We see Kazuma and Y/n walking in through the Axis Church. Kazuma and Y/n then both come barging in.

Kazuma: Knock Knock!

Y/n: Surprise MotherF***er!

Kazuma: Alright, who's in charge here?! Where they at?!

Girl: What brings you young man and lady to us today? Is it to convert? For baptism? Or maybe... it's.. for.. me...?

Y/n: First off, I'm a guy. And secondly*Karen impression* no, I want to speak to your manager.

(A/n: I had to do it. I had to make Y/n pull a Karen.)

Girl: Oh, you mean father Zesta. He's out screwing- I mean, he's out spreading the gospel of our Lady Aqua. I'm sorry, but you'll have to come back another time.

Kazuma: Right. Look, did a mage, a knight, and two arch-priests come here today?

Girl: Yes. The mage, knight, and one of the Arch-Priests is right over there.

Y/n and Kazuma both turn to see Megumin, Compa, and Estelle in a corner, each of them having wads of paper for joining the Axis Cult. They all look extremely traumatized.

Y/n: Oh dear lord!

Kazuma: Gah!

Girl: Oh, and that woman you came here with. She is outside being stoned by the children.

Y/n: I got this Kazuma!

I then jump down all the stairs, turn into Iris Heart, and whips one of the children.

Y/n(Iris Heart): Now listen here you three. If you don't want to be like this little one here, I recommended that you tell all that if they mess with my comrade, they'll be punished~.

Axis Cult Children: *scared* Yes Ma'am!

Y/n(Iris Heart): Good. Now leave!

The children then run away in fear as Y/n(Iris Heart) sighs.

Y/n(Iris Heart): Are you alright Darkness?

Darknes: Madame Goddess! Even the little boys and girls of this town know how to bring me to my knees!

Y/n(Iris Heart): Alright young lady, hand over the Eris Charm. I'm confiscating it until we get back home.

Darkness: No! I REFUSE!!!

Y/n(Iris Heart): Refusal isn't an option. Hand it over now!

Darkness: Y-Yes Madame Goddess!

Darkness then hands the Eris Charm to Y/n after he deactivates Iris Heart and they then walk into the church. Y/n puts Darkness with the others.

Y/n: I'll try and find Aqua. Kazuma, focus on keeping these four safe.

Kazuma: Got it!

Y/n walks up and sees a confession booth right in the open.

Y/n: *sigh* Maybe she's in here and the only way I can talk to her is through here.

Y/n then walks in and closes the door. He then sits down and waits for something to happen.

Aqua: Welcome my lost lamb. Now, confess all of your sins. The goddess will hear, and she will forgive you.

I knew it. Aqua is trying to be goddess like to her subordinates.

Y/n: Yo' Aqua, it's me Y/n. What the hell is up with your town? This place is filled with nut-jobs, and that's to your followers not me.

Aqua: I see...

Y/n: Good, she understands-

Aqua: You have done the "It's me" scam. Reflect upon your misdeeds and repent. Do that, and I'm sure our Lady Aqua in all her mercy will forgive you.

Y/n: Quit messing with me girl! This place is nuts, and I'm slowly, but surely, losing my mind!! Are you just in there because you can act like a goddess without anyone knowing?

Aqua then gasps, implementing that I was right.

Aqua: Do you have anything else to confess? If not, then go and live free of trouble and sin!

Y/n: Damn it just listen to me! It seems that Arch-priests are high around here. Your followers have done nothing but piss me off the entire time. Order them to stop now!

Aqua then is silent for a bit but then responds.

Aqua: Nothing else to confess then? Please exit the booth, so I can help the next lost lamb find salvation.

Y/n: GET THE HELL OUT OF THIS DAMN BOOTH WITH ME RIGHT NOW!!!!

I then wait for a bit. Fine Aqua, if you want to play that game, I'll play it. But it's gonna hurt you in the end.

Y/n: *sigh* Well, there is a least three things I need to get off my back. Do you mind helping me with that?

Aqua: Of course! Please go on! Confess all of your sins and relieve yourself of this guilt. Do you have interests in a certain-

Y/n: It's about my Arch-Priest friend who's named after your goddess. There's this special cup that she uses for party tricks, and I may or may not have put it in a spot so that my adventurer friend, who's name is Kazuma, would break it when he least expected it.

I then hear Aqua make a quiet noise. Jackpot! Now to keep working it.

Y/n: Also, she used my money in Chapter 8 and during the intervals between Chapters 17 and 18 to buy some booze, and well... I drank all of them, and placed the blame on some ghosts that had no effect towards the drinking of said booze whatsoever. I also made her a promise back in Chapter 12 that I would buy her the most expensive booze, but it was actually the cheapest, I just put a little magic on it to make it look super expensive

Aqua: I can't believe it! Not only did you drink it all, you broke the promise?!

Although she can't see me, I'm secretly smirking underneath my hands.

