The scene show Seiji is staring at Kouki at an alleyway corner as Sakamoto realized Seiji is trolling and betraying him as Kouki is getting annoyed, frustrated and angry at Seiji.

The house is quiet and shows no response as Seiji is confused but realized his two sisters haven't going home yet.

Making Seiji sigh as he go back inside house before going to his bedroom, he lay down on the bed as he is alone again after his sisters left for their vacation.

As Seiji takes out his phone before he unlock the screen before it shows many apps as among them is the Project Sekai Game on the Home Screen.

Seiji: Guess I'll play Project Sekai to kill some times for less boring then.

Seiji open the game as he press the "Show" button then he enter solo mode. He choose his favorite song aka World is Mine by Hatsune Miku as he choose number 27 master difficulty. Seiji smirked as he ready to play.

Seiji: TIME FOR... THE WORLD IS MINE!

Seiji then starts playing the game as he presses the lyric note button while the song is playing, he plays the games with his finger as his points are in perfect combo style.

Seiji then begins to lay down on his bed before he starts yawning as he stretches his arm before going to take an afternoon nap after playing Project Sekai.

He take a nap as he close his eyes before sleeping in the afternoon. Miku appeared from Seiji's phone in her digital hologram form as she is smiles.

Miku: Hehe, He surely a good candidate for Tachibana-San. *Smiles*

Miku disappears and returns to the game. Seiji continues to sleep as he has a dream but something mysterious happens to him.

At Somewhere. A Dream.

He is floating in the middle of a ocean as he is sinking down, he is open eyes as he was shocked that he can't swim because of his fears.

Seiji's Mind: *Shocked* Wh-What the?! I'M STARTING TO DROWN!

Seiji is tried to swim upwards to the surface as he can't, but he begins to losing breath as he try to swimming up to the surface as he begins to drown deeper to underwater. 

Seiji's Mind: I-I'M GONNA DROWNED! MUST... GET TO THE SURFACE!

Seiji is gonna drowned then suddenly the water surface cover in a light before he teleport to somewhere, he pants out of breath.

Seiji: *Cough heavily* Oh, what the hell?! I thought I'm gonna die!

Seiji then see himself that he's now on an office room as much of his confusion upon he regain his breath after almost drowned inside of water surface.

Seiji: An office??? Why am I here? Strange...

He was confused as he see the room was empty, he saw this room was dark and didn't have a flashlight. He calling anyone if they are here.

Seiji: Hello? It's anybody here?

Seiji looks around the room as he feels a chill in his spine. He don't like the horror movie scenarios type of trope since they give him a nightmare.

The scene reveal a silver buckle with green diamond faceplate and a card with stag beetle & diamond logo on it. This is Garren Buckle & Change Stag Rouse Card aka Kamen Rider Garren transformation device.

Tachibana touch at Seiji's shoulder, as he has smiles at Seiji and giving advice to Seiji about his path become the next Garren is his own choice.

Sakuya: Ogawa, it's up to you to decide to become Garren. I believe in you. *Smiles*

Seiji then stops screaming before he realized it was a dream before he sits on his bed as he was simply dreaming upon waking up from his sleep.

As Seiji get up from his bed before a green light appeared on his desk as it revealed to be the Garren Buckle and Rouze Change Stag Rouze Card. Making Seiji shocked to see the Buckle & Rouze Card on his desk before he grab it.

Seiji: The Garren Buckle!? *Grab it on his hand* It's real... USO DA?!

Seiji thinks he is delusional and hallucinating right now as he try to figure out what's happening right now after he has a crazy dream.

Seiji: Okay, what's the fuck! Am I delusional and hallucinating now!? This Garren Buckle is a toy, right...?

Seiji: Huh?

He heard a sleeping noise. He turn around to see something on his bed which confused him as he doesn't remember there is someone here aside him.

Seiji's Mind: What the heck?! Who sleeping at my bed?!

He pulls out the blanket and reveals it was Yoisaki Kanade, as she is sleeping peacefully which shocks Seiji to speak. As Kanade woke up before she rubbing her eyes to stay awake.

Seiji: No way!? K-KANAD- *Too shocked to speak*

Kanade: *Rub her eyes* Is it morning already? *Went Silent as she saw Seiji*

Then Kanade see Seiji as they are silent before they scream when they see each other with shocked and panic expression on their face.

