Zeref Pov.

I woke up early in the morning with my arms wrapped around Mavis "Guess she didn't leave last night... Well that makes me happy" .  I carefully unwrapped my arms and got out of bed, as soon as I got up she groaned and moved around in her sleep. I looked back at her sleeping face and smiled to myself " I'm so happy I can now call her mine". I left my room and went down stairs to make some food, Natsu was sitting on the couch watching tv with Lucy. " Hey, did you sleep well last night?" Natsu said with an implying tone. My face turned red and I looked away from Natsu and Lucy " T-That's none of your business Natsu."   I walked back to the kitchen; Lucy smiled "You and Mavis looked quite comfortable last night Zeref. Care to explain?" she barely held in a laugh. I ignored her comment and took the food up to my room. As soon as I got up the stairs I sighed " Do they always have to do this to me??" I opened the door to find Mavis still asleep, I laid the food down on my desk and sat on the bed taking a piece of her hair and playing with it.  Mavis moaned and opened eyes " Good morning beautiful." she sat up in bed "Good morning Zeref." I smiled lovingly at her "Here I made some breakfast for the both of us." I handed her a plate full of food. She took the it and we started eating, "We have to hurry or we won't make it to school in time." " Uh... My school clothes are not clean." I looked over to her "Here you can borrow some of mine, they're a little big though." I gave her some of my clothes wear. She smiled at me very lovingly "It's fine, I don't mind. I actually like the idea of wearing your clothes, it proves that I'm with you." she blushes and looks back at my oversized clothes. My face turns red and I wrap her in a tight embrace, "Now that you're with me I'm never letting go. Not until you decide you don't want me anymore, but I will always love you no matter what." " I love you too Zeref, And I will never leave you." I grinned and leaned down and captured her lips in a loving kiss. " com'on we will be late." 

Mavis Pov.

Me and Zeref walked to school hand in hand, and boy almost everybody was staring at us once we got into the school yard. I saw the girl who Lucy and Natsu brought to Zeref's house the day we met back up; I think her name was Brandish and she was glaring daggers at me. " I really don't care if she's mad at me. I have known Zeref all my life and have loved him for a very long time. If she has a problem with us she can just shove off!"  I looked straight at her with my eyes blazing, she just stormed off in the other direction.  I squeezed Zeref's hand and he looked at me "Are you ok?" His voice carrying a worried tone.  "Yea. I'm fine don't worry."  He looks  at me again but a little worried but decided to let the topic slide "Alright. Then lets get going to class ok?" I nodded and we both walked to our first period. We arrived to class and took our seats right next to each other, the bell rung and all the other students came to class " Alright class! let's begin." During the class I kept glancing at Zeref, he noticed this and grabbed my hand under the desk ( They sit at tables). Looked at me and gave me a comforting smile that said "Don't worry everything will be ok." without even voicing it. I smiled and squeezed his hand turning my head back to the lecture. " I know everything will be ok, Me  and Zeref love each other so much. No one could break that."
(After Class)

Zeref Pov

As soon as class ended I packed my stuff and helped out Mavis with hers once we got our stuff I grabbed her hand and walked her to her next class. Unfortunately we did not have all our classes together; I only had 6 of our 8 classes together. We stopped right outside her Chemistry class, "I'll pick you up right after class and then we can grab something for lunch." (NOTE: I will skip around class periods, this is their 4th period.) She nodded at me " Ok, I'll see you after class then." She started to walk into her class but I grabbed her hand and pulled her back to me, before she could even speak I kissed her. I pulled away from the kiss and hugged her. "I'll see you later Mavis." She looked away quickly to conceal the blush spreading across her cheeks. I made my way to my Engineering class wishing that it would end quickly so I could get back to Mavis. " Oh I've fallen so hard for her, man time needs to go by faster..."

50 minutes later

 "Ok! Class dismissed!!!" I jumped up and sped out of my classroom. I walked to Mavis's class but no one was there. "YOU DON'T DESERVE HIM!! ZEREF IS MINE!!!" I ran towards the ear deafening scream, as I rounded the corner I found Brandish holding Mavis up against the wall about ready to punch her. I'M NOT LETTING ANYONE HURT HER!

Mavis Pov

Zeref just left me at my class, of course not without kissing me in front of everyone. I sat down at my desk but felt this ice cold chill on my neck. I turned around to see Brandish glaring at me. I turned back around to face the front. Our teacher came in and started the lesson, it wasn't that hard, Erza was my lab partner. But during the entire thing I could feel Brandish's gaze on me. Class ended a little early so I decided to go get some water before Zeref comes, but on the way there I got shoved into the the wall "You took Zeref from me!!!He was mine not yours!!!" I looked to see Brandish holding me and screaming, that's it! I've had it with her " He was never yours!! I've has his heart from the beginning! He always loved me and only me!!!" I yelled back at her. I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my stomach, Brandish punched my stomach. HARD. I smirked " No matter what you do to me I'm not letting him go. I'll never leave Zeref because I love him." Brandish's face contorted with anger  she gripped me harder and raised her fist again "YOU DON'T DESERVE HIM!! ZEREF IS MINE!!!"  Her fist desended towards my face I closed my eyes preparing for the pain that never came. I opened my eyes and saw Zeref standing next to me holding Brandish's fist, his eyes blazing with anger. " What the hell are you doing!!! You have no right trying to hurt Mavis!! I chose her because I love her!!! And I know in my heart I don't deserve her, but I won't let anyone else have her!! I will never love anyone else but her!! I never want to see you around her or me again!!!! And to make things clear I'm hers and She's Mine!!!!!" He let go of her hand; she walked off in a huff. Zeref turned around and looked at me " Are you alright??Did she hurt you??" He saw one bruise on my arm and his eyes flickered with pain and sorrow. He grabbed me in a tight embrace " I'm sorry, I'm so sorry Mavis." He just kept repeating that over and over. I pulled away first "You have no reason to be sorry Zeref. You came as fast as you can, and  stopped her. It's not your fault ok? Please don't blame yourself. " He gripped me tighter and buried his face into the nape of my neck. Once he let go of me he grabbed my hand " let's go get some food ok?" I nodded and we walked off towards his car. Everyone looked at us but said nothing. Once we got to his car he pushed me up against it " you're mine Mavis..." I looked at him " I know. And you're mine as well." He smiled and gave me a quick kiss and opened the car door. Once he got in and started the car we left school grounds he held my hand while driving " I'm glad he's mine and that I'm his. I know that others will disagree with us being together but me and Zeref will face them together. I will never let him go."
