No one's POV

Location: ???

We see an empty void, with nothing inside of it, when suddenly, the sound of chains can be heard.

???: Where am I...? What is this place...?

As the chains keep moving, a light shines upon where the chains are, and we see Y/n chained up, with one one his neck, his body, as well as his arms and legs, as tears are flowing out of his eyes.

As Y/n starts panting in fear, a familiar voice can be heard echoing throughout the area.

Rias's Voice: I'm sorry Y/n, but the truth is you've grown weak. I have no use for those who are weak for my Peerage.

Y/n holds his head, trying to stop the painful memories from returning to him, when he hears more voices.

Karen's Voice: Oh look at that. The little parent killer's crying again.

Orphan 1's Voice: Who's parents are you going to kill today, you monster?

Orphan 2's Voice: Yeah! You must be the reason why all of us are here!!!

Orphan 3's Voice: Maybe that's why your parents died! You murdered them!!

Y/n: Shut up... Shut up...!!!

Diana's Voice: *groans* Why did you buy him, mother?

Rhoda's Voice: *laughs* Such a delusional young boy.

As Y/n starts panting in pure anger, not wanting to hear these voices again, Rias's voice, as well as two other voices, are heard.

Koneko's Voice: So the idiot's gone now.

Kiba's Voice: Honestly, what did you see in him?

Rias's Voice: I don't know. But that mistake has been rectified.

Y/n screams in pure agony, as these lines and voices are played around him on an endless loop.

*Time-skip*

Location: Kuoh

We now see Naomi using her Quirk, and blasting through the jungle area of Kuoh, with her sister in tact.

Riyama: That looks like hard work. Why don't you let me take a turn?

Naomi: Ha! No way in hell am I going to let you do that!

Riyama: Okay. Suit yourself.

As Naomi and Riyama keep walking, Riyama begins speaking again.

Riyama: You know, this whole area reminds me of when we were kids. Do you remember? We'd play pretend. Just you and me, fighting our way through dangerous jungles together.

Naomi starts getting angry, as she no longer wants to listen to her sister's words.

Naomi: Stop it.

Riyama: Stop what?

Naomi: You know what. Stop trying to get into my head with who you used to be.

Riyama: Oh, am I in your head? Are you thinking about me?

Naomi: No, I'm not. Now walk!

Naomi then pushes her sister, angry with everything she's done, into a leaf, which Riyama does hide cleverly.

Riyama: Well, I'm thinking about you, little sis. About how things could've been different between us.

Naomi: You made your choices, and so did I. I'm not going to join that monster that calls itself human!

Riyama: We can still be a family, Naomi. If you come back with me and surrender to the Demon King, I can get him to spare your life. I know it.

Naomi: WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?! YOUR SISTER ANYMORE, AND I'M NOT GOING TO-

Riyama then uses the leaf, and knocks her back, allowing her time to try and get away from her sister.

Naomi: GET BACK HERE!

Naomi then chases after her sister, and after a few minutes of not being able to catch up to her, she notices her fall.

Naomi: What the-?!

Naomi then falls down a slide-like slope, and lands right beside her sister, whose very angry with her current condition.

Naomi: Well, you tried to escape, and now I caught you again. Hope that worked out well for you.

Riyama: Don't. Move.

Naomi: I'm not going to listen to you. I'm just up to my waist in mud. I can-

Naomi tries to get out while talking, but Riyama stops her.

Riyama: Are you crazy?! I said don't move! We're not in mud, we're in quicksand.

Naomi looks and does realize what's going on.

Naomi: *GIF Below* Crap...

Naomi does look around, and quickly notices there are some vines. Unfortunately, they're out of reach, so she uses he Quirk to cut a part of the vine, and using her strength, pulls herself out.

Naomi: Hold on!

Naomi then jumps gets to a safe area, and tosses the vine to Riyama, and after a tight struggle, manages to get out, with Riyama landing on top of her.

Riyama: Okay... We're out. You can get off me now.

Naomi: I'm not on you. You're on me!!!

Naomi then shoves her sister off, and grabs the vine they used.

Naomi: Gimme your hands. Now.

Riyama: Is that really necessary?

Naomi: You literally just attacked me thirty seconds ago!

Riyama: I won't do it again! I think we're past that. You just saved my life. Truce?

Naomi: I'm accepting any truce from you. Now give me your hands. NOW

Riyama: *grunts* Fine.

