Backstory: Kaya doesn't remember anything before the age of 10, she woke up in the Crimson Mirelands with an Oshawott by her side. She was found by the Diamond clan elder and was taken in to the Diamond clan since she didn't remember anything. She wasn't trusted at first but soon became close to everyone and was accepted in the clan.

During the annual alabaster icelands future warden test, which was when she was 12, there was an injured Zorua. The boys started to bully it since they believed that it couldn't hurt them. Kaya had tried to stop them but they wouldn't listen. She got in front of the Pokémon to protect it, the boys started to hit her in the face with snow, angry that she stopped them. Whilst they were doing that an Alpha Zoroark had witnessed its baby getting bullied and was lost in rage. It started to charge towards the kids, they ran terrified leaving the now injured Kaya alone. She was about to get attacked but the Zorua stood in front of her in a protective way, the mother who was lost in rage tried to attack her baby. Kaya protected the Zorua, she was then immediately thrown into the air.

When she woke up she was in the Diamond clan medical unit, next to her was the Zorua she saved. It refused to leave her side and to keep it calm, they left it alone. After finding out what happened the clan elder banished the baby out of the village. Kaya wanting to return the baby back to its mother snuck out and did so. Of course she was quickly found by the angry elder, after seeing that the now calm Alpha Zoroark that had been causing trouble was calm around Kaya. He decided to make said girl the warden of the Pokémon hoping it would stop attacking his people.

Other:

• Likes to make flower crowns for the children in the Diamond clan.

• Noble Alpha Zorua has two main habitats. The normal one is the cave where fake Mai asks for Mushroom cakes and the second one is where you find Zorua in the game. In the holes.

• Owns a baneful fox mask, she received it from one of the kids and keeps it in her house.

• People have questioned why she made Zoroark have dark fur and not white on her leggings. She said that she thought the design looked nice after she made it, which they accepted. Rei/Akari noticed the Pokémon and questioned if Kaya was from the future, she looked confused, she told them she liked the design not knowing it was a future Pokémon.

• Looks after the baby Zorua's with her apprentice. A kid in the settlement that after suffering from bullying was accepted by the noble after being pushed into its habitat.

• Has a huge claw scar right across her back, from when she was attacked by Zoroark.

• Is seen as pretty attractive in the settlement. She had been proposed to by many people but she had respectfully declined them all. Her warden job and having an apprentice is just as much as she can deal with.
