A moment in life helps me to recognise something has always been there, the trauma inside each of us. It is not losing, that trauma just chose another way to live inside us instead of showing out. 

The scars in the soul of children inside each adult still stand there in the dark, waiting for their owner to heal them someday when that child grows up. However, not every grown-up child—who is physically an adult—is ready to face their inner child again, so they choose to ignore it.

There is something called " Intergenerational trauma". Intergenerational trauma is a trauma that was handed over through generations in a family, and this scar is very hard to heal.
