Personality: Seina is a strong, cheerful girl who after the disappearance of her parents, had to grow up fast. She is sensible, determined and hardworking, when it comes to work or keeping herself safe, but in reality she is very bubbly and energetic. She's very friendly and cares deeply for people and Pokémon, which makes her sometimes thinks of others before herself. She gets told off for not looking after herself outside of the village, more times than she can remember. She is very brave not getting that frightened around Pokémon, especially if someone is in need. She won't hesitate to jump in and save them, she has full trust in her Pokémon. She is not scared to speak up for what she believes in. She will help anyone which makes the villagers and sometimes the Diamond and Pearl clan members ask her for help with odd jobs.

Backstory: Seina grew up happily in a small village where most of the Pokémon around the area were mostly friendly. She used to play with them in secret which made her not scared of Pokémon. One day when she was 14 her mother and father got a job, in Jubilife Village, and they moved there. Her mother worked in the Medical Corps while her father the Security Corps. One day Seina's mother wanted to get herbs for medicines and her father took her outside of the village to retrieve them, they never returned. There was a search party but they weren't found leaving a young Harto and Seina alone. The villagers took pity on them and started to help them however they could. Seina didn't like the pity so she started to work hard and look after herself and her brother, this made her have a hard time asking for help at first, which she quickly gets over. She then joined the Survey Corps at age 15 and has being helping them since then. After Seina joined the corps and had been in the corps for a few months, Harto started to prove to people that he was capable of doing what his sister does. He was considered a prodigy and was allowed to join the Galaxy team: survey corps.

Other:

• Stays in a house with her younger brother, the house used to belong to their parents.

• Seina's best quality in the wild is her stealth, she carries Smoke Bombs around with her at all times. She uses them to keep herself safe and to catch Pokémon in secret.

• After her parents went missing she studied hard so she could look after herself and Hoshi inside and outside of the village. She would also help around the village to earn money. Kamado saw how determined and brave she was and invited her into the Survey corps. She passed the catching Pokémon test pretty quickly, after getting the basics down.

• Was given a Celestica Flute, from Mai, a few months before Rei/Akari (The protag) received their own.

• Her brother, like Lian, has proven that he is very talented even at a young age. He helps out his sister with Pokémon research and works on his own as well.

• Thanks to her mothers teachings she is very good at first aid and making medicines.

• Harto's Pokémon team is: Eevee/Umbreon, Shinx line, Rowlet line, Magby line, Hisuian Goomy line. His first Pokémon was Eevee that Seina caught for him.

• At first Seina was considered a Diamond clan member only because Adaman acknowledged her as one. After the space rift disappeared she started to show the other members, how to catch Pokémon in Pokeballs. She also explained about surveying, how to craft Pokeballs, other important items and making medicine. Soon they quickly considered her a full member of the Diamond clan, and someone who is worthy to be Adamans lover. She also helps out the Pearl clan where she sees her younger sister and mother.

• One of the reason why Seina travels to different parts of Hisui is because she believes that her parents are not dead. She believes that they must be out there somewhere. Her belief was correct since her parents were members of the Diamond clan, even if her mother left to the Pearl clan a year after being saved. They had been members, of each clan, since they were attacked by an Alpha Pokémon and lost their memories. Adaman saw the resemblance but at first he didn't mention it until they got closer. He found out that she was also looking for them, after she explained what they are called and what they look like. He informed her that they were alive but have amnesia, Seina was just relieved that they were alive and she would take her time to get to know them again. She was sad when she found out they had different families because of how happy they were together, but she was just happy she could see them again even if they don't remember her.
