Kartik's POV

We were sitting right in front of each other.Everyone were talking and giggling. Of course I was involved too but more in Sara. At some point I would be staring right into her eyes and realize it later. All of us were just talking & watching performances, jasleen was singing Kho gaye hum kaha. She then came towards me & asked me to sing too. I jokingly sang & started explaining what & why I said so to Sara. Not that we just sat there staring at e/o, we did talked, smiled, laughed. After sometime  my name was announced for the award. As I was going I felt her gaze on me, I knew she was looking at me but I didn't turned around & tried to act normal which I failed in obviously.she too received her awards. Event was almost about to end that is when Manish announced to do naach punjaabban steps. All of them started going on stage but I was just sitting there as I didn't wanted to go there but Varun being Varun insisted & teased me. I tripped myself. As we were coming down after that dance I saw Sara in front of me. I couldn't take my eyes off from her, I kept looking at her until realized. Event finally came to end. I went back to my house & all I could think about was her. I don't know if this sounds shallow but the way she was looking at me, the way I was looking at her, her touch, her smile and every other thing. Such an amazing night it was!!

Sara's POV

As our seat were opposite we could clearly see each other.Everyone of us were laughing & talking about random topics. In between the conversations I would be just staring at him without even realizing. All of us were enjoying the performances, jasleen was singing. This is when she came near kartik and ask him to sing. He just said a word, and started justifying the answer to me  in a funny way as we were talking just before she asked him to sing. After sometime kartik's name was announced for the award. As his name was taken I was looking at him. I was actually staring at him. I think he noticed it,he tried to act normal which he obviously failed in. Then after sometime my name was announced for the award. Event was about to end that is when Manish announced to do naach punjaabban steps. All of us went there but kartik was hesitating to come up. And in between Varun being Varun teased him and brought him up in the stage.As he was coming up he tripped himself & as I was looking at him I got scared, my expression was enough to describe everything. We did the steps & were coming back from the stage. I left little earlier from the event. I reached home & all I could think about was him & the event. How I was looking at him, he was looking at me, his touch, smile, that hug, that pap interaction & what not. I slept with all those thought. Aghh! such a memorable night it was.

Ik it's a very short part but will write better in next part. And sorry for the late update.