Seiji: AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Kanade: KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!

Seiji: Y-YOU'RE?!

Kanade: Wh-Who are you?! *Panic yet shocked*

Seiji: EEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHH?! YOISAKI KANADE IS REAL IN REAL LIFE?! AT MY ROOM?! *Comedy shocked tone*

Kanade: Wait, How did you know my name?! Where is Mafuyu and everyone?!

Seiji: That's my line! Also are you real Kanade Yoisaki?!

He place the dishes on the table as Kanade has hungry looks on her face, she look at the food that Seiji made for her to eat.

The scene reveal a Japanese fried rice dishes with fried scrambled eggs cover on top of the rice and ketchup. This is Omurice aka Seiji's favorite dishes.

Kanade has awe look at the Omurice dish as she haven't eat a Omurice dish before. She has hungry expression on her face.

Seiji: Oh really? Better than eating canned foods all the times, just take care of yourself more properly please.

Kanade scoops a bite before she eat the piece of Omelet with tomato sauce. She feel happy as she eat the actual food first time beside ramen.

Seiji: Let's just continue looking around more. They must be somewhere here.

They stopped for a drink at vending machine as Seiji park the bike, he put the money in the slot before brought the drink and grab the drink as he drink it then he throw the empty can to the trash can.

Seiji: *Throw the empty can to the trash can* Ah mou! Hours of searching and still can't found the rest of 25-ji, nightcord de or other PJSK Characters! Tokyo is a big place...

Kanade: Yeah... I hope they are doing alright because I am worry about them especially Mafuyu.

Seiji: Don't worry, we'll find them soon enough.

Kanade: Thank you, Seiji-Kun.

Seiji: Let's me go get you another drink. *Going to get another drink until hear a scream*

Construction Worker: AHHH!!! Someone help! A monster!

They get on the bike as Seiji driving his bike. They arrive at the construction side to see the worker got attacked by a swarm of bats, one of the bat attack one of the worker and suck his blood dry as he become skinless and died, as Seiji and Kanade gasp in horror to see it.

Seiji: *Horrified looks* O-Oh my God...

Kanade: *Hold her mouth in shock* H-How terrible... I-I'm gonna be sick...

Seiji: Who could done this?! An Undead!?

Kanade: What a Undea- *See a giant steel bar fall down* EEP!

Seiji: KANADE-CHAN, WATCH OUT!!! *Tackled her*

Show Seiji tackled Kanade away from getting hit by a huge H-Shape metal bar as it land on the ground. Seiji help Kanade get up as he look at her with his concern looks.

Seiji: Daijoubu?! Are your hurt somewhere, Kanade-Chan!?

Kanade: I'm fine, thanks for saving me, Seiji-Kun.

Seiji: Yokatta...

Kanade: But who did that?

Bat Monster: Kaaa...! *Make a screech*

Kanade and Seiji heard the bat screech as they look up to see it was a bat monster floating down on the ground, making Seiji is shock and Kanade is scared.

Kanade: *Scared* Wh-What is that creature?!

Seiji: No way!? That's a real Undead!? The Bat Undead!

???: Kaaa...! *Screeches*

The bat humanoid monster screech like a bat as he land down on the ground while behind him are swarms of bats with their hungry looks. This is Bat Undead.

Bat Undead! The Bat Kaijin Undead Monster Of Kamen Rider Blade!

Bat Undead screeches as he flies in the air and charges at Seiji, then he grabs Seiji in the air as Seiji screams while Kanade is shocked.

Seiji: AHHHHH!!!!

Kanade: OH NO! SEIJI-KUN!

Seiji: Let's go of me, Bat Freak!

He punch at the Undead's face, The Bat Undead growl in anger as Seiji try to pull out Garren Buckle until Bat Undead throw Seiji down.

Seiji: OH SHIIIITTTT!!!!

Kanade: SEIJI-KUN!

Seiji scream in fear as he crashed down to the concrete bags, his back is hurt as he scream in pain after the fall.

Seiji: A-ARGH!!! M-My back!

Bat Undead: Kaaaa!

