Several months after the timeline crisis we all fought against Link Joker itself in the present timeline.Much after that I was in my room working on my Transcendence Deck that was given to me by Hedeyoshi.

"Maybe I should've ask Hedeyoshi when these cards actually came out" I said to myself.

Then I heard my mother calling me from downstairs.

"Katashi!! there are a couple of people here to see you" My mother yelled.

"I'm coming down" I yelled back.

As i was fixing my cards to put in my deck case a copy of Orpheus fell down on the ground. I picked up the card on the ground.

"I'm lucky I met you buddy" I said smiling holding it in my hand.

I fixed my deck and started heading downstairs to the living room.The one of the people my mother who was visiting was Kurai and the other was...

"NAGITO!?!?!?" I yelled.

"Hello Katashi long time no see" Nagito replied.

'I thought he was in the future, why is he here?' I thought.

I sat down on the sofa in the opposite side of the room.

"Kurai what is Nagito doing here in the past?" I asked.

"Nagito came to warn us" Kurai replied in a worried expression.

"Warn us of what?" I said in a serious tone.

"Promise us you won't freak out" Nagito said.

"Alright I won't" I replied.

"Abyss is gonna come back" Nagito said.

"What! thats impossible" I said as I slammed the table.

"It gets worse" Kurai said.

"How can it possibly get any worse?" I asked in a serious tone.

"Abyss is inside Aichi" Kurai said in a serious tone.

I was in a complete shock knowing had a monster like Abyss inside of him.

"As in Aichi Sendou?" I said.

"How did this happen?" I asked looking down.

"When Aichi defeated Link Joker something went inside him" Nagito Explained

"When Clockwork defeated Abyss, Abyss said something before that he was the void's ancestor." Nagito continued.

"Link Joker was part of the void." Kurai said

"But why Aichi?" I asked.

"If Link Joker gets out of him so does Abyss" Nagito explained.

The Atmosphere in the living room was tense.

"Did you tell Kiniro and Hedeyoshi yet" I asked.

"No I didn't"Kurai replied.

"Then why did you go to me?" I asked.

"You're the only one hesitant to stop us" Nagito said.

"What?" I said.

"We need you to become a Defender Katashi" Nagito said.

"A Defender?" I asked.

"In other words Katashi we need you help to protect Aichi." Kurai said.

"I don't know what to say" I said.

Kurai and Nagito stood up. Nagito grabbed two objects from his vest and placed it on the table. The first object was a silver cross.

"What is that?" I asked noticing the cross.

"A prison" Nagito said.

"You serious!?!?!" I yelled.

"I'm not joking if you're gonna help us Katashi use it" Nagito said.

The second object was a set of cards.

"Transcendence" I said picking up the card.

"You may need this" Kurai said.

"Katashi you have a few days to make make your decision" Kurai said

"Once you made your decision find us at the park near card capital" Kurai Continued.

"Well Katashi see you in when you make your choice" Nagito said while walking out of the room.

"Katashi another favor" Kurai asked.

"What is it?" I replied.

"Please don't tell Kin and Hede" Kurai stated.

Kurai nodded as he walked out of the room