Naomi then goes to wrap her hands up, but Riyama grabs Naomi's hand, and pins her down.

Riyama: See? That's why you lose, Naomi. Because you're gullible and-

Naomi then kicks her sister away, and the two get into another fistfight, but due to Naomi's quick adaptability, she uses her Quirk to knock her sister back, and pin her down, while tying her hands.

Riyama: *scoffs* Cheater.

Naomi: Call me whatever you want, I don't care. I'd rather be gullible than deceitful. I'd rather choose to see the good in people than the bad, even in villains. But I can't do that with you. You've changed.... and not for the better of us all.

As Naomi finishes tying up her sister, they hear a dragon-like roar, and Naomi looks up to see the Council on some sort of dragon.

Lady Nagant: Over there! I see them!

Riyama: Sorry. You were sayi-

Naomi then shuts up her sister, covering her mouth and pulling her into the shade.

Overhaul: Are you sure you saw them?

Lady Nagant: I thought I saw some red around here!

Flect Turn: They probably escaped. Keep looking around.

As the Council talks, Riyama kicks her sister in the gut, and yells to her allies.

Riyama: I'm over here!

Riyama then uses her devil power to break out of the vines, and Naomi goes to attack her, but the rest of the council surrounds her, which forces Naomi to leave her sister and get far away as possible.

Stain: Stop her!!!

Naomi tries to get away from the Council, but manages to find her way to a giant pit. One that she can't cross on her own.

Riyama: You see now, Naomi? All your noble ideals and your foolish hopes are wasted here! What did they get you in the end? Where are your precious heroes now, when you need them the most?

Endeavor's Voice: FLASHFIRE FIST!

Riyama and Naomi both gasp, as Endeavor appears, and goes for his attack, which Riyama does avoid.

Riyama: No. No! HOW DID YOU SURVIVE THAT EXPLOSION?!

Endeavor: So you are the one behind all of this. I would fight you, but right now our mission is saving Atomic Girl!

The Earth around Naomi then changes, and brings Naomi over to them.

Pixie-Bob: You alright?

Naomi turns around to see the Wild Wild Pussycats, as well as Elegant Fox.

Naomi: I can't believe it...

Elegant Fox: We're glad you're alright.

Naomi then remembers the council after her.

Naomi: Everyone, get ready to fight! We're not in the clear yet!

Naomi turns around, and they all notice the giant dragons, which they manage to survive.

Stain: So the false heroes at U.A and the subway managed to survive? That's annoying.

Elegant Fox looks at the weapon, and remembers what Naomasa told them.

Elegant Fox: Is that one of the CPU weapons?

Stain: It is. Quite the surprise, isn't it?

Elegant Fox: Yeah, but we got one of our own as well!

Elegant Fox then nods to Endeavor, who goes into his walkie talkie, saying one thing.

Endeavor: Blast 'em!

Bakugou: Die!

As if on cue, Endeavor's work study students, as well as Elegant Fox's students appear, and they all start to attack the Council. Despite the council's newfound power, they heroes manage to overwhelm the villains, having them retreat, but not after Overhaul says one thing.

Overhaul: You may have won this, but we were given a new order! Count yourselves lucky that Class 1-S was there.

As Overhaul does leave, the heroes are left confused, and while they try to figure out what's going on, Deshi gasps when she notices the floating fortress of Y/n.

Deshi: Umm... Everyone... What is that?

The others turn and are all shocked when they see it.

Deku: What is that thing?

Naomi: A floating fortress. It belongs to real mastermind behind everything.

Tiger: Who?

Naomi: Have you all read the story, "The Delusional Devil," by Roshan Davenport?

Deku: I've read it once.

Shoto: Same here.

Elegant Fox: I've read it multiple times. It's how I developed my code of ethics.

Naomi: Then I can say to you... It's all real. And the mastermind... Is Y/n Ankokuboshi.

Elegant Fox then gasps, and grabs her communicator.

Elegant Fox: Naomasa, can you hear me?

Naomasa: I hear you. Did you get Atomic Girl? If not, we have some heroes on standby, if you-

Elegant Fox: Don't bring them in!!! Have them find the nearest town to Kuoh, and have them start beginning evacuations!

Naomasa: Okay. But why?

Elegant Fox then sighs, looks up at the fortress, and says one thing, while Naomi looks at her sister with anger.

Elegant: No matter how many heroes gather... or even if we have a surplus of them... None of us are ready for this war.