The Garren Buckle dropped to the ground as Bat Undead land down and walk toward Seiji. Kanade see Seiji in trouble as she try to help him.

Kanade: Seiji-Kun! I-I need to help him! W-What should I do!?

As Kanade looking around the site to find something that can help Seiji before she see a forklift car. Making Kanade got a idea.

Kanade: A forklift! It's can worked!

She gets on the forklift car as she is ready to save Seiji, she trying to figure out how to start the car engine and see the key before turn it on.

Kanade: Wait, how do I start this? *See the key before turn it on* Ah, there we go! I'm coming to help you Seiji-Kun!

He groans in pain as he feel hurt and see Bat Undead walk toward him. Seiji gasps in fear as he is really cooked for this time.

Bat Undead: Kaaaa!

Seiji: Oh shit! I'm cooked!

Kanade: Leave him alone, you monster! *Charged the forklift toward Bat Undead*

Kanade charged the forklift toward Bat Undead as she ram him to the construction metal pillar, he scream in pain as Seiji is surprised to see his waifu saved him but he's feel happy.

Seiji: Holy shit! I got saved by my favorite PJSK Waifu! YES! A dream come true! *Happy tone*

Kanade get out from the forklift car as she pick up Garren Buckle and Change Stag Card, she run to help Seiji as she help him to stand up.

The Bat Undead getting up as he push the forklift with his right leg, he glare at both Seiji and Kanade and roaring in anger.

Seiji pulls the Turn Up handle on Garren Buckle as the buckle change to Diamond symbol with green and golden color in the buckle as the belt announced the sound.

Then the belt send a out Element Radiation Muzzle energy screen appeared then Seiji rush to the energy screen as he changes to the red undersuit, silver armor, and green eyes superhero before he's jump to the battle.

He land a kick at Bat Undead before pull out his gun and quick shot at Bat Undead, the Undead scream in pain as he got shot in the chest multiple times.

Seiji: Bullet up! *Reload gun*

Seiji wait his gun for reload then shot at the Undead chest again, he yelling in pain as Bat Undead kneel down while hold his chest.

Seiji: Bang, bitch! *Shooting Undead*

Bat Undead: KAAAAAA!!! *Pain screeching*

Seiji: HAHA! Got ya! Man this power is amazing!

Kanade: *Surprised to see the Rider* Eh? Seiji-Kun, Is that you?!

Garren doing a pose as he hold his gun in the left hand and his eyes visor glow green color. He introduced himself.

Seiji: I am, Garren... The Flame Diamond Hero! KAMEN RIDER GARREN!

Show Bat Undead who saw Garren in front of him begins to growl in anger before he starts to call Garren's name. Making Kanade surprised to see Garren as Garren grin under his mask as he finally become his favorite Rider.

Bat Undead: *Anger* Garren...!

Kanade: This is the masked Hero you're been telling me about. Kamen Rider?

Garren: That's right! *Look at the Author* Oi, Author! Hit the music!

Then the OST begins to play as Garren said in 4th wall breaking before the Soundtrack begins to start to playing on the background. This is Kakusei by Ricky.

As Kamen Rider Garren see something on the construction site he found a bunch of metal pipes stacked on a barrel as he smirked. He got an idea to use that.

Garren: *Smirk* Oh I got an idea!

Garren point at the bunch of metal pipes as he is smirk before Bat Undead charged at him, he shoot at the metal pipes causing the loud noise as it hurt Bat Undead's ears.

Bat Undead: *Cover his ears* KAAAAA!!!!

Garren: Huh? What are you? Venom from Marvel?

Then Kamen Rider Garren do a back flip and shooting at Bat Undead rapidly as the Undead roar in pain. Then Garren do another flip and shoot Bat Undead right on the face.

Garren: Bullseyes!

Bat Undead: KAAAA!!! *Fall down*

Bat Undead begins to fall down before Garren starts to stomp on the Undead's chest before pointing his Garren Rouzer at the Bat Undead.

Garren: Bang! *Pull the trigger*

Garren shooting at Bat Undead in five combo strike as he got hit a lot in the chest, he is hurting as he groan in pain while Garren blow the smoke away from the gun.

Bat Undead: KEEEE!!!

Garren: *Blow smoke away* Hah? It's that all you got? Bat Asshole!

