Entry One

Dear Princess Zelda,

I confided in Impa of my situation.

I told her I was frustrated about not being able to remember anything, and my inability to comprehend what is truly being asked of me.

She advised me to keep a journal, and that it would help me "organize my thoughts" (Whatever that means).

She even gave me a journal to write in, which was very kind of her.

Though, now I feel obligated to use it.

I asked her what I should write about.

"Anything," She said, "Just write whatever comes to mind."

I have decided to write letters to the one thing that confuses and frustrates me the most- You.

Pardon me princess, for I mean nothing mean of that.

I simply just do not know how I should feel about you.

Or about me for that matter.

All I know for certain is this:

Impa's granddaughter, Paya, seems to like me.
