Ok so I was tagged a while ago to do a bit on this but I forgot to do it but due to recent events I remembered and decided to do a chapter on this topic. As you can see by the title, this will be about bullying/cyberbullying. Lately I have heard way to many stories of people being cyberbullied on Wattpad, and it needs to stop. Wattpad is a wonderful website, as we all know. It allows us to connect with other people all across the world who have the same interests. I have made countless new friends on Wattpad and they are the ones who inspire me to keep writing. Even though there are thousands of amazing people on Wattpad, there are also several cyberbullies. These people will hate on stories, send mean messages, and do whatever they can to make a person feel bad, in order to boost themselves up. I ask all of you who have or will be cyberbullied to not respond with more hate. Simply try and ignore them, and seek help and support from your friends, in and out of Wattpad. Just remember that these people are probably insecure and like I said, are trying to make themselves feel more powerful. Don't take the bullying lying down though. If you are being harrassed in any way, stand up for yourself. The bully will probably not know how to handle it. I have recently had some problems with cyberbullying through PM and so this is my way of standing up for myself. I suggest that if you are being cyberbullied, do something like this. Write something about it. Tell your friends what's going on and show the bully that you are strong. Don't let these mean comments or other forms of bullying affect you. If you surround yourself with good people and stay strong, you will not be able to be hurt by the bullying. If the person who sent me the mean message is reading this... back down. I don't know why you sent that message, but it's not going to stop me from writing, and standing up for bullying. I hope that whatever problem you have with me is resolved. And I suggest you don't PM me anymore or I will reveal who you are. Thank you everyone for reading this; please go comment your thoughts on the matter.