Kanade is amazed as she see Kamen Rider Garren manage to handle the Bat Undead. She was surprise that she see a masked hero fight the real monster first time.

As Garren kicking Bat Undead again and again before send a swift kick to the Undead as the bat monster crash to other ground as Garren taunted the Bat Undead for being weak.

Garren: Have enough, Bat? What's a weakest and most pathetic "Monster Of The Week" you are. *Mocked Bat Undead*

Bat Undead: KAAAA!!!

Bat Undead begins to roar before the swarm of bats appeared around him as he roar upon summoning the bats in front of Garren.

Garren: What the heck?!

The swarm of bats flying toward Garren, he got mauled by the bats as they bit his armor, causing his armor spark.

Garren: AHHHHHHH!!! OH SHIT! OH SHIT!!!

Kanade: *Shocked yet worried* Seiji-Kun! No!

The Swarm begins to lift Garren upwards before they throws him to the unfinished building wall where he got thrown by the swarm of bats.

Garren: Oof! *Fall down the floor* Ughhh...

Bat Undead: KAAAAAA!!!!!

Show Bat Undead land as grab Garren and until he's bite Garren on his shoulder. Causing Garren screaming in pain as Kanade gasp in shocked and horrified at the scene.

Garren: A-ARGGGHHH!!!! GAHHHH!!! *Scream*

Kanade: NOOO!!!

Then Kanade saw the construction portable light before she starts to remember that bats hate the light because it disrupt their ability to find food and suitable habitat.

Kanade: Oh yeah, I remembered that Bats hates the lights, that might disrupt their ability to seek food.

The Bat Undead almost bite at Garren's neck to suck his blood out then suddenly the light appear from the construction site, Bat Undead cover his eyes.

Bat Undead: KAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!

Garren: Huh? What's the?

Kanade: Hey ugly! Get a taste of these light!

Then Bat Undead begins to screams as the light blinds his eyes and hurt him while his Swam of bats scatters in panic as they got blinded by the light.

Garren: *See Kanade saved him* Kanade-Chan?

Kanade: Here your chance! Shoot that's thing off your shoulder!

Garren: R-Right!

Then Garren jab his Garren Rouzer gun on Bat Undead gut then he pull the trigger and shoot the Undead in the stomach rapidly as the Bat Undead roar in pain.

Bat Undead: KAAAAAAA!!!!

Garren: Okay you! Get the fuck off me! *Headbutt Bat Undead*

Kamen Rider Garren headbutting Bat Undead's head as he push away then Garren jump on the ground, and look at Kanade while hold his shoulder.

Garren: Agh! *Hold his shoulder & look at Kanade* Thank you, Kanade-Chan. I own you big time!

Kanade: You're welcome. I save you twice, huh?

Garren: Yeah! Thank you! Also turn off the light, I got a plan. *Smirk*

Kanade: Eh? What're you planning with that, Seiji-Kun?

Garren: Just do it please! You will love it~!

Kanade turns off the light as she is still confused why Garren asks her to turn off the light. She think he has a plan for something else.

Kanade: *Still confused* I wondered why he ask me to turn off the light? Maybe he have a plan for something?

Suddenly one light appeared out of nowhere as it show Garren with a fedora. Kanade is surprised to see where he got the fedora hat.

Kanade: *Surprised* Wh-Where did he got that fedora hat on his head?!

Garren: *Grin under mask* It's showtime!

Show Garren holds his hat as he dances while grabbing his crotch and start dances like a certain dancer from 90s & white hair Demon Hunter.

Garren is dancing smoothly as making Bat Undead feel angry as Garren ragebaiting him and he was pissed off, Kanade is surprise to see his dance skill.

Garren: HOO HOO!

Kanade: *Surprised* EHHHH!? H-How he can dance like that while angering the monster?!

Bat Undead: *Get angry* KAAAAA!!!!

Bat Undead then try to attack Garren who still dances to the music as he evades the Undead's attack which angering the undead more as he attacks Garren while he dances to the music before he readies his Garren Rouzer as he going to shoot at the Undead at one of his dance moves.

Garren: AU~! *Start shooting*

Garren is dancing while the Bat swarm try to attack him but he shoot at them and dancing to dodge the attack, making swarm bats got shot and fall on the ground.

