Im literally so tired

Oh my GOSH. We had 5 days off from basketball practice, so guess what we do the day we get back?

Do every single workout and conditioning crap the whole time. First we had IRG, which is weightlifting and workouts. Ugh, it was SO HARD. We had to do our push up test, so each person went by one at a time. The trainer puts a pad less than two inches thick on the ground and says "Your chest has to touch it, or it doesn't count."

Oh. My. GOSH.

Most of our team only got to 10, which is really sad. Someone got 30, two got 25, but this girl right here got 20.

Damn I am proud of myself cause that was SO DIFFICULT.

Then we lifted a crap ton of weights. We put like, 15 pounds on each side of the bar and had to do too many squats 😭. Had to do 5 reps of those.

THEN, we had to sprint across the football field I don't even know how many times, but it sucked and it was freezing outside. Must be nice living in the cold northwest where it always f*****g rains.

Yup, and we conditioned the whole TWO HOURS OF PRACTICE.

Yeah. My legs are feelin' it. Before practice my day was pretty relaxing, writing up some of my chapters for my other stories, chilling with my cats. Eating. Snoozing. It was so great.

Tomorrow got an early practice, so I can't fall asleep at 4am this time. Oh well XD