Y/n: Yeah, and since this Arch-Priest causes me and my teammates a lot of trouble, especially me and Kazuma, I recommended to Kazuma that we take her off of the party and replace her with an Eris sect arch-priest instead-

Suddenly, Aqua started shacking me and sobbing while she was at it.

Aqua: You apostate!!

After I was able to get out of Aqua's hold on me, I then went over to the other side and started talking to her.

Y/n: Look Aqua, I really didn't want to do all of that, but you left me no choice.

Aqua: Still, mentioning that you recommended to Kazuma looking for an Eris sect priest is low, even for you!

Y/n: Well guess what? Everything except for the last part was a total lie.

Aqua: Woah, back up. Then all that other stuff you said was true?

Y/n: Considering the fact that you went out of your way and used MY MONEY to buy those drinks, I had ever single right to do that.

Me and Aqua then hear a door opening, implementing that I needed to shut up. The man then started to talk.

Man: Hear my confession and forgive my transgressions! I have been a disciple of our Lady Aqua for quite some time now. BUT, the valiant portrait of the goddess Eris persuades me! It leads me astray! It is the chest of a demon I tell you! Please forgive my sinful thoughts and being bosomed by the chest of another goddess!

I then mentally facepalm myself. This cult is crazy, and I don't think that I should be here anymore.

Aqua: Ease your worries. The goddess is all forgiving. Whether thou love small breasts, or whether thou love large breasts. Love what you love, the Axis faith permits all. Whoever you are, be a lolicon, or NEET, or a human who feels love for animal girls. As long as what you love is not undead or a demon, and no law has been broken, you are forgiven.

The guy then starts crying like a baby. Meanwhile, I can't seem to get one thing out of my head. Why the hell did she mention jabs referring to me and Kazuma? Also, why did she mention the lolicon one?

Aqua: Now then, faithful disciple. If you feel temptations pull again, repeat these holy words. The goddess Eris pads her chest.

The man then leaves the booth, with Me still in shock.

Y/n: Mind explaining?

Aqua: You know how when you explained to our party about how the power you got when you came here works?

Y/n: Yeah, about the fact that the faith in others allows me new powers, but also more strength?

Aqua: Yeah, that power you have works almost the same as us deities. I might not have as many followers as Eris, or the amount of adventures in the world that have faith in you, but mine have tons of faith in me, and it's super strong!! I'd do anything for my adoring disciples, even trash talk another goddess!!!

Y/n: That is so low, and you should know that by now.

Y/n and Aqua: Konosuba!

After a whole event with Y/n and Aqua, the team heads back to the inn. Y/n is then immediately tackled to the ground by Rom and Ram.

Rom and Ram: Big brother!

Wiz: Oh, welcome back everyone!

Kazuma: Rei, is Wiz feeling better?

Rei: *nods her head* She took a bath and went right back to normal

Kazuma: Okay, that's good.

Darkness: I am glad to hear it.

Nekomimi: There were no guest, so me, Kiria, Wiz, and Rei had the mixed bath all to ourselves, nya!

Y/n: Nice!

Kazuma: I missed out!!

Rom: How was it Big brother?

Y/n: Rather annoying. I beat up one or two, tricked others into giving themselves away, and then scared the living shit out of a few. The person I beat up might want to make sure they check their "area" a bit later

Kazuma immediately goes for his groin, implementing that he's scared.

Rei: S-So, how was it?

Wiz: Yes, how is it? Did you all have fun sightseeing?

Megumin, Compa, and Estelle: *shacking in fear* Axis Cult... scary....

Darkness: I-I had fun! In fact, I would like to go again!

Rom and Ram then both start running, with Y/n following behind them.

Kazuma: Well, have fun doing whatever. I'm going for a bath.

We then see Rom and Ram playing around with the water. We then see Y/n and Kazuma chilling in the hot springs and they're 5 feet apart cause they're not gay. While Y/n is keeping an eye on Rom and Ram, Kazuma is eying some woman.

Woman: Um, sir? Would you mind not staring at me like that? It's making me-

Kazuma: What? I'm just sitting here.

Woman: Right! I, um, I know. But I'd like to get out now.

Kazuma: Don't mind me.

The woman then gets up and then runs away, while covering herself.

Kazuma: *laughs for a bit* That is one bashful lady...

Y/n: You probably were creeping her out Kazuma.

Y/n and Kazuma then focus on their attention to the guy who was getting out and noticed his rage.

Man: I try to play nice with these damn people. But they keep preaching me and trying to convert me and they can't even shut up for a single goddamn second! GODDAMN IT!!!!

He then tosses his soap in rage, scaring our four adventurers.

Y/n: Damn, it's almost like looking at how my mentality is right now with these people.

The man looks at them and leaves before muttering one thing.

Man: Stupid town.

Y/n: Okay... let's avoid him for a while...

Kazuma then gets out of the water and looks over at Y/n.

Kazuma: Well, I'm going to get myself a back rub. You in?