Garren: Hee Hee!

He is moon walking to the back as he is dancing before he points his finger at Bat Undead as he is dancing. He is smirk under his helmet.

Garren: YEAH!

Then Garren strikes a pose one one of his dance moves before the fireworks came out behind Garren from out of nowhere. Making Kanade confused at Garren's plan as wonder where did the fireworks were coming from.

Kanade: *Confused* I wondered where did those fireworks were coming from?

Garren then aims his Garren Rouzer before he shoots it at Bat Undead's knee before it hits his knee before he screams in pain as he got shot in the knee by Garren.

Bat Undead: KAAAAA!!!

Garren: *Open Garren Rouzer* Time to use the cards!

Garren open his Garren Rouzer storage unit called "Open Tray" that has 12 Rouze Cards as he takes out a card. He pull out two Rouze cards.

Garren: This is the end for you, the freaking Bat!

The scene show Garren hold out a two card on his hand. The first card image had whale with a metal mask and a flame firefly in the second card image as both cards FP points is 1000. This is Drop Whale and Fire Fly Rouze Cards.

Garren scan Drop Whale Card on Garren Rouzer gun then the Garren Rouzer announce the words on the rouzer after scanning the cards.

DROP!

And then Garren scan Fire Fly Card on Garren Rouzer gun then the Garren Rouzer announce the words on the rouzer after scanning the cards.

FIRE!

Kamen Rider Garren threw the two cards on air before it turned into Icon energy screen as it absorbed inside his armor. As Garren is ready to finish off the Bat Undead.

Garren: HAH! *Jumped*

Kamen Rider Garren doing a backflip jump before his legs cover in fire as he doing a backflip flame kick at Bat Undead, hitting him.

Bat Undead screaming pain as green Blood flew out from Bat Undead before his buckle open as it show the S word. Garren land down as he open Garren Rouzer to take out a blank card ready to seal Bat Undead.

Garren: *Open Garren Rouzer & take out blank card* Time to be one of my card arsenals! Category 8 Undead!

Garren threw the blank card to the Bat Undead as the card hit on his chest, then the green light cover him as he sucked inside the card before flew back to Garren.

Then Garren catches the card before he takes a look at the card after he sealed Bat Undead and defeated him by sealing him with Blank Rouze Card.

Garren: *Look at the new card* Omoshiroi...

The scene show Garren holding  the new Rouze Card on his hand. Reveal is a image of a black & red bat with scope head as the MP points is 1200. This is Scope Bat Rouze Card.

Kamen Rider Garren pull the handle as the belt revert back to normal plate, he pull out the Change Stag rouze card from the belt then he is revert back to Seiji Ogawa.

Seiji: What's a fight. *Grin* I freaking rock!

Kanade: *Run to Seiji* Seiji-Kun!

Seiji: Kanade-Chan.

Until Kanade hug Seiji as Seiji is hug her back. They let go of each other as Kanade has worry and concern looks on her face.

Kanade: *Worried* Baka! You had me worried out there, Seiji-Kun!

Seiji: Sorry for making you worried, Kanade-Chan. I have to stop that's Undead or more innocent lives will be taken.

Kanade: I see... But at least you're safe.

Seiji: Glad you're alright. Man you're more crazy than I am when you ram that Undead with a forklift car. *Smirk*

Kanade: *Smell the blood* Hang on... Did you hurt on somewhere else?

Kanade see Seiji shoulder is bleeding, making her gasp in worry as Seiji notice his shoulder is bleeding, he realized that Bat Undead bite him.

Kanade: Oh no! Your shoulder is bleeding from the Undead that bit you!

Seiji: *Notice his shoulder bleeding* Aw shit! That's bat kaijin bite and almost sucked my blood like a vampire! Gross.

Kanade: Here, let me patch you up. Where I can get the First Aid box?

Seiji: There a medical aid box in the construction site office. Go get it to stop it's bleeding.

The scene change to Kanade patching Seiji shoulder from the medical box she found in the construction site office. He groan in pain as she patch his shoulder.

Seiji: Agh! Careful!

Kanade: Just stay calm, Seiji-Kun. I'll patch you up so it will stop bleeds.

