chapter 3: THE REFLECTIVE PRINCIPLE

PART 3 – THE REFLECTIVE PRINCIPLE
3.1. The concept of “oscillation of existence”
In MET, everything — from matter, emotions, concepts, memories, to dark energy — can be regarded as oscillation.
Oscillation in MET is not a physical wave, but:
A rhythmic change with stability, not dissolving when passing through the Center.
Where there is stable oscillation → there is “existence” in the MET sense.
Where oscillation dissolves → there is the Abyss.
──────────────────
3.2. The role of the Center
The Center is the “blind reflection mechanism”.
It does not understand
Does not analyze
Does not judge
Does not create meaning
It only does one thing:
Receives oscillation from every layer → throws it back to every layer.
Like:
A mindless mirror
An echo surface
A revolving door of information
A server that does not process data, only forwards
But because it does not filter, every layer receives the same raw stream of oscillation.
This leads to a huge consequence:
Each layer will interpret differently → creating different realities.
──────────────────
3.3. How “distinction” is born
The essence of distinction does not lie in the Physical layer.
We can distinguish:
light and dark
good and bad
right and wrong
self and other
being and non-being
But this has no root in physics.
Quarks do not distinguish “good-bad”.
In MET:
Distinction first appears when oscillations from different layers are thrown into each other through the Center.
Because each layer has different internal structure → the same oscillation will:
have meaning in layer A
be distorted into something else in layer B
be delayed when entering the Membrane
be physicalized when entering the Physical layer
dissolve when entering the Abyss
From this:
Difference in interpretation → is the origin of distinction.
It is not “created”, but appears as an inevitable consequence.
──────────────────
3.4. The Reflective Cycle
The core mechanism of MET can be described as a cycle:
(1) Oscillation emitted from layer X
→ (2) Center receives and reflects
→ (3) Oscillation reaches layer Y
→ (4) Layer Y interprets
→ (5) Interpretation result creates new oscillation
→ (6) New oscillation returns to Center
→ … repeats infinitely
This cycle:
creates distinction
creates consciousness
creates emotion
creates creativity
creates confusion and error
creates conflict in thought
creates differences between individuals
This cycle happens all the time, even when we sleep or are unconscious.
──────────────────
3.5. “Interpretation error” — the origin of free will
In the Membrane and Physical layers, oscillation is:
slowed
bent
phase-shifted
attenuated
amplified
delayed in time
⇒ When oscillation is interpreted by consciousness, it is never identical to the original.
This error is:
creativity
mistake
imagination
intuition
sudden emotion
even “intentional error”
And this leads to:
Free will does not come from physics.
Free will comes from error in the reflective cycle.
No error → no choice.
Too much error → uncontrolled madness.
Enough error → creativity and strong self.
──────────────────
3.6. Reflection and the formation of consciousness
Consciousness is how the Membrane layer interprets oscillation.
Process:
Oscillation enters Membrane
Membrane bends and stretches it over time
Brain (processor) decodes oscillation according to:
memory
emotion
language
logic
Meaning appears
Feedback creates new oscillation
Oscillation returns to Center
Reflected again → decoded again → consciousness again
Consciousness = Reflective cycle regulated by the processor.
Consciousness is not “in the head”.
Consciousness is a reflective process between Physical layer – Membrane layer – Center.
──────────────────
3.7. Where does creativity come from?
Not from experience.
Not from “genius”.
In MET:
Creativity occurs when the reflective chain creates a new structured error.
Structured error = new but not meaningless.
That is:
a “flash” of thought
an unexpected solution
an image that appears in the head
a melody that pops up while showering
a solution that comes while sleeping
The richer the reflective cycle → the more creativity.
──────────────────
3.8. Reflection, the unconscious, and dreams
In dreams:
the processor is loose
memories mix
the Membrane layer is under altered conditions
→ Oscillation is received and produces images not following normal logic.
Dreams are:
Unconstrained reflection.
That is why dreams sometimes:
foretell
haunt
are abstract
illogical but full of meaning
──────────────────
3.9. Reflection and “premonition”
Premonition in MET is:
Oscillation coming from another layer, interpreted in the Membrane when there is not enough physical data.
It is not magic.
It is the interpretation of a signal not entirely belonging to the physical layer.
──────────────────
3.10. Summary of the power of the Reflective Principle
Thanks to this principle, MET can explain:
the origin of consciousness
creativity
premonition
personality differences
why each person sees the world differently
why truth is not unified across cultures
why art exists
why science can progress
why existence has structure
why “free will” exists even though the physical universe seems deterministic