Y/n: No I'm good. I need to keep Rom and Ram safe.

Kazuma: Fair enough. See ya later!

I then start to relax.

Y/n: I wanna go home, ASAP. This town is cra- AHHHH!!!

Y/n is then hit by some of the water and he sees that it was Ram who did it.

Ram: Lighten up big bro!

Y/n: Ohohohohohoho... You're going to pay for that!

Y/n then starts splashing Rom and Ram with water.

Rom: Water fight!

Rom and Ram then work to splash Y/n, but he gets one step ahead of them. Suddenly, they both jump onto him and they then pull his entire body into the water.

Y/n: *water bubbling sounds*

Ram: We got him! We got him!

Rom: That was so fun!

Rom and Ram then pulls Y/n back up who then takes a breath of air.

Y/n: Man, you girls have gotten smarter and more stronger!

Ram: Thanks big bro!

We then see Kazuma get back in the water. Y/n makes sure to stay 5 feet away while Rom and Ram go back to playing.

Y/n: How was it?

Kazuma: *sigh* Terrible. I've now learned that this town... Kinda sucks.

Y/n: I feel you man.

Megumin's voice: Hup!

We then hear a voice of Megumin and then a splash in the water. Y/n turns over and realizes where she is. Kazuma does to, but he starts thinking of something.

Darkness's voice: Stop that Megumin! There is no diving in the bath!

Megumin's voice: Don't worry! We're the only ones here!

Y/n: *whispers to Kazuma* Are you planning to try and peep over at the girls?

Kazuma: *whispers back* Yeah.

Darkness's voice: Is that all you think of? Y/n and Kazuma. Those two are both so confounding. There are times when those two are cowards, and then, at other times, they are so bold that they put most nobles to shame! Even Y/n when he took down a corrupt noble with Kiria. You could say that they are odd, in their own unique ways, but deep down he's-

Darkness then rushes to the hole and punches it, knocking Kazuma right back into the water.

Y/n then gets out out of the water and turns around with a smug look on his face.

As Y/n walks out with Rom and Ram, he hears Kazuma screaming a spell and doing many other things.

Me, Rom, and Ram head to the living room for the inn we're staying at when we see Aqua crying.

Aqua: *sobbing* Why is everyone being so mean to me!! I didn't do anything wrong, I just got in the bath!!

Before Aqua starts crying onto Wiz, I quickly pull her back before she starts to make her fade away.

Wiz: Thank you Y/n!

Y/n: No problem Wiz. Now Aqua, what's got you upset this time?

Kiria: When she got into one of this place's secret baths, she purified it, making it normal hot water.

Aqua: And then they kicked me out! Can you believe that?! Me, the goddess that they worship, geting kicked out of my church?! It's so unfair!!

Y/n: I can see that happening. Didn't you say that just sitting in non-normal water changes it to regular water? Learn to control it!

Aqua: But what really makes me mad is the guy in charge!

Aqua: I would, but after crying on her all night, she was all faded by this morning. She should stay in and rest. Rei can watch after her.

I was outside alone again, but this time, I've got a steamed bun with me.

The Axis Cult Man lets go of me and starts to back up in fear, along with his companion. I then stare at him with anger again, and he and his companion then runs away in fear.

Y/n: Hey Rei! Are you doing good?

Kazuma: Wiz, you feeling better?

Wiz: Yes, much better! I swear I saw my old party members from my adventuring days. They were on the other side of a river, telling me not to cross over! If not for them, I'd be dead!

Y/n: Damnit Aqua! This is the second time you've nearly killed Wiz on this trip!

Ram: Hey big bro, what were you looking at?

I turn around and see that the man is no longer there.

Y/n: Oh, just looking at some guy who was there a second ago.

We then hear Aqua's voice to which we go to.

We then start walking to the fountain and see a bunch of Axis Cultist surrounding Aqua.

Aqua: Slay the demons! Defeat the Devil King! Gather round, beloved disciples of Axis! I have come to warn you that the Devil King is planning to destroy your town!

I then see Darkness, who looks very upset to even be in that situation.

Aqua: I'll tell you how! He and his minions are putting some kind of poison in the hot springs! This is no hoax! I personally confirmed that several hot springs here have been polluted!

Apple Girl: I just got back from the hot springs, and I didn't notice anything wrong with the water.

After we got back to the inn, the others then come in with Aqua crying.

Rom: *hands her a water* Try drinking this Miss Aqua.

Aqua then takes a sip of it and stops wining for a bit.

I then start to walk outside when I hear a whole bunch of screams. I open the door, and... Oh my god there are a lot of angry Cultists. I immediately run upstairs, quickly close all curtains and grab Aqua by the neck.

Y/n: YOU IDIOT!!! DO YOU EVEN REALIZED WHAT YOU'VE DONE?!?! DUE TO YOUR STUPIDITY, YOU MANAGED TO GET THE ENTIRE AXIS CULT WANTING TO KILL OUR ASSES!!!!!!!