Seiji: Be gentle please desu~!

Kanade: *Sigh* You are funny but an idiot, Seiji-Kun.

Both: ...

They are silent before they are laughing at each other. Kanade and Seiji are getting along each others as Kanade is want to say to Seiji something.

Kanade: *Chuckle* I'm gonna be honest with you, you're really a funniest but also kindest person I ever met. Seiji-Kun.

Seiji: Really?! Oh, thank you! Finally someone actually acknowledged me being funny meme Comedian.

Kanade: *Smiles* Ehe, You're welcome, Seiji-Kun.

Seiji hold his heart in fake pain as he see her smile is gorgeous and cute. He never see she being cute first time in his life.

He sees Kouki's phone number is unblock as he has a chance to call Kouki immediately. He hope Kouki is not mad at him for what he did.

Seiji: It's finally unblock! Here my chance, need to call Kouki immediately now!

Then Seiji begins to dial Kouki's Number before he starts to call him as he hope Kouki could answer his call, he wait for Kouki answer his phone call.

Seiji: Koukin, please answer the calls! Bro!

He heard his phone call as he listened to Kouki during the phone call, Kouki's voice sounded annoyed and angry.

Kouki: Moshi moshi, Sakamoto Kouki here. The hell you want, Seiji? I still pissed off at you from that day! *Annoyed*

Seiji: Hey Koukin, it's not about yesterday.

Kouki: Then if not, say it already! I'm not in a mood for your bullshit!

Seiji: Calm down! You already have Mafuyu at your home, right? That same goes for me except when I meet my waifu.

Seiji give the phone to Kanade as she answers the call. She glad that she found Mafuyu with someone else, she ask if Mafuyu is alright.

Kanade: Hello, Mafuyu-Chan?

Mafuyu: Hello, Kanade is this really you? *Said in worried yet happy tone*

Kanade: Yeah, that's right. I didn't know you ended up here, Mafuyu-Chan.

Mafuyu: O-Oh my god, I thought I would never seen you again... *Feeling emotional*

Kanade: Me too, Mafuyu-Chan. Is Ena and Mizuki-San were here too?

Mafuyu: I don't know if they were here in this world. I think we should look for them with Sakamoto-Kun.

Kanade: I see... Then we shall look for them.

Kanade gives the phone back to Seiji as he asks Kouki want to meet somewhere else to work together. He hope Kouki know what he doing.

Seiji: Hey it's me again. What do we say, wanna have a meeting at somewhere. Koukin?

Kouki: Sure, where you want us to meet?

Seiji: How about at our school, Hoshimi Chūgakkō?

Kouki: Got it, see you at the School!

Seiji ends the phone call as Seiji sigh and he should go to his school to meet Kouki and Mafuyu. He looks at Kanade has looks sleepy.

Seiji: As much I want to get home to rest but I think we should save it next time. Let's go to my school to meet Kouki and Mafuyu.

Kanade: Okay, let's go see them.

Seiji: Sorry, if I was forcing you to see them when you're tired after our Kamen Rider Garren vs Bat Undead shenanigan?

Seiji: That's how it's all happened of my side of the story between me and Kanade-Chan.

Kouki: Uhhh It's nice to meet you, Yoisaki Kanade-San. I'm Sakamoto Kouki, Seiji's best friend and also a Kamen Rider like him recently. I hope we can get along.

Kouki: *Sigh* Isn't that obvious, Bakayaro! We're gonna look around the whole city to find Mizuki and Ena also the rest of Project Sekai Characters Hatsune Miku probably send to our world.

Seiji: No offense to you... How are we hide Mafuyu and Kanade from the school?

Kouki: Oh man... Everyone at school will freaked out if they found out this. Plus we don't hide them, idiot! When we found all of them let's go to Sega Corporation to talk to the game devs with them.

Seiji: Yeah, you're right. Also did you think the Royal Undeads will disguise themselves among the humans, and imagine that Peacock bastard works with the government!

Kouki: ... If that scumbag Isaka is here, I'm willing become the city most wanted criminal to stop that monster once for good. I will bring justice to Kenzaki-San!

They heading inside the school as they hoping to find Ena and Mizuki including other characters, and stop the Undead from controlling the world.
