Very sorry it took so long for this chapter

(3rd POV)

The clashing of blades could be heard from the training arena. Edgar and Y/n were locked in a sparing session again. Y/n has been improving greatly over the last few weeks and they started fighting with weapons.

Edgar swung his giant sword at Y/n. Y/n was already running full speed at him, so he had to try and block the attack. Y/n skid back from the force of the swing.

Edgar has a ability enhancing semblance, making him a monster when it comes to attack power. Y/n started running around Edgar in the hopes to put maneuver him.

He was surprised by the shocking amount of speed Edgar used to block the attack. Y/n's knife bounced of the shield, making him lose his balance and fall.

Y/n: How did you do that! That's not fair!

Edgar:...

Y/n: No it wasn't! How is moving at that speed fair!

Edgar:...

Y/n: Whatever!

Y/n crossed his arms and pouted. Sienna's light giggles could be heard as she walked into the room.

Sienna: You look cute kitten

Y/n: I'm not cute!

Sienna: Oh then are you a handsome man?

Y/n: Yes!

This caused Sienna to giggle more, before she became serious. She planned on announcing him as the next leader. She has done many risky things in life and this one had to top them all.

This kind of news could be taken two ways, one that agrees with it, and one that wants to destroy it. She could only hope it was taken well.

She held Y/n's hand as they traveled to her throne room. She grabbed his hand tightly, worried that she was going to lose the fang, lose him.

Y/n looked up at her. He smiled at her, silently telling her its going to be ok, even though he didn't know why she was worried.

Edgar followed closely behind the two. He was wearing his armor and had his sword and shield already drawn. He knew something unavoidable was going to happen and wanted to be prepared for it.

The hall was full of high ranking members of the fang. A lot of them Y/n had seen when they were at the gathering. Sienna stood in front of them all with her back straight.

She presented herself like royalty. The idle chatter died down as they all paid attention to their high leader.

Sienna: I have a very important announcement to make brothers, sisters! Today we announce the new leader of the fang, my successor!

This got a lot of the higher ranking members to straight their stances. They have been striving for this chance since they joined the fang.

Sienna: A few weeks ago I found a human boy, lost, abandoned by his own kin!

WFL: How could they do that!

WFL: How awful!

WFL: Vile Humans!

Sienna: He has no hatred towards the Faunus! He doesn't want to see us hurt! He understands why we do what we do!

WFL: Impossible!

WFL: No human can understand us!

Adam: Enough of this Sienna! I know who you want to make the new leader and I don't approve! You can't make a damn human the leader of the fang!

WFL: You can't be serious!

WFL: Are you crazy!

Sienna: I can and I will! Y/n will bring the fang into a new age! He is what the world needs Adam!

Adam: Thats treason Sienna! You'll destroy the fang by doing this!

WFL: I've met Y/n! Sienna is telling the truth!

WFL: So have I! He is a respectable young man!

WFL: Your traitors! No human can lead the fang!

The hall spiraled into chaos. People were arguing about whether Y/n was a good choose or not. Many of them drew their weapons and started staring down the others.

Adam had his sword raised at Sienna with two more people by his side. She held three of her chain whip's detachable blades behind her back.

Adam: The fang needs a strong leader! One who understands what needs to be done!

Sienna: Your not fit to be one!

Adam: Then die!

As soon as Adam took a step, Sienna threw the blades behind her back. The two next to Adam were blow away, while he deflected the blade. The two landed in front of everyone else's and they all silently understood what was happening. The fight had begun.

He was about to charge Sienna, but a large shield slammed down in front of him. He had to look directly up to see the armored helmet of Edgar staring at him.

He shiver at the menacing sight before him. He jumped back and held his sword up. The ground cracked every time Edgar's feet meet the ground. His armor making his steps sound loud and monstrous.

Adam: You can't fight me yourself Sienna! You truly are to weak to be the fangs leader!

Sienna: You're not worth my time Adam

Adam: You'll die for that!

Y/n: W-Why are you d-doing this Adam!?

Adam: Shut up you little brat!

Edgar:...

Adam's eyes widened as Edgar's smashed into his stomach. It sent him flying across the hall,
Into the mosh pit of other members fighting.

Sienna: Good job Edgar

Sienna grabbed Y/n and run. They ran through the halls of the building as the sounds of metal clashing bounced off the walls. She knew they had the disadvantage in terms of numbers.

She was glad to see a few of her strongest higher ups believe Y/n to be a great asset to the fang. Even if they lost this battle, she would see them again.

Y/n: T-This is a-all my f-fault...

Sienna looked down in her arms to see Y/n crying. She hugged him tighter and kissed his forehead.

Sienna: It's not your fault Y/n

Y/n: I-It is!

Sienna: No my little kitten it's Adam's and those who can't see the truth. You are going to do great things in this world Y/n, I can feel it!

Edgar:...

Sienna: You'll be a wonderful leader Y/n. Those who want what's best for the fang will rally behind us Y/n, behind you.

Sienna: Be strong Y/n. That's the most important part in being a leader

Y/n: O-Ok...

They had stopped in the training arena. Edgar grabbed a small metal chest plate and gauntlets and handed them to Y/n. He also grabbed a black cloak for Y/n.

They went to a window that led directly out of the base. Y/n look at the both of them with wide eyes.

Sienna: There is a house not far from here Y/n. All you have to do is head east

Edgar:...

Y/n: Y-You aren't coming!?

Sienna: I can't abandon those who support us Y/n. Edgar and I will be there after we deal with this mess Y/n

Y/n: P-Please be s-safe

Sienna: Don't worry Y/n. I could never leave you. Now go!

Y/n wipe the tears from his face and ran into the forest. He had to trust Sienna and Edgar. They would be fine as long as they stuck together. All he had to do was get to the house Sienna had told him to got to.

He had to be strong. Just like Sienna had told him to be.
