Ugh...so do chu peeps know sleep paralysis? When you wake up in ur dream completely paralyzed and bla bla bla i dont feel like explaining everything rn. So I've been having something similar to it since I was little and it would only happen occasionally but it wasn't rare. It waz pretty randomly tho .-. In fact i juz woke up realizing i accidentally fell asleep and juz when i waz about to get up, i couldn't. FLUQ U BODY I couldn't move for a bit and I wouldn't mind it buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh da one problem iz dat me can't breathe properly when in dis state of being .-. so i controlled by breathing after a while and tried my best to move my arm. after a while i was finally able to move again .-. oh and i can't make sounds either so i cant even ask someone to move my arm for me to break dis thing .-.

anyone out dere know wth dis iz or at least go thru dis? .-. juz waking up and not being able to move or speak .-. anyone .-.
