Izuku and Ochako Midoriya with their adopted daughter, Eri, were sitting in their apartment watching a movie. It was an old superhero movie from the pre-quirk era. It's a team up superhero movie where six heroes have to defeat an alien army and stop the brother of one of the heroes' brother. It was a great movie and gave them the idea to make a team from some of their friends.

Then Ochako suddenly jumped off the couch and ran to the bathroom to throw up. That's been happening for the past few days. At first they thought she was sick, but they ruled that out since she didn't have any other symptoms. It was probably food poisoning from something she ate. There is one thing Izuku wanted to check for, and hoped it would be true.

"Is mama okay, papa?" Eri asks concerned about her mother. "Don't worry. She's fine. I hope." Izuku says with worry.

When Ochako came out of the bathroom, he stiffened about asking her. "Izuku? Are you okay?" She asks him. He nods. "Yeah. It's just about you getting sick so much for the past few days." He rubs his neck and looks away. "It's probably nothing. Maybe just a bug." She shrugged it off. "Maybe. But there is something I want to check for." He says looking back at her. "What is it?" She asks sitting next to him. He gulps. "We should try........a prenancy test." He finally says.

Ochako was taken back by this but didn't exactly rule it out. Eri got excited of the thought of becoming a big sister. "Yeah. I agree. Mina gave me some a few months back just in case." She goes back to the bathroom to take the test. Izuku twiddles his thumbs thinking of what would happen if the test was positive. Not about him deciding if he wanted to be a father or not. No, of course he wanted to be a father. He's always wanted to start a family with Ochako. He just didn't imagine it would be this soon. Ochako comes out of the bathroom with the test. "Now we just have to wait 5 minutes." She sits down next to them.

"How would you feel if it was positive?" He asks her. "I would be really happy. This is one of the things I wanted ever since we got married." She answers and smiles brightly. Izuku smiled back. "Yeah. I hope it's positive." He holds her free hand. "Me too." "And I would be a great big sister. The greatest." Eri declares. "Of course." Ochako says ruffling her hair.

The pregnancy test beeps and it's positive. They smile and they all embrace in a group hug. "Izuku! We're gonna be parents!" She starts crying. "I'm so happy." Izuku pulls away. "Me too." He wipes her tears and gives her a passionate kiss. "I'm still here you know." Eri says making them pull away. "Sorry" Izuku apologizes to the horned girl. "We have to tell our parents and everyone at the agency." He says parting from her. She nods and wipes the rest of her tears. "Yeah." They hold each other tightly.

The next day

They go to the agency for another day of work. When they enter, they call for the attention of their friends. "What do you want, Deku?" Bakugou asks. "Well, we have very exciting news." Izuku says with the excitement radiating off of them. "What is it?" Shoto asks. "I'm pregnant." Ochako finally tells them. Everyone, except Bakugou, cheered and congratulated them.

"Congratulations Izuku and Ochako! I wish you and your unborn child many happy years!" Iida exclaims. "Thanks guys. We're going out early for lunch to tell our parents." They tell them. They all have no arguments and continue on their work.

When lunch arrives, they head out and meet their parents at a cafe a few blocks away from their agency. "Ochako/Izuku!" Their parents come up to hug them. "How have you been, dear?" Inko asks her son. "I'm fine mom." "How are you and Izuku, sweetheart?" Ochako's mom asks. "It's great."

They enter the cafe and Izuku and Ochako want to get straight to the point. "There's an important reason we asked you to come here." Ochako tells them. "I'm pregnant." They all get a look of happiness and surprise. "I'm gonna be a grandpa/grandma!" Ochako's father and Inko exclaim. "This is wonderful. How long have you known?" Ochako's mom asks. "We found out last night." Izuku tells them. "But I've been throwing up for the last few days so I estimate that I've been pregnant for a week." She says rubbing her stomach.

"Izuku. Be careful about her cravings. It'll get crazy." Ochako's father tells him and gets a playful jab in the side by his wife.

The rest of the time they talked more about their plans and what they're going to do. They then went their separate ways and Izuku and Ochako plan out her hero career. She'll take a desk job when her belly starts to show. They lay in their bed holding onto her stomach.

"Izuku. In nine months we'll be a mommy and daddy." She says with tears forming. "Yeah. I can't wait." He says pulling her closer. They drift off to sleep. Awaiting the day their child is brought into the world.

9 months later

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" Screaming from a brunette can be heard throughout the hall. Izuku is sitting next to her holding her hand and his face is scrunching in pain. He has super strength and is strong without his quirk. But even he isn't strong enough to withstand the pain of a woman in labor.

"Alright Mrs. Midoriya. You just need to push some more. One more big push." The doctor tells her. "AAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!" She gives one more push and another crying voice can be heard. Izuku and Ochako look forward to see a baby. Their baby. Covered in blood and placenta. He's pretty ugly. The doctors take the child to a cleaning station after cutting off the umbilical cord. The wrap it in a towel and put a cap on it.

"Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Midoriya. It's a boy." The doctor hands him to the couple. "They smile when they see him. "Izuku. I love him so much already." She says tearing up. "Me too." A knock is heard on the door and Inko and Eri come in with Ochako's parents. "Hey guys. Come in." Izuku welcomes them.

They all gather around them and admire the child. "He looks just like you Izuku. But with my hair and cheeks." Izuku nods. "He's so beautiful." He opens his eyes and reveals emerald green eyes. "Hi. I'm your daddy." "And I'm your mommy." Izuku reaches his finger out and the child reaches his tiny little fingers and holds tightly on Izuku's finger. He covers his mouth and starts crying again.

"I promise I'll never let anything happen to you. We'll be your heroes." He says bringing all three of them in close. Eri comes in to their huddle. "And I promise to be the best big sister ever." Izuku and Ochako's parents wipe their eyes. "We're so proud of you, Ochako

Their parents leave and Eri leaves with them so Izuku and Ochako can stay with their child. "He's our little light in our lives. We'll name him that. Hikari." Izuku says. Ochako nods. The nurse comes in a few minutes later. "Have you decided on a name yet?" She asks. "Yeah. Hikari Midoriya." Izuku tells the nurse. She nods and takes Hikari so they can nap.
