rule 1:do not god mode meaning no instantly killing mutants or agents

rule 2:if your an agent or researcher there are no inhuman abilities unless your a super solider ( 5 max!)

rule 3:respect the commanders(admins) because they will not hesitate to get rid of you (admins currently 0)

rule 4:mutants have danger levels meaning the amount of care and how dangerous they are

yellow level:these are quite dangerous with some care having to be taken and a lower than normal body count than the other levels

red level:these ones are very dangerous while recapturing these ones eyes must be on them at all times and weapons ready to fire these ones have a very high body count 

black level(3 max):most agents would prefer fighting ten red levels than a single black level,these guys are known for their vicious ferosity and way of fighting in the event that one escapes the super soliders are sent in to recapture them while the other agents and researchers are evacuated
