Tsukiumi then put the water in the sink.

Tsukiumi: Thy... am a Sekirei.

Sparky: A Sekirei? What is a Sekirei?

Tsukiumi: We are an extraterrestrial race of super-powered humanoids. We are physically indistinguishable from humans with similar genetic codes. The name is taken from a Japanese Wagtail.

Sparky: I see. Why do you refer me as an Ashikabi? Who or what is an Ashikabi?

Tsukiumi: Ashikabi are humans with unique genes that enable them to empower Sekirei destined to serve them through an exchange of DNA between the Sekirei and the Ashikabi. The result is a "winged" Sekirei with whom an everlasting bond is forged. For the vast majority of Sekirei, the reaction is one of deep and committed romantic love and fondness, although some Sekirei may instead view their Ashikabi as one does a friend or sibling.

Sparky: "Winged?"

Tsukiumi: "Emerged."

Sparky: How does a Sekirei get "winged?"

Tsukiumi then started to blushed & mumbled under her breath as Sparky is confused by that.

Tsukiumi: I-It u-usually done by a k-k-kiss.

Sparky then blushed hearing that.

Sparky: Oh. Anything else?

Tsukiumi: The power of an Ashikabi can be determined not only by the number of Sekirei he or she has bonded to him or her, but by the emotional bond between them. One aspect of the bond between Sekirei and Ashikabi is that they can feel each others feelings.

Sparky: You mean if I can feel sad, you can feel it too?

Tsukiumi: Yes. The feelings of the Sekirei can also be felt in return by the Ashikabi. If the link is particularly strong it can enable full telepathic contact.

Sparky: Cool.

Tsukiumi: Another important part of the Ashikabi-Sekirei relationship is the fact that when an Ashikabi is killed, all of the Sekirei that they have winged are 'terminated'. This is supposed to be classified information held within MBI, however most Sekirei and many Ashikabi know about it anyway.

Sparky: Oh my. So, you are a Sekirei. Are there any others Sekirei like you?

Tsukiumi: Yes. I am Sekirei No. 9, the Water Sekirei. & Yes, there are more.

Sparky: Hmm...

Tsukiumi: Thou not thinking about getting more Sekirei, art thou?

Sparky: Wasn't expecting jealousy early on.

Tsukiumi: Thy am not!

Sparky: But, to answer your question, I am not thinking about that. I am curious about other Sekireis. Do you know any?

Tsukiumi: Homura, Kazehana, Musubi... I think Miya. Other than them... I don't know.

Sparky then sweatdrop.

Sparky: Have you fought them?

Tsukiumi: Thy have. I have a rival. Although, facing her feels off.

Sparky: Off like how?

Tsukiumi: When I see her, I thought it was her but it was a man. Must be hiding somewhere.

Sparky(Mind): Must be a one-sided rivalry.

Sparky: Well, what powers does your rival have?

Tsukiumi: Fire.

Sparky sweatdrop.

Sparky(Mind): Definitely one-sided.

Tsukiumi: Sparky, if it's too much trouble for thou, Thy can be................. 'your legal wife.'

Sparky is surprised at that.

Tsukiumi: Thy want to be your Sekirei.

Sparky: But, I am not an Ashikabi.

Tsukiumi then stand up & points at Sparky.

Tsukiumi: Then Thy will wait & find a way to turn you into an Ashikabi, so Thee can bond!

Sparky: Tsukiumi... Okay.

Tsukiumi: In the meantime...

Tsukiumi then hug Sparky as his face was between her breast, causing him to blushed.

Tsukiumi: I still want to be the strongest Sekirei there is, but... I want to be your strongest Sekirei so I can protect you.

Sparky then smiled. Tsukiumi, who is blushed, turn to him.

Tsukiumi: D-Don't tell anyone about this!

Sparky: Don’t worry, I won't.
