoo-ssi. This is your food and I will excuse myself."

Jeonghan knows how to play this game with a man like Jeon Wonwoo. He needs to get his empathy.

"Oh! No, no. Come here, Daniel rarely knows people's names, he is not that kind of social person at all. If he knows you then you can be my friend too, you are welcomed here. And I don't really have a lot of omega friends too, it will be nice if there is another omega my age that visits me during my period here until I deliver the babies."

Babies?

Seems like Wonwoo can see Jeonghan's question in his mind right away.

"Yes, I'm currently pregnant with triplets. I'm already on my seventh month."

Jeonghan opens his mouth in shock.

That's why he is that big.

Triplets.

Oh my God...

Jeonghan is too stunned to speak and react with that news until he doesn't realize someone is opening the door to this patient room, there are two other people who just come inside this already packed room.

"Talk about the other omega friend I have, here he is. Jihoon-ah, why are you so pale? I'm not that sick, Mingyu is overreacting!" Wonwoo says something again but Jeonghan is disturbed by the familiar alpha's scent that just comes to this room.

Is this...?

Jeonghan turns his body and his eyes land on the other person besides the said omega. An alpha standing frozen there when his eyes finally interlocked with Yoon Jeonghan.

Fuck?!

That alpha is definitely getting paler than the omega named Jihoon who stands so close besides him when he sees another familiar face in the room.

And Jeonghan just knows that he rarely shows this side of him...

I also didn't expect that after more than a year I continue writing this story. I have a bad writer block on all of my minwon ongoing fics so I looked back at all my works and feel like writing this story again. By the way for your information, my initial plan of Intertwined sequel is giving one to Jeongcheol and one to Soonhoon, let's see if I can do that, well this story will be updated whenever I feel like writing it so thank you very much if you give this story a chance!
