Minju's POV

We're almost done eating. Chaewon's company is really nice.

"It's almost 6 pm Min. I really had a great time with you today! Thank you" she said, showing her smile. I should be the one to thank her. She's treating me all the time. I should think of something to give her in return.

"I really enjoyed it too, thank you for treating me today!" I gladly answered back. We went out of the restaurant.

"No problem haha. Anyways, I'll just get the car okay? Just wait me here"

I nodded at her and she went off to the parking lot.

As I waited for her, someone is approaching towards my direction, wearing a black hoodie. I don't know if I should run or stay still since that 'someone' is now running towards me.

Y- Yujin?

Stopping in front of me, she suddenly grabbed my wrist while looking side to side.

W-what is she doing here?

"Hey, I- I need to talk with you right now" all I can see is her eyes since the other parts are covered with the hoodie. She's holding a paper bag in her arm that's resting on her stomach.

W- what is she doing?

She dragged me towards the area near the parking lot and from our place , I saw Chaewon's car approaching us.

She tried to sound the horn but still, Yujin's dragging me.

"H-hey! What are you doing- - - Yujin? Why are you in here?" she was also surprised upon seeing Yujin.

"Back off, I need to talk to her and it's urgent" she pierced her dagger eyes towards Chaewon.

Chaewon just nodded and I don't know about that 'urgent' thing but it seemed serious.

After a few footsteps away from Chaewon, I decided to pull my wrist from her hand. She's holding it tight and it hurts.

"S- sorry" she stood infront of me, looking directly at my eyes. I can't bear to look back to her. 

"Can you tell me that urgent thing? And uhm ....w- why are you here?" I asked her. I'm just curious about it. She's not the type of person who will suddenly appear from nowhere and will just grab a wrist.

" You don't have to kno - - -

"What? Why did you suddenly appeared and grabbed my wrist? What was that?!" I don't know but I didn't like the way she replied my answer earlier. I'm just asking about a thing.

"I said you don't have to know every single fxcking thing!" she shouted at me. I was surprised because she raised her voice at me. I- I only wanted to know the reason why..

She was taken aback and just looked down instead. By this monent, I know I'm going to burst out.

"So you're the only one who have the right to know what and where am I doing and going, is that it?! I only wanted to know about the thing that you're doing because it's creeping me out!" I shouted back, I don't really like the feeling of someone , raising her/his voice at me because that brings the memory. The memory and nightmare of my childhood.

"S- sorry."

Yujin's POV

"S- sorry"

The reason why I grabbed her immediately is because of the fxcking feeling that the person who sended the black letters are eyeing on us. This place is an open area and she might be one of the targets. Dxmn it!

After I received my prize at the battle, I bought some stuffed frogs, and bunnies. I- I was about to give it to her but I made her angry. Dxmn stupid Yujin!

"I- I thought you've already change but I guess.... it won't ever happen" she said with her expressionless face and with eyes as cold as mine.

She turned her back away from me and started walking. N-no, they might grab their opportunity to execute...

"W- where are you going?" I asked her with this fxcking absurd question. "You don't need to know" she replied back.

Dxmn! I can't handle this anymore!

"Okay! Do you want me to answer your question?! Why the hell am I here and what am I doing?!" I shouted again. I can't handle this.... Dxmn!

She stopped herself from walking but her back is still facing at my direction.

"Isn't it too obvious? You're just so fxcking numb! I don't know if I should say this but dxmn! I already like you! That's the reason why I am here! I am here because I want you to be safe! I want to see you smile even though I'm not the person behind it! I want to protect you because I like you! You fxckin frog!" no one dared to move an inch.

"You're right, maybe I haven't changed, and it's never gonna happen... This is me, this is Ahn Yujin and I'm sorry for having this stupid feeling over you" I went near her and placed the bag with toys beside her feet.

"but don't worry.... I'll try my best to forget everything as if it's just the first time that we meet"
