Both of them packed their things and got in separate car to go to the airport. Although they were heading back to Mumbai in same flight but they went separately as they didn't want any unnecessary drama. Kartik's seat was right beside Sara's seat (window seat) on the flight. Sara's mood was little off with thought of not being able to see kartik everyday. You see them everyday and suddenly you don't. Although it was just 3 days that they were living together in a same room but it felt forever. 3 days were equal to 3 years. How they used to see each other everyday, how they used to wake up seeing each other's face, how every night used to end with each other, those conversations on random topics. Sara was lost in these thoughts while kartik was thinking about what was going to happen.
After few minutes Sara's mood was back to normal. She was enjoying view from the window and kartik was enjoying his view- Sara. He was completely lost. Archit was sitting in another seat. He too was looking at Sara shamelessly. Kartik noticed it and warned him just with his eyes and lifted shell partition up that was placed in between the seats( business class). He continued seeing her. Sara was about to close those shell partition but kartik insisted her to not close those saying he wanted to watch outside the window. After about 3 hours they landed. Both of them said bye to each other with a hug and headed towards their own car. Sara got in her car while her things were being placed in the trunk.
Kartik called his manger to confirm about the plan.
Kartik had planned to pick Sara up in between the way to her house. As their houses are in walking distance it was easier for kartik to execute the plan. Kartik didn't want any unnecessary attention or drama so he decided to do this. Sara was sitting all lost in her thoughts when she felt sudden break. "Kya hua, apne gadi kyu rokdi" sara asked her driver in confusion. "Mujhse kaha gaya tha yaha pe rukne ko" her driver replied back. " kisne kaha tha, aur kyu, nahi nahi aap please chaliye" sara asked her driver to continue driving. Suddenly someone knocked on her windows, she opened the window only to see kartik infront of her. "Tum! What are you doing here" she asked in confusion. Kartik unlocked the door through window without saying anything. "Kartik I'm asking something" she was really confused. "Jyada sawal matt karr, mere saath chal" he said pulling her out from the car. "But kartik" she didn't complete her sentence as kartik was not listening to her. "Sara time nahi hai please na jaldi, koi dekhlega" kartik pulled her by her hands and made her seat in front seat of his car. "Thankyou so much aapne bhaut help ki meri. Sara ko main ghar drop kardunga" saying this kartik bid goodbye to Sara's driver. Kartik got inside and started driving the car himself. "Aab toh batado kaha jarahe hai" sara was continuously asking questions to him but he was not answering her at all. "Kartik main utar jaungi agar nahi bataya toh" she warned him. "Shaant hoja meri ma, chup chap beth ja thodi der baad apne aap pata chaljayega" he kept his one hand on Sara's hand. Sara felt shiver in her body, she sat quietly after that.
Kartik stopped the car after driving for around 30mins. It was almost deserted place. It was already 9 pm so nothing was clear visible. Kartik parked the car outside one cafe and quickly got off from the car. He opened the door for Sara and gave his hand. "Ek baat manegi please." Kartik said with a puppy face. "Aab kya" sara gave him do I have any choice look. "Aankhon main yeh patti bandhle please aur haan koi sawal matt karna" kartik requested her. She nodded in yes and he blindfolded her. "Kuch bhi Matt khena aur chilana toh bilkul bhi nahi" saying this Kartik lifted her up in his arms. He kept walking until he was where he was supposed to be. He then made Sara stand there saying "main bolu tabhi blindfold nikalna." After few seconds he asked her to remove her blindfold. She opened her eyes and was left speechless. A big empty space with just a table, two chairs placed in between. That place was covered with fairy lights all around. The ground was covered with rose petals. She was spell bounded with what was in front of her. After couple of minutes, everything turned off. She twirled around in confusion while calling kartik's name. Suddenly a beautiful green light occurred on the roof of that place. It was self created northern lights. They seemed more real than the real one's. Sara stood there admiring the beauty of that place.
"Abhi iss waqt Norway toh nahi leja sakta isise kaam chalale" sara heard kartik's voice behind her. Sara jumped on him with teary eyes and hugged him. "This is more than enough. This the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life" Sara said in low voice. "I love you" kartik said in a very soft voice. Sara broke the hug and saw him with confused looked. "Kart-" she was about to say something but kartik placed his hands on her mouth. "Please bolne de bhaut saal se maan mein rakha hai uske baad tu jo bolegi I'll do it." Kartik then took her hands in his.
"I still love you, I always have. Tujhe andaza bhi nahi hai meri kya halat hogayi thi break up ke baad. I know it was mutual, meri bhi galti thi parr I was not being able to accept the fact that we were not together anymore. Countless sleepless night, not feeling good about myself, wanting you around me, aur pata nahi kya kya. Mushkil se soh bhi jata tha na toh tu sapne main aati thi. It took me over 1 year to again start smiling and accept that we were not a thing anymore. Move on toh main kabhi hua hi nahi. Itne saal ke baad jab hum mile it felt like I was back home. That hug felt like home. But obviously I didn't say anything about my feelings as I didn't knew what was in your heart. Agar main kuch boldeta aur tu kuch aisa boldeti jo main bilkul bhi sunna nahi chahta tha toh I would've not being able to control myself. Slowly we again became good friends which was enough for me. I was at least being able talk to you, meet you. I was okay with whatever we had until last 3 days. I'll be really honest with you, I was scared till yesterday, I was scared of loosing you again after getting you back but now after knowing about your feelings I'm not going to let you go. Jo bhi hoga sath main sort out karlenge but I will never ever give up on you. Force nahi karunga, if you don't want to get back together it's ok but I'll not give up if you say no, please maan ja" kartik's eyes were filled with tears.
"Haan."Sara nodded her head in yes and hugged him. She was speechless, all she could say was yes. Both of them were standing there holding one other in each other's arm for about 10 mins. Then they had dinner. After that they danced in a slow romantic music, it was a perfect happy ending kind of moment. They were returning back, it was already around 12:30 am so they thought no paps would be there. Kartik called his driver so now he was sitting on the back seat with Sara. "Listen how did you know about what I felt" Sara asked kartik. "Ananya ne bataya" he winked at her. "I should have known" she said with a I knew it face. They were spending their own little time. Kartik's legs were over Sara's lap and he was holding Sara's hand like she was some child who would run away. They were having their best time until they saw paps. "Ish waqt bhi" saying this kartik tried putting his legs down. Although it was controversial situation but they were not being able to hold her laugh. They were laughing and giggling while trying to get back in normal position and thinking about what might be tomorrow's head line. They quickly closed the window which they should have done before only. Kartik dropped Sara and kissed her forehead before biding her bye. "I love you and goodnight" kartik said to Sara. "I love you too" she blushed at got off from the car.
